Author's Note: This is a tribute to the strength of all Earth elementals; just a little idea I had at 3:04 in the morning while listening to the song Underdog and thinking about Xiaolin Showdown. Besides, it's nice to get a break from Kimiko, Clay, Raimundo, and Omi once in a while. I own nothing.

"You sure you wanna do this, kid?" Dojo asked quietly. "There's always time to back out if you're not ready."
The Heylin assembled laughed. They called his element weak, his powers pathetic. Mocking and laughing, they didn't notice the smile creeping up on the Dragon of Earth's face. His eyes glimmered dangerously. They doubted him. He was only sixteen. What skills could he possess, coming from a peasant family? He had no formal training. Even the other Dragons were uncertain.
He didn't bother to reply to them. Actions spoke louder than words.
Especially when that action was moving a mountain's worth of rocks.
They stared; they gasped as the Iranian moved boulders and caused a sandstorm with ease. People didn't believe their own eyes as the Xiaolin Showdown was won within seconds. Rocks flew, glass shattered, and the earth itself changed dynamically as he did more than win: he destroyed them. He ripped up the arena and attacked mercilessly, not giving his opponent a break until that opponent was broken. He moved with the Earth, fast and hard, ruthless and unforgiving as the desert he hailed from. The Heylin Warrior hit the ground and was simultaneously hit by the ground. Any attacks the evil does tried were reflected back at him or used against him. The ground slid out beneath his feet and his attacks hit everyone but the Earth Dragon. He couldn't stand upright. Sharp, needlelike rocks sliced at him from every direction. Sand clouded the unfortunate Heylin's vision as the Iranian boy rode several boulders in the storm until he was high above. Then he brought every rock in the area crashing down onto the Heylin from all sides.
A sickening crraack sounded.
Stunned silence followed as the Shroud of Shadows was handed over to the Xiaolin. His teammates didn't have anything to say; even the joking and light hearted Dragon of Wind was speechless. Grand Master Dashi was staring, incredulous, as the first ever Dragon of Earth grinned mercilessly.
He turned to Dojo. "Yes, I believe I am ready."
