Chapter Two – Naruto's Answer
Naruto said, "Yes, I will do the trials with the best of ability. I will begin immediately. Where do I began?"
Hiashi asked, "Follow me then. Do you have all of the tools and other items that you deem worthy to accompany you on these dangerous trials?"
Naruto shifted through his pockets, and said, "Well, my supplies of kunai knives and shuriken are low. Am I allowed to go get some more?"
"We of the Hyuuga clan can provide you as many as you need, but if you fail the trials, you must pay for them. However, if you beat the trials, you pay nothing. Agreed?" Hiashi said.
"I agree, but can you make a back pack so I can store the weapons, and possibly other supplies, like stuff to start fires, and catch fish?" asked Naruto.
"Yes, I can do that, but once again, you must either pay for them if you fail, or you pay nothing if you pass." Said Hiashi.
"Ok, I'm ready to go, as soon as I have my backpack." Stated Naruto.
Naruto received the backpack filled with the necessary tools to last out the trials. He put the backpack on, and followed Hiashi to where the trials started. Hiashi led Naruto outside, to where some guards where standing, guarding the entrance of the start of the trials. Hiashi turned around and said, "Well Naruto, this is where the trials begin, and where I leave you. Listen to what the guards tell you, because it can save your life. Cheating will cause you to instantly lose the trials, meaning you lose Hinata's hand in marriage. Understood?"
