It's been two month since Manny and Ellie are together. They took more steps on their relationship. Ellie sometimes sleep with him on the ground, Manny started to be more protective over her because he doesn't want to lose her. She doesn't like the idea of him being too protective over her, but she likes how silly he acted.

He still was a little shy to express his feelings for her.

"So, everything's good with Ellie?" asked Diego

"What do you mean?" said Manny

"I mean your relationship buddy, are you still making 'baby steps'?"

"Oh, everything is perfect, she's perfect, the way she acts it's just so happy" he said smiling at his friend

"Okay, but have you thought asking her 'the question'?"

Manny's smile disappeared

"What do you mean by 'the question?" he asked

"I mean if you ask her to be your wife"

"No, I didn't thought about that"

"Why?"

"Because I don't know if she's gonna say yes, what if she reject me, and then she broke up with me" said Manny looking at the ground

"What do you mean if she reject you? She loves you, she is happy with you, she makes you happy."

"Yeah but… it's been just two months since we are together…" he said looking at his saber friend "and you see she doesn't want to rush things"

"I thought you didn't want to rush things either."

"I don't it's just…"

"what's wrong buddy?"

"That I don't want to lose her." Manny said looking at the ground, feeling terrified that if he's gonna ask Ellie to be his wife she will reject him, and he doesn't want that… he loves her, she changed him, he is happy with her.

Diego didn't said nothing, he looked at Manny then at the mammoth who was coming towards them.

It was Ellie.

"Hey" she said

"Hey" Manny said looking at her with big eyes and a little smile on his face.

"Where are Crash and Eddie?" asked Diego

"They go with Sid to a place called 'the falls'" she said

"Okay i'm gonna go after them" Diego said walking away, letting the two mammoths alone.

There was a little silend between them until Ellie asked: "What did you guys talked about"

"Oh nothing, just some guys thing" Manny said looking in her green eyes, he loved her eyes, sometimes he just stared at her eyes even if she wasn't looking at him.

"Honey, are you okay?" she asked

Manny was shocked, ever since they're together this is the first time she didn't called him by his name.

"Yeah, everything's just fine" he said smiling at her

Crash, Eddie and Sid were playing tag at the falls. There were a lot of animals playing dofferent games.

Crash stopped a moment to wait for his brother and his friend.

"STOP" he screamed at Eddie and Sid

"What's wrong Crash?" Eddie asked "Did something happened to you?"

"No I just want to ask you guys something"

"What is it?" asked Sid

"Do you thing Manny wants to marry Ellie?"

"I don't know, maybe" his brother said "Why do you ask"

"Because today when you go to find Sid, me and Ellie had a little conversation, and I asked her if she want to marry Manny, and she said she wants to but he doesn't ask her"

"Wow she wants to marry him?" Eddie asked

"Yes she do, she loves him"

"I thought you didn't liked Manny that much" said

Sid

"I don't, but Ellie is happy with him, so I have to 'like' him" the possum said feeling a little embarrassed that he was a little 'emotional'

"We should ask him?" his brother said

"I don't know. Sid what do you think?"

"I think it's a good idea to ask him." the sloth said
