With the dawns light came a relief to the men that made them wonder whether or not they really had died in the night, for there was no way life could feel this peaceful. Of course, those thoughts went down the drain as soon as they rolled over into a pile of slightly dry sludge. Groans of disgust and humiliation rose up and now that they were not so preoccupied with the fact that they no longer felt as if they were liquifying from the inside the men realized just how weak they felt after the nights ordeal.
Ices landed gently in front of their 'cave' and gestured with a finger. Her wings wrapped around and covered her like a cloak as she lead them to a small stream where they could bathe. It was the same stream she had washed herself in a day or so ago. Her eyes surveyed the landscape like a shepherd scanning for wolves. She could sense the men's weakness and was determined to stand vigil.
Her tail twitched as she surveyed the forested landscape while the men washed the sickness from their skin. It was rather peaceful on this planet, and she was loathe to leave it so soon, but her instincts were rarely wrong and they were screaming at her to relocate now. However, after Cell's display last night she could not let her haste show. While she was not exactly afraid of the powerful android, she was not yet ready to find out what, exactly, he had planned for her.
The dragoness' attention was captivated by a tingling up her spine. Someone was forcing their way through one of her Rifts. Cell seemed to sense it, too, and watched her closely for any signs of an adverse reaction, just searching for a reason to punish her. She ignored it and closed her eyes. The rift was far-off and she was certain the hunters would be unable to find them right off the bat.
As she followed along behind the villains, however, she was forced to pause in her step as some of the most powerful auras she had ever felt brushed over her senses. Cell was none-too-pleased as he felt Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and that insufferable brat Gohan appear on the planet. He wasn't paying attention and so missed the way Ices' eyebrows furrowed together as she closed her eyes.
The powers were coming closer to them, and something familiar brushed over her senses. These strange men were not only the most powerful creatures she had sensed, they had the power of the eternal dragon lingering around them.
