Forgotten

May was laying down on the grass of glorious Petalburg City Park. The full moon was shining on her sweet face, as she serenely lay there, thinking to herself.

I'm so lonely, and on my birthday too! Max is busy training with his Pokemon so he can start his journey, Dad's minding the gym, and Mom's to busy reading a fanfiction online. I think it's called the Zen Box… (Heh, just saying…! ;3 ) What's so special about it that can make a mother forget about her daughter's birthday anyway!?

-big sigh- Ash and Brock are at home in Kanto, until they can find another, 'adventure', as they called it. And so here I am, also waiting for my adventure. An adventure I'd like to call, a Pokemon contest, and a birthday party.

Man, now I feel even more lonely. I have so many friends that also compete in Pokemon contests that would be glad to celebrate y birthday… like Wakana, and Drew, and Harley… wait, Harley's not my friend! Wakana's in Slateport city, why, I don't know. All that's left's Drew…

Drew.

Man, I don't know where he is, and I don't want to know…

…what am I saying! Yes I want to know where he is! Must of been my ignorant side thinking before… I mean, I'm in love with him, and this isn't puppy-love type love either, It's true love, for a 14 year-old. But…

…what If he doesn't love me back? What if he wants to just be friends? What if he hates me if I tell him?

May! Get a hold of yourself! The next time you see him, you're telling him you're telling him your secret! You've kept it for 4 years! And you ne-

"Hi May."

"Huh?" May looked to her right to see Drew, laying down next to her, looking up into the sky.

May sweatdropped. Curse my dumb luck!

"Lovely moon tonight, isn't it?" he asked.

"Umm, Drew?" May said, sitting up, legs crossed. She was blushing so much that he face turned ripe red, but luckily the moonlight only made things shine, it didn't show deep colors like red.

"Hmm?" He also sat up, but he was looking at her with questioning, curious eyes. "What is it?"

"Umm…" She breathed hard, and her stomach was doing back flips. She was so nervous, that she tensed up.

"I…"

Drew just sat there, still looking with patience. "Yes?"

"I…" May took one last deep breath."

"I think… wait, no… I know that I…"

"…love you." when she was done saying that, she started at the grass, her face plum red.

Drew looked sweetly at her. She was shocked when Drew brushed his hand through her hair. "For how long?"

"Umm…" May gulped. "4 years…"

Drew whispered, "I love you too." He brought her into a sweet kiss, and he held on. He could feel her caressing his soft hair.

"Surprise! Happy 14th birthday May!"

May broke free from the kiss, and looked around her. There was her Mom, dad, Max, and even Ash and Brock! There were a few other friends there too.

May looked around astonished. "Who planned this?" she asked.

Every body stared at Drew, who was smiling at May.

"We were going to plan a regular party, until Drew called 5 days ago." Caroline said. "He even called us, and shipped boat tickets from Kanto to Hoenn." Brock said, holding up the used tickets.

May and Drew stood up, and before he knew it, May was sobbing in his arms. "Thanks Drew…" she cried, looking up at him, smiling. "This is the most joyful day for me…"

Yeah, I was bored, but I wrote this using a thought that I just thunk up… (Try saying 'thunk up' 5x fast…) Plz review!!!
