The year was 2017. Mackenzie Connor who wrestled under the ring name Piper Stone, was a beautiful twenty-four year old. She had straight jet black hair and light blue eyes. She had a tattoo of a four leaf clover on her left wrist. For two years she'd been dating Alex Mason. His ring name was Spike. They'd both been working for MLW (Major League Wrestling) for a month. Mackenzie and Alex had just arrived where the show was taking place. She always had to get the bags and bring them inside. Their relationship wasn't exactly the healthiest.
Sam Ratsch (Darby Allin) was waiting to go out for his match. He spotted Alex. He didn't like him. He didn't know why, he'd never spoken to him. He just got bad vibes from him.
After the show Sam was approached by the owner of MLW Court Bauer. Mackenzie and Alex were with him.
"Starting next week you and Alex with form a heel tag team." Court said to Sam. "She will be your manager." He said meaning Mackenzie. "I know you three will work great together."
In the parking lot Mackenzie was struggling to get the bags in the back of the van. Alex was already in the van. Everyone from the show was riding in it. Sam came out and saw her struggling.
"Here." He said. He put the bags in the van.
"Thanks."
"You're welcome."
Alex was in the front of the van. Mackenzie was in the back where Sam was.
"You had a good match tonight." He said.
"Thanks, you to."
"Is your real name Piper?"
"It's Mackenzie."
"I'm Sam." "I like your tattoo."
"Thanks."
"Why did you get it?"
"I'm part Irish."
"How long have you been wrestling?"
"I started training two years ago." "That's where Alex and I met."
When they got to the motel they were staying at Mackenzie and Alex went into their room.
"Come here." Alex said.
"Alex, I'm tired."
"Please." She knew he'd just keep bugging her until she caved. She went over to him. They kissed.
