Picking up that black book revealed the name of Reid Astrea. He had just learned that the man who appeared and disappeared from his life on that hellish day was actually dead and better yet, he held memories of who [Natsuki Subaru] was. Which made him a prime target for Subaru's new reading hobby. After some childish chitchat between himself and Shaula, he finally found that book of his. One's name Subaru had been looking forward to reading, to patch himself ever so closer to completion.

But when Subaru opened it, he did witness the memories of Reid Astrea, but rather he had gone to a piercing, bright white area that could be described as a hallway of sorts. However Subaru soon realized he wasn't the only person there.

"We have been waiting so patiently, brother."

Opening his eyes in a panic upon hearing that voice, he instantly met that sharp toothed grin of hers. From across Subaru's face stood a young blond haired girl.

"You are?"

Disappointed to have been met with an appearance that interfered with Subaru, he decided to go through with his standard procedure of greetings.

"Have you already calmed down, brother?"

Dropping his eyes in boredom, he'll have to repeat it again.

"You are?"

Tilting her head in confusion, she wondered if he lost his head as well. Was that all he could think of saying?

"We are, Witch Cult Sin Archbishop representing Gluttony, Louis Arneb."

Turning from an expression of boredom to interest, Subaru had learned about how [Natsuki Subaru] fought those who called themselves Archbishops. With the thoughts clicking in his head, he realized that this meant she was bad news.

However–

"Nobody had ever mentioned that name before…"

This was a new name, one that he'd never heard before, nor learned of through the memories of the others. Yet this was supposed to be an Archbishop standing in front of him? Standard procedure could only continue to make sense of it. So he asked that question.

"Do you know my name?"

Such a simple question, Louis had thought. Why he needed to ask something like that went over her head, and soon a quick second later she had responded accordingly.

"Of course we know, you are Subaru Natsuki."

A small sense of pity for the girl rose in Subaru's chest, but if she knew him then it was to be. After all—[Only murder becomes the answer.]

Shortly after receiving that answer, Subaru thrusted his arms at Louis's neck in order to snuff out her life.

"We–akh~...were not expecting this so soon!"

Tightening his grip around her neck, this wasn't going fast enough for Subaru's liking. Louis continued to resist Subaru's attempt to end her life with a sick sense of enthusiasm.

Subaru noticed that idiotic grin of hers, just why would she think a moment like this was funny remained a complete mystery for him.

But that's when he noticed the cracks on his hand. To which Louis was responsible for those cracks destroying Subaru's hand little by little. Pain wasn't felt, but rather a scary sensation of emptiness towards where those skin patches had once belonged to.

"So perfect ~tsu, everything fell into place just as we expected."

Subaru's face contorted into terror as he heard her evil laughter ringing throughout the hallway. Had he just been thwarted by this small girl? Was he going to die for it? The months of progress he spent collecting everybodies memories, worth nothing because of this single mistake?

"What…what the hell are you talking about."

How did she manage to do it so easily? Why did he fail? Why did he fail so fast? How could he?

"This was our plan from the beginning, for you to not think of [Natsuki Subaru] as yourself anymore. Your own mind tricking you into separating someone who's clearly the same person into two separate identities. So marvelous, ~tsu."

Beginning to laugh harder as the pressure on her neck fully dissipated, Louis knew she had won. Her prize being all of Subaru's memories.

"And now we will finally have a happy life! We can finally rest peacefully! We appreciate it, [Natsuki Subaru]. We really do."

Forming tears at her words, he regretted ever peering into Reid's book. He'd fallen into a trap and now…Subaru had…failed, and Louis was going to take away his memories.

As his body faded away more and more, Subaru finally realized who was responsible for his amnesiac state in the first place, the one who forced him to collect the pieces of [Natsuki Subaru]. This vile little girl was responsible for it all, the pain, the deaths. Hatred for her developed in Subaru's heart. Why did she have to win?

Not only that…he had exactly become what she wanted him to be, someone who couldn't think of [Natsuki Subaru] and Subaru as the same person. It had to be an impossibility to Subaru, but this was her plan. Her plan.

Everything was fading away from Subaru, breaking away from him. His being, his identity, all of it was falling apart. Subaru was disappearing. But something stopped this fate from ever being conceived, Subaru's [Authority of Envy] rejected it.

In a loud flash of bright light that consumed the entire hall, to Subaru's ears everything had begun ringing. He wasn't dead, yet he could still remember everything. Louis didn't take his memories?

At first he felt newfound warmth pressing against his cheeks. Then the ringing stopped and Subaru noticed the sound of carriages rolling across the ground. And when Subaru finally opened his eyes, he was not met with the sight of the Taygeta Library, but instead the sight of the Capital of Lugunica.

Subaru watched the people go about their day without making a sound, and surprisingly enough even though there were multiple instances of people glancing at him or even staring for a short while, nobody cared about running away from or killing his rather infamous self. The act of this as well as the familiar Capital scenery left Subaru to make a hasty solution to what had happened to him.

"Either everybody forgot about me or that Witch sent me back to the day [Natsuki Subaru] came to Lugunica."

Something a murderer like him should be relieved about, however nothing about that would make Subaru calm. Both ideas would be chaotic for him. If he was forgotten or sent back to the beginning then that meant collecting people's Books of the Dead was now pointless, as they didn't hold any memories of [Natsuki Subaru]. This means his plan is completely doomed, and now he'll have to spend the rest of his life stuck in this decrepit form.

"Fuck."

No longer knowing what to do with his life next, he decided to look down towards himself to see how his body was holding up after that flash of light. He just realized now that he was laying on the ground like he had awakened from sleep, and he was still wearing that outfit only fit for a desert. Then slightly turning his head behind him, he noticed a massive gold fountain spraying out water. Then looking to his side, he was unexpectedly met with the sight of something that took the breath out of him, of which he could only describe as pure beauty.

Tears streaming down his face, he called out to what layed on the floor in their half-asleep state.

"[Natsuki Subaru]? Is that…really you?"

Focused on the black haired boy who was clad in that familiar black-orange tracksuit. Gluttonybaru called out to Subaru.

That black haired boy named Subaru then began to regain his motor functions upon hearing his name called out.

"I'm up, I'm up…wait…who just said that?"

Disheveled from the sudden bright light, Subaru had just been walking out of the grocery store when something had put him in a daze.

"[Natsuki Subaru]?"

"Who's calling me–"

Groaning like a student forced to wake up by his mother, Subaru slowly opened his eyes and noticed something out of his world. It had just been night, and now he was situated in a medieval looking city whose citizens were participating in daily life activities.

"Where am I?"

Suddenly taken by the shoulders by someone's hands, he was rocked back and forth to get an answer.

"[Natsuki Subaru]!? Is that you!?"

Just now noticing a well dressed white haired boy in front of him, he looked an awful lot like himself. Wait, how did he know his name?

"Y-Yes? I am Subaru…but who are you and why do you know me?"

Gaping open his mouth in pure awe, Gluttonybaru got the answer he sought for. An uncontrollable amount of tears dropped from his face to the floor as everyone can be saved now. Everything.

"It's you! It's you, it's you, it's really you!"

A small nervous sounding laughter leaving out of Gluttonybaru's mouth, he found [Natsuki Subaru] at last.

"Dude, relax! Seriously though, who are you and…why do you look so much like me?"

Pushing Gluttonybaru away from him which partially stung his white haired counterpart to be rejected so brazenly, he'd have to give up that information.

"I am you."

Subaru's brain short-circuited upon hearing that answer. Sure it answered his question but seriously? They're supposed to be the same person?

"And I'm a total idiot for not thinking that in the first place…not until she forced me to."

Nothing of what he said made sense to Subaru. Who was this 'she' he's even referring to? So far this white haired guy was just making himself out to be a lunatic who claimed his identity. So he decided his next words without much care.

"Nice try, but even though you look a lot like me, the real Subaru would be me! I know this because the Subaru I know has black hair, doesn't have a scar on his head, and is wearing a tracksuit."

Gluttonybaru smiled as he watched [Natsuki Subaru] speak to him in a playful tone, which made him reminisce about how he also acted like that back in Japan.

"So what I'm trying to say is that you're not me."

Those simple words from Subaru, even though they held no ill intent, made Gluttonybaru's heart suddenly crumble into a thousand pieces. Subaru had not really understood just how much those words of his would hurt his white-haired counterpart.

"No…no, no, I know that I am you, the whole reason why I'm here…it's likely because I couldn't accept that I was you. I deluded myself into thinking we were different people, that such an amazing guy like you couldn't even be compared to a squat like me."

Opening his mouth at a loss, this guy had to be crazy in Subaru's eyes. Nothing made any sense to him.

"Just stop it. When you call me 'amazing', it just feels…weird. For all I care you don't even know me."

'Not even know me', an impressive selection of words to Gluttonybaru, so wrong but yet so right. He doesn't know the real [Natsuki Subaru] who was capable of redoing fate, only the otaku loser he was back in Japan.

But that leaves the question, just what kind of person is Gluttonybaru talking to? Is it [Natsuki Subaru] the amazing hero who can fix everything or Subaru Natsuki, the absolutely worthless excuse of a person?

"Of course I know you, [Natsuki Subaru]. I already told you, we're the same person. Although…you haven't become the monster that I became."

"I seriously have no idea what you're talking about, but could you at least describe to me where I am exactly?"

Why doesn't the black haired Subaru listen to him, he just wants to help him for the love of God!

"We're in Lugunica."

"Luguna-what?"

A small piece of Gluttonybaru's brain was beginning to get frustrated at this lack of coherent communication. But it must mean that [Natsuki Subaru] doesn't remember anything either, leaving him in a state similar to Gluttonybaru when he had first awoken in that bed of the Pleiades Watchtower.

"Look around you, [Natsuki Subaru]. We're in a fantasy world."

Dashing his hand around the scenery, Gluttonybaru took Subaru's attention off of himself and onto the bustling streets. The beauty of it left Subaru in a short state of shock.

"So that means…I've been summoned to another world!?"

The childlike state returning to Subaru's face for a moment brief enough for his counterpart to notice had left Gluttonybaru with a smile of his own, to see himself happy made his own heart flutter.

Both of them standing up back onto their feet, some things that Gluttonybaru finally began to make sense.

"So if I'm in one of those parallel worlds like in the shows I've watched, then you being at my side makes a heck of a lot more sense! You're supposed to be one of those mentor characters right? But being someone who looks like me is a really unique decision, wouldn't you say?"

Making a sigh of pity, Gluttonybaru knew that the [Natsuki Subaru] he hoped for wasn't there, but rather it was just him again. The absolutely worthless excuse. The clueless kid who couldn't get over his problems. But that leaves him with a choice. He could help [Natsuki Subaru] into becoming that hero again, he himself was too far gone to do that. So that leaves his clueless counterpart. Gluttonybaru would make sure [Natsuki Subaru] got his full support.

"[Natsuki Subaru] or..me, this is not a RPG game so don't treat it like one. No, I am not your mentor. I am you. I am that worthless excuse who wanted to escape from reality, but I will make sure you don't end up like I did."

Crossing his arms in disappointment, Subaru went back to not understanding this conversation.

"And just what did you do? What's your backstory, lookalike?"

Covering his face in shame, Gluttonybaru had to admit the truth. The truth that could make [Natsuki Subaru] look at him with only contempt and disgust.

"I, or rather we, lost our memories at one point…and I was just as clueless as you were. Realizing I was in another world I expected some sort of cheat power, an escape from reality. But I did not receive that…instead I suffered, suffered for being such a disgusting and useless person who couldn't do anything right. But a turning point guided me to a false answer, that I could piece you back together, piece back [Natsuki Subaru]."

Attentively analyzing Gluttonybaru, Subaru felt like he was getting a lore drop. Something he could not make sense of at all, but he could only be left in his stupor as he continued to let his counterpart continue to explain.

"In this world, there exists such a thing as a Book of the Dead, which are books that let you read the memories of people who've died. And my plan…my plan…"

Scratching his head in confusion at why the white haired boy hesitated, Subaru wanted the answer.

"What was your plan?"

"Would you hate me for this? To have defiled our innocent soul with murder? My plan was to kill everyone who had ever known me, so that I could read their books and obtain their memories of who I was. And I went so far with it, I murdered so…so many people."

Leaving Subaru in a state of shock, did his counterpart just admit to mass murder?

"Of course I couldn't do it alone, I was far too weak for that. I had to rely on Shaula…the only one who'd help me in committing such an insane plan. She loved me so much, but I thought that was because [Natsuki Subaru] had charmed her with his amazing wits."

It was very apparent to Subaru that Gluttonybaru was on the verge of breaking into tears by talking about these dark thoughts. But he needed to know…why?

"But why? Why would you go that far to collect the memories of someone like me!?"

Wiping away the trickles of tears that had come out of Gluttonybaru's face, the answer to that question was so clear.

"Because you're a hero, [Natsuki Subaru]. You're someone capable of doing anything, and I am nothing compared to you. You have the ability to redo fate, it must be true. [Natsuki Subaru], you are a superman."

Confused whether to take this as an NPC's elaborate speech about him being the fabled protagonist of this story or it being the depressing speech of a version of himself who'd fallen into a tragedy of crime by being obsessed with his past, Subaru was left speechless himself.

"Are you real?"

Gluttonybaru was, at first, a bit at a loss of what that question meant but soon remembered that his counterpart wasn't actually sure if he was transported to a world of video game characters or real people.

"I am real, and I really wish I wasn't. I wish I never became this abomination who ruined everything [Natsuki Subaru] worked to achieve, you must hate me for being such a wreck."

"No I don't hate you and I can't hate you, because I don't understand you."

To not be hated left a faint smile on Gluttonybaru. He'd make sure that [Natsuki Subaru] understands him.

"Because knowledge iiiiis key, isn't that correct Subaruuuu?"

The voice of the clown, he had entered Gluttonybaru's head. Those apparitions were still there, restless voices. Perhaps not satisfied with Gluttonybaru, for he didn't truly save any of them like he promised to.

"Shut it for now, Ros."

Subaru glanced at Gluttonybaru with perplexion, wondering who he's talking to.

"Who's Ros?"

"Roswaal is one of those important guys who you'll meet soon. I killed him when I was patching together my memories and now his voice rests in my head sort of haunting me, alongside every other person that [Natsuki Subaru] had befriended."

Subaru stared at Gluttonybaru with a horrified expression, how nonchalantly he spoke about murdering those who were supposed to be dear to him. Everything he says could probably be something that actually happened, and the thought of that made Subaru sick to the stomach.

"If you ever see me talking to myself…just know that it's me talking with them. It's a side effect of reading one's Book of the Dead, and it's actually more useful than it sounds."

Lowering his eyes in a tinge of fear as well as sadness, Subaru wanted to know how he could prevent himself from becoming like this.

"It's really hard to believe that you're me. You're so…different."

"Then I'll prove it to you."

"Seventeen year old hikikomori high school student Subaru Natsuki, even though my parents love me, I selfishly feel spurned by their love. I wish they'd hate me for wasting my life away, that they'd stop calling me their son. I don't want to be called the son of Kenichi and Naoko Natsuki, I just want to be only known as Subaru Natsuki. I am you, and we are one in the same."

Subaru perked up at the explanation Gluttonybaru gave, to reassure him they're the same person. The darkest secrets only Subaru could know himself with pinpoint accuracy.

"That's what makes us the same. Then moving on to [Natsuki Subaru], the person I originally was and the person that I will make sure you become. [Natsuki Subaru] was the hero who saved the girl of his dreams from certain death on his first day being summoned."

Subaru immediately became wide eyed at that statement. Unless he also suffers from some sort of amnesia, then this was supposed to be his first day in 'Lugunica', meaning he'll meet that girl he fell in love with and will have to save her from death quite soon.

"He was able to save an entire village and a friend of his from certain death, he was able to kill a massive beast that plagued this nation for four centuries, ended the life of a heinous villain who threatened his friends, and saved a plethora of people who would all eventually become his friends from certain death, he saved a sanctuary filled with his friends and villagers from certain death and brought the demise of a heinous villain but was kind enough to give a second chance at life to a younger villain, he saved an entire city from certain destruction and ended the life of another heinous villain who threatened to steal away the girl of his dreams, and forced all the other heinous villains to retreat. Then…he went to the Pleiades Watchtower, and that's where I lost him."

Subaru's head spun in denial at these supposed accomplishments of himself. He did all of that…but just how, how could ever!?

"Stop. So you're telling me I'm gonna do all of that? I thought you already confirmed I didn't have any sort of cheat power and I'd never do those things with my current self."

Gluttonybaru put his hand onto Subaru's chest and Subaru swore he could've heard his counterpart almost laugh.

"You eventually get that power, [Natsuki Subaru]. I'm sure of it. I really am nobody worthy of note like [Natsuki Subaru] however, hence why I don't share the same abilities as him. I'm a fraud."

"I really don't feel comfortable with how high regard you hold me, y'know? Saying it with your words, this '[Natsuki Subaru]' , which is really just me, actually deeply hates himself. You know that, and yet you don't apply that hate to yourself as a whole. I can tell you're idolizing '[Natsuki Subaru]', even though you're the same person as him. Do you not feel confused about that?"

"I'm not a philosopher [Natsuki Subaru], but even though I now understand that we are the same person, I am still nothing compared to him. You can judge me as a person who's fallen from grace and needlessly chased after my own shadow."

"Moving back into who I am, please do not ever become like me. To me, I had been walking out of a convenience store after reading some manga and buying some snacks when I suddenly blacked out and then woke up in the Watchtower confused about why I was there. It turned out I had amnesia and was just the afterproduct of [Natsuki Subaru]."

"That's gotta be harsh for you to learn, and mentioning all this hero stuff from before. Your friends definitely had to be put off by someone they considered so great regressing back into…well, me."

"It really was and even now I still have that amnesia, and my perception of who [Natsuki Subaru] was is clearly flawed and riddled with holes. I thought I was the protagonist, I thought I could help everyone. But then I realized that they didn't want me, they wanted [Natsuki Subaru] to come back and I was just a disgusting and worthless bug who got in their way."

"Dude, I get it, we both hate ourselves but you're taking it a step too far. You need to understand that you're also a person."

"The way you refer to me as a 'dude', almost makes me feel better about myself about how far I've come since then. I guess that's what tens of thousands of years of other people's memories does to you, makes you way smarter, even I noticed that."

"You're feeling better because of me being a joke!? That's just crude!"

Gluttonybaru cackling at his counterpart, he really is starting to feel better about himself. At least he retained that joking mood of his even with how messed up everything became, he was still somewhat like [Natsuki Subaru].

"Back onto my story, I soon learned that I had an ability, meant for bringing back [Natsuki Subaru] called [Return By Death]. So even if I failed at one point, I could always retry, it took me four times to understand that."

"What's [Return By Death]?"

"I don't know much about it, since I only went through it four times, but I guess it just means that everytime I get killed I get sent back to that time where I woke up with amnesia, giving me another go at life. I came to the conclusion that I was given this ability so that I could eventually succeed in patching back [Natsuki Subaru]."

"So that means you've only died four times?"

Putting his hand to his head and breathing out a short laugh, Gluttonybaru reminisced on his foolish beginnings.

"Yeah it was four times, would you believe it that clumsy me died the first two times in the exact same way? That third time was really bad too, I woke up screaming at everyone and ran away, then I cried about wanting to go back home and I even pissed my pants."

"You shouldn't be laughing at something like that. Come on, you're even starting to make me have some self-worth!"

"When you start dying you begin to value your life less, obviously. My fourth loop was even worse, I had the idea that everyone in the watchtower was out to get me then something supernatural happened."

Subaru made a small 'ooh' noise at the thought of supernatural.

"I was guided by someone I don't really understand yet, maybe it was [Natsuki Subaru] or maybe it was that vile girl who tricked me. I abruptly fell unconscious and then woke up to find a lifeless body of one of [Natsuki Subaru's] friends with my hands having strangled her neck. I read her book of the dead, and then I heard her voice haunt me for killing her."

"Now I'm starting to understand why you look so awful, the things you're telling me are really screwed up, and this was all supposed to be just after walking out of a convenience store."

Gluttonybaru put his index finger to his lip, and thought about what to say next. Maybe he could explain his predicament to [Natsuki Subaru] with this.

"You've heard of Hercule Poirot, right? The hell am I saying of course you have, we both read the novels about him in Japan. One of his phrases is [Murder becomes a habit], a phrase meaning that you've become dependent on using the act of murder as a method to solve your problems as it had worked once before. I did exactly just that."

"You're comparing your life of crime to a novel? This is starting to make me feel depressed, and I'm not joking. For crying out loud, you're supposed to be me! Stop!"

Gluttonybaru ignoring Subaru's pleas for self-worth, went back on how that phrase had come to be.

"I killed [Natsuki Subaru's] beloved sister who always stuck by his side. I killed [Natsuki Subaru's] chivalrous knightly friend. I killed [Natsuki Subaru's] loyal animal companion. I killed [Natsuki Subaru's] haughty friend who always teased him. I killed [Natsuki Subaru's] reason to live, his love of his life, his girl of his dreams. And with Shaula, I went on to kill all of [Natsuki Subaru's] friends and even random people he barely would've remembered, if not at all."

This was supposed to be him, his future, the person who wore his skin and spoke in his voice. That's him. What terrified him even more is that he just described the action Subaru himself did just a couple minutes ago, to think his counterpart went through all of that just shortly after arriving to this world made him shudder. Subaru began to cry at the thought of him becoming somebody so messed up. Gluttonybaru knew that what he'd say would make him cry, but it's necessary to know the truth. He couldn't keep that a secret, not from [Natsuki Subaru].

"I am a complete and utter monster who deserves nothing."

Clutching his head at the thought of him becoming that insanity, Subaru wanted to understand it. And now that he did, he didn't not feel as excited as before to stay in this 'fantasy' world, rather he felt hopeless.

"Then why do you want to help me?"

Easy.

"Because you can save everyone. You could succeed where I failed. You are [Natsuki Subaru] even if you don't realize it, even if you want to run from it all…you cannot. There is no way back home, however much I wanted to go back. I regret everything and I want to amend that."

Slowly distancing himself away from his counterpart, Subaru wanted to escape from what was the weirdest conversation he's ever had in his life.

"This is so much to take in, you know? To think that I'm capable of being the greatest and worst thing to have ever happened to this world. I'm sorry but…I need to think, alone."

Shuffling his hands in his pockets, Subaru walked away from the estranged white haired counterpart. Enveloping his white haired counterpart in loneliness, and a feeling of coldness that didn't match the atmosphere of the bright summer day. Gluttonybaru watched him walk away, both Subarus holding a sense of emotion on their faces, one being shame and the other being regret.

Turning his head to that plastic bag filled with snacks lying on the floor, Gluttonybaru remembered that distant home of his. The home he wished he stayed in, and never came here. Reigniting his determination, Gluttonybaru had a new promise to fulfill.

"I will help you [Natsuki Subaru]."

Saving. Maybe [Natsuki Subaru] needed to be saved as well. But thinking that would be heresy. Gluttonybaru is sure he can save [Natsuki Subaru]…but…but he couldn't save himself from becoming this, so what's stopping a memoryless [Natsuki Subaru] from ending up the same?

"I will help you. I will definitely help you."

Picking up that plastic bag and chasing after the trail left behind by Subaru, Gluttonybaru will absolutely make sure that [Natsuki Subaru] won't fail.

Sitting alone in an alleyway was Subaru, collecting all the thoughts from that bewildering conversation with himself.

"A fantasy world populated by real people...I'm gonna become an awesome hero…but then murder becomes a habit…then I chase after my memories…that guy is supposed to be me from the future…and there is saving to do…so much saving."

Groaning from the pain of suddenly gaining all this knowledge, Subaru could only consider it insanity. That this world is actually insane, if it made someone like him become insane, then it's the world, the world that's trying to break him.

Everything about this world seems so picture perfect to Subaru, it really does look like one of those standard fantasy worlds but if the words of his white haired counterpart is confirmed to be true…then he is in for a world of hell.

"What are you going on and on about?"

A voice of a stranger calling out to him, Subaru turned up his head to see the sudden appearance of three men approaching him. He had been too focused on recollecting his thoughts to have seen them.

"If you don't want to get hurt, then cough up whatever you've got!"

The man with a snake-like tongue calling out to Subaru to hand over his valuables, this world's initial perception is quickly falling apart for Subaru. He's getting mugged now, how kind.

However, somewhere far away from Lugunica's capital held someone else, a third Natsuki Subaru. Stuck in that Hall of Memories was the true [Natsuki Subaru] who held the memories of the parallel world. Not having been erased away by the resetting of the world, he still lays there dormant and unconscious, awaiting for that fateful moment that his Books of the Dead will be read by the right person.

Authors Note: For as much of lazy bum who can't upkeep his fics in a proper fashion, I keep coming up with new ideas that I want to write! If I ever do get to writing a chapter 2 for this then some more questions betwen the two will get answered and a few of the writing problems such as Gluttonybaru's name will be solved in a friendly way.
