This or That
"Matilda, Belle I think we should play a game" Cassie announced from where she was sat on the floor.
"Ok, what do you want to play?" Belle asked.
"Truth or Dare"
"No" Matilda said as she brushed her hair.
"Let's play this or that" Belle suggested.
"What topic?" Matilda asked looking from one friend to the other.
"Guys" Cassie said as if it was obvious. Belle rolled her eyes but nodded in agreement.
"Ben or Tony?" Cassie asked them. Matilda looked at Belle who seemed to be thinking.
"Ben" she answered while Mattie nodded in agreement.
"Older guys or same age?" Belle asked.
"Either" Cassie answered truthfully. Matilda looked quite thoughtful for a while.
"Well I don't really mind but I do prefer older guys" They went on about different guys for a while but eventually got onto the topic of Ric, Lucas and Drew.
"So which one do you like?" Belle asked looking at Cassie.
"Well I think I'd go for Drew" Cassie answered confidently.
"Cool I'd choose Lucas" Belle admitted shyly. They then both turned to Mattie who'd been watching them in silence.
"I don't know" she said blushing silently.
"Look Mattie we're your best friends not idiots. We know its not drew. You have a history with both Ric and Lucas and there your best friends as well. Come on you must have fallen in love with one of them." Belle said while Cassie sat nodding her head.
"I'm not going to choose between them" Matilda turned round and came face to face with Ric and Lucas.
"Choose between whom?" Lucas asked.
"Ermmm no one" Mattie blushed again while Cassie and Belle just smiled.
"Well me and Ric are meeting Drew and going surfing so if you guys want to hang out we'll be at the beach" Lucas said while grabbing some towels from the cupboard.
"Yeah sure" Cassie said trying to get them to leave. Ric took the hint and dragged Lucas out while saying goodbye.
"So who's it going to be?" Belle asked getting back to the game.
"Hey. Mattie!" Ric said as he turned up at the door again.
"Yeah" she said looking at him.
"Your still going to come to the party tonight aren't you and ermm you haven't given me my good luck kiss" he said grinning cheekily and pointing to his cheek. Mattie laughed and kissed his cheek like she did every time he was going surfing. Once Ric had left Belle and Cassie turned back to Mattie waiting for her answer.
"Well let's just say he never forgets me" she smiled at them then walked out of the front door following Ric.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Cassie shouted after her.
"Is it Ric then?" Belle asked following Matilda. Mattie simply laughed and watched Ric ahead of her.
