Hi! This is a new story! And I was so excited, I couldn't resist posting it!

I do not own Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the original team such as, Jason, Trini, Kimberly, Tommy, Zach and Billy, and other canon characters belong to SABAN. The basic plot, Avalon and Bailey Mitchell, and other OOC moments belong to the writer AvalonBay, who I thank profusely for allowing me to write this! The only things I own are Regina, her family, and the chnages I make to fit her in.

This story is a fanfiction based on the fanfiction series written by AvalonBay. Starts near the end of All To Blame, Chapter 31: Blood Orange.

Regina Warner is played by Ariel Mortman - Gold Ranger - Velociraptor

A dark-haired female was walking towards the front of a building called Ernie's Gym and Juice Bar.

"Of course a small town like this has a community center, hopefully he isn't here," The girl asked, tilting her head, before walking in.

As soon as she walked in, she let out a laugh seeing the chaos before her.

"Ugh and I thought I stopped being such a klutz!" Another brunette girl exclaimed, in an accent she recognized as Australian. The girl had gotten down on her knees to clean up the rainbow mess of, what she assumed were smoothies, along with a couple of other teenagers around her, most likely her friends.

"Clumsiness is a predisposition that may have been linked back to the fundamentals each child is born with and it appears that, through some research that it isn't able to be eliminated," One spoke, that's when the girl gasped.

"Billy?" The girl questioned.

"Regina?" Billy, the boy in blue asked, turning to look at her.

Billy excused himself from his friends and made his way to Regina.

"When did you get here?" He asked, making her grimace.

"A few days ago, I came here because I assumed you wouldn't be," Regina looked down, guiltily.

"What, why?" Billy asked, confused why his cousin was avoiding him.

"Because, you're gonna try and ask why I'm here and what I'm doing and who's taking care of me and get all up in my business," Regina rolled her eyes.

"Where are you staying?" Billy tilted his head.

"My mom, duh," Regina said, her smile falling. Billy also had a frown on his face.

"Who allowe-" He was cut off by Regina speaking.

"Hey Billy, who are those color-coded people staring at us?" Regina asked.

"You should meet my friends. And then after we can talk about your living situations," Billy nodded to her, an arm around her shoulders, dragging her towards his friends.

"Ew, no, one looks like a ball of pink glitter exploded. And the others all look... no," Regina groaned, pouting as she was pulled towards them.

Avalon wasn't the most friendly person, which was shown as she still wasn't completely honest with the other Rangers.

But she did know that Kimberly was a friendly person. Sometimes an overly friendly person.

Just like now, when Kimberly's first descision was to aggresively insert herself in front of the girl Billy had brought towards them.

As Avalon observed the girl, she found that she looked very different than Billy.

The girl had long, thick, dark brown hair that lay against her shoulders, but she had similar greenish-blue eyes. Their facial features had small similarities. She had a light complexion, that looked a little pale against her dark red lipstick, shiny gold eyeshadow and light but dusty rose color on her cheeks. The girl wore a short denim skirt, a gold bomber jacket that hung open over a black tank top. She had on black combat boots and gold chain earrings, that dangled and made the light reflect against them.

"Hi! I'm Kimberly! One of Billy's friends, who are you?" Kimberly greeted and questioned, perky as ever.

"None of your business," The girl said, icily. She had a cold glance and bored expression as she stared at the group, making Avalon roll her eyes. She had no time for this girl's teen angst.

Avalon looked to Billy, making him quickly explain who the girl was.

"Guys, this is my cousin, Regina Warner. She's new to Angel Grove," Billy spoke, looking from Avalon's bored expression to his cousin's piercing eyes.

"Gina, this is Tommy..."

Tommy smiled.

"Jason..."

Jason gave a nod.

"Kimberly..."

Despite being the girl's initial victim, she waved and smiled.

"Trini..."

Trini gave a small smile.

"Zach..."

Zach grinned at the girl, with a quick 'hey'.

"And Avalon," Billy finished.

Avalon simply looked at the girl, seemingly in a staring contest with Regina who stared back just as blankly. But both of them could not care less, Regina had already trained her eyes on her cousin again.

"So why did you move?" Tommy asked, a light conversational tone as he held his girlfriend's hand.

But Avalon had no interest in polite conversation. All she wanted to do was get back to the conversation they had started beforehand, as she had wanted to congratulate the guys.

"I heard there were monsters so I wanted to see if I could survive," Regina deadpanned, rolling her eyes.

"Are you going to Angel Grove High?" Trini questioned.

"Yeah," Regina turned to Billy, ignoring the Rangers. "I have to get home, Mom said she doesn't want me out what with all these monster attacks," Her words made Billy nervous, Avalon observed.

She noticed that after she had said those words, Billy's arm around his cousin's shoulder had tightened, as if wanting to protect her.

"You sure? My parents would be excited to see you," He asked, a small concerned look in his eyes. But Regina had a bright smile, and a look of something like, sorrow, was shown in her own eyes.

"You know how worried my mom gets," Regina hissed, sending Billy a quick and almost unknown glare.

"I'll drive you home," Billy offered, but his words made Regina freeze up and tense.

"No!" She exclaimed, making the Rangers all look at her with a curious look. "I'll just walk," She sighed, storming out.

Regina walked out of the gym and sat down on the ground in front of the building. Her back against the wall, she took deep breaths as she tried her rapidly beating heart.

In her haste to remember to breathe, she missed the glow of orange energy floating into the sky.

Regina had calmed herself down easily, so she stood and walked off to get home. She walked slowly and surely, always checking the street and watching for cars.

When she finally arrived to the apartment buildings, she got up to her Mom's apartment quickly, and tried to get to her room before her Mom saw she was home.

But as soon as she walked in and shut the door quietly, the floorboards creaked.

"Marlowe? Is that you?" Marlene Cranston was never the best Mom, and it seemed she hadn't gotten better. Her apartment was littered with garbage, cigarette butts and empty bottles of alcohol. Not to mention she hadn't gotten over her habit of calling Regina the name she had wanted. Her father had named her Regina, while her mother had wanted her to be named after herself. So, in the end she was Regina, as her mother had always lost against her father.

"Yeah, it's me Mom," Regina sighed, losing her escape plan. Marlene walked into the living room, a bottle of beer in hand.

"Why were you out so late?" Marlene growled, an ugly look on her face. Regina was sure that at one point in her life, Marlene had been very pretty. She had that faded pretty sort of look, as well as tons of stories about her many flings. Which she had been telling Regina about, in full detail, since she was a kid.

"I met up with cousin Billy, you know, your brother's kid," Regina spoke, her body tense as she watched her Mom reacted.

"Ugh, big brother was always a pain in the ass. Didn't like the way I was living, well shit, I didn't like the way he always talked down to me! I didn't like the fact that he got married to that bitch Lacey after dumping my friend!" Regina stumbled as she walked backwards in order to get away from her mother. Of course, Marlene noticed this and immediately rolled her eyes. "Get to your room, you little bitch, it's bad enough I'm stuck with you because of your asshole father. I don't need to deal with getting you ready for school and whatever shit." Marlene remarked, waving her hand to gesture Regina to leave, causing some alcohol to spill out of the bottle.

Immediately, Regina turned to get to her small room, and shut the door, locking it. She shut it and tried to control her breathing as she listened to her mom drink herself to sleep.

A/N:

Wow. Ok. Hope you like it!

The first time I wrote it out. Regina was a lot sweeter than she seemed, she loved her cousin and was very sensitive. But of course, I'm not that good at making super sweet characters and now Regina's terrible! But in a good way yk.

Fun tidbit: I was crying because of my own life issues reading this! Mostly I felt bad because my life didn't suck this much, and mad I was sad even though it sucked less!

Anyway...

Word Count: 1,753 words!

Enough about me!

Anyway, it was a rewrite as I had originally just copied and pasted from AvalonBay's story.

As you can already tell, she doesn't have the best home life, isn't really part of Avalon's interest and has no interest in the town of Angel Grove.

I am debating on who her Love Interest could be. Originally, Rocky crossed my mind, but I actually really like how AvalonBay wrote him and Aisha and wanted to keep it.

Maybe I'll make a poll but for now, I'm really excited to making this story! If you liked this, make sure to check out the original story on AvalonBay's profile. The whole series is really great!

Marlene is played by a young Shelley Long.

Bye!
