Chapter 4: Revelations and Escape

"Is that a threat?" The low voice of Frieza snarled, the tip of his tail writhing like an angry snake as a vein began to pulse at the top of his temple. Who did this female think she was to threaten him!

"Threat? No. I merely state a fact." Ices growled as she covered her tattered clothes with the warm embrace of her wings. She surveyed the males around her and assessed her situation silently.

"Explain yourself." King Cold spoke up from behind his son. The female glared at King Cold for his callousness after they had shared such a sensual experience not ten moments ago but shrugged it off, relaxing into the living folds of her cloak.

They are mere children. She assured herself. The internal statement helped to keep the anger and impatience from reaching her voice. Her eyes searched the villains that surrounded her as she internally lamented the fact that they were able to pay her 'impossible' price.

"Because I am not bound, my powers when granting immortality are…different." She tensed as she realized that the Kai's would undoubtedly find out about her shenanigans here but turned the thought aside, as with all the other problems today had turned into she would cross that bridge when she came to it.

"Different in what way?" Cell cut in, his rich tone arresting the majority of her attention once more. Her tail twitched once behind her as she met his eyes and gathered her thoughts to reply in a way that mortals may understand.

"A bound Creature of Wishes is able to tie ones immortal life to the device in which they reside." She paused, both to let her words sink in and to sort her own turbulent thoughts out. "Such is not the case with an unbound Wish Creature. The only way for a Wish Creature of my stature to ensure immortality is to tie their own with the one who wishes. Does that satisfy your curiosity?" Growled the female, impatience beginning to win her internal battle.

"What!? That was not the wish I made! I wished for immortality not a life bound to a nomadic being!" Ranted Frieza as he began to act like a spoiled child.

"Immortality is the incapability of being overtaken by death once ones mortal sentence has been served. It is everlasting, so long as one is not killed. If it was invincibility you had wanted, perhaps you should have been more clear." A rouge gust of wind tousled her violet hair in the uncomfortable silence that followed. Ices touched her temples briefly and pondered how much time she had before her current pursuers caught up before deciding that she had better leave. Now."We are finished here, I thank you for the welcomed distraction."

"I've got another wish." Growled Frieza as he took a threatening step forward. It took all the female's power not to turn upon him with an angry snarl. The female knew she was more than outmatched by these males, and after a few deep breaths she was finally calm enough to address the icejinn.

"I have granted your party two wishes already, and I refuse to grant another. Enjoy your immortal life." As the female took her next step she suddenly found her slightly widened eyes staring into a green and black spotted chest. She was caught completely off guard, she had not even seen the android move! Her violet orbs narrowed into a glare as she cocked her head to meet the eyes of Cell. He held her gaze easily, indeed he even seemed to derive pleasure from her discomfort.

"You will take us with you." It was not a request or even a wish. It was a demand. How dare he attempt to command her? She was free, she was immortal, she was thrice the age of all these creatures combined! She bristled, the scales on her wings raising up like a birds feathers as she drew herself up to her full height. Though she roughly came up just short of Cell's shoulder she felt that she was now sufficiently threatening.

"I will do as I choose." Countered Ices. She refused to back down. She had already been bested and humiliated by King Cold, and she would not be beaten by these males again.

"You hold our lives in your breast, and would expect us to let you leave?" Cell quirked a nonexistent eyebrow in surprise and Ices began to rethink her recent actions. These were very powerful males who happened to be less than honorable, and the only thing keeping them from ending her existence was the fact that she held the key to their immortality. At least that left her with her life.

The female's eyes narrowed slightly at the creation and she decided that she would have to lower herself a bit and step down from this challenge. It would be less humiliating than being beaten by the powerful android.

She did not bother with a reply to his inquiry, merely pointed her eyes straight and attempted to step neatly around Cell. Just as neatly did the android, Cell, grab her arm and pull her in front of him to hold her back against his chest. his arms came around to hug her midriff tightly and keep her wings from unfurling and freeing her to fight.

The feeling of him so close to her while she was still so sensitive from King Cold's victory ignited her energy and she felt herself full of adrenaline. Her tail lashed angrily behind her but her loins remained quiet, to her relief. She supposed her body did not recognize the android as a potential mate, for all his power.

"Funny. I don't recall you having wings or a tail when we first met." Cell's voice was untried even as she bucked and struggled in his grasp. At his voice she stilled for a moment and recalled their first meeting. She had actually entered her sexual majority roughly two earth years after their encounter and her wings and tail had come in once she was fertile.

"I have matured." Her voice was rough with the strain of her efforts and Ices wished that her own vocal crevices would not betray her struggles.

"This whole humiliating ordeal could be forgotten, if you would only open your portal and rid us of this land once and for all." Cell's deep voice tickled her ear gently and reverberated through her body. Her tail coiled into an S between the androids legs as she tensed with the humiliation of being held so helpless.

"I will do as I choose, and nothing else!" She snarled savagely to reveal her sharper than normal canines.

"Pity. We shall be here for a very long time." Crooned the android. The female's eyes narrowed and she brought her powerful tail up to lash it across his back like a whip. The android was not expecting it and loosened his grip enough for the female to force his arms away with her equally powerful wings. She attempted to take flight, but was not quick enough. Cell grabbed the wing closest to him awkwardly and attempted to pull her back by the appendage only for Ices to twist the wing and dislocate it's joints so that it slipped like water through his grasp

The android quirked an eyebrow, this creature was willing to cause herself such discomfort? This boded to be a mystery already.

The disjointed appendage hung loosely on the ground as she leaped backward, away from the collective of villains. She turned her back to them only an instant to open the subject of all this misery. Her golden Rift. As she neared the molten door she popped her wing-joints back into place and jumped through, only for someone to grab her tail at the last moment and yank her back before she could close the portal.

"Release me!" The rage in her voice was unmistakable as she attempted to look intimidating while the males had a clear advantage of having her by the tail. She hissed as a powerful yank tore her further from the portal and the android slipped his arm around her middle as well.

"Well, well, the portal lies open." Smirked Cell who held her tail and middle firmly, almost painfully. She twisted and flapped her wings dramatically. She felt like a captured lizard as she scratched uselessly at his arm around her middle and writhed in his impossibly strong grasp. There would be no escaping the horde of villains this time. She went limp suddenly, the fight flowing out of her as she sighed lightly.

Cell was feeling victorious as he held the female helpless before him. He had promised, all those years ago, to show her the true meaning of power, and finally she had submitted to him. Perhaps she would make an entertaining pet once he ruled the universe.

"So it does." The defeated creature kept her voice even, a childish glare firmly situated upon her features.

"Where does it lead?" Recoome queried as he approached it and put a hand through. "Ohhh it's hot in there." He retracted a slightly sizzling hand and shook it slightly to get some feeling back into it.

"I know not where it goes." Grouched the female, "if you would be so kind as to stop gawking." She snapped at the short four-eyed green creature whom had taken habit to staring openly at the underwear that had been exposed during her and Cell's tussle. Startled from his revelation Goudor stared up at her, before smirking and crossing his arms.

"Or what?" He challenged, eliciting a glare from the already irritated Frieza, who had always secretly despised the creature for his languid stupidity.

"Or else I shall silence you in some other way." Hissed Frieza. The green creature's posture did not change apparently immortality had given him some sort of new found confidence. His arms remained arrogantly crossed before his chest.

"Pshh yeah right."In reply Frieza thwacked the green cretin with his tail and Goudor was propelled into a far-off mountain range, a puff of smoke the only indication that he had hit the hard rock.

As soon as the toad hit the mountain the female jackknifed in Cell's grip and he tightened his already painful grasp with the thoughts that she was attempting an escape with the ruckus. She expression on her face and elevated heart rate he could feel through her stomach and back told another story, however.

"If you could…refrain from striking one another…my heart would be most grateful." Gasped the female, her glare unwaveringly fixed upon Frieza.

"Oh? Have we found a weakness of yours?" The lord smirked.

"If you were to do that again things could be most…unpleasant." Her eyes hardened for a moment. She could feel his anger and stubborn defiance at being ordered around building through their connection. It beat against the line like some shackled creature. She could sympathize with it's frustration.

"You dare to threaten me?" The hot-headed Frieza growled.

The female met his gaze silently as the Ice-Jinn's fury built and the female wondered offhandedly how the beast before her could not be consumed by it. The soul searing passion threatened to overwhelm even her.

With an insolence only he could muster, Frieza balled his fist and plowed it directly into Jaice's conveniently placed face and he flew the way of Goudor. Just as the female seemed to seize again she rerouted the pain through the bright red connection of Frieza, and he hit the dirt face first in agony.

"Wha-what is this?" He struggled to breath, the panic arose within him, equally as intense as the anger had been a moment before. Ices' head swam with his emotions and she abruptly closed the connection between them to keep her sanity.

"It is the pain the bound must endure when their comrade is near death, the wish did not specify that I could not share the burden." She said through her own clenched jaws.

"Not that this all isn't very fascinating." King Cold spoke up in an almost bored tone, "but I believe we should be going, quickly." The villains looked his way and followed his gaze to two very disturbed looking jail keepers as they pointed with their mouths gaping open. Before the pair could call for backup, the villains had disappeared into the unknown, carrying with them an unconscious Wish Dragon.
