"As part of my upbringing when I was young, I developed an interest in the piano," said Ponytail. "Could that be useful?"

"Cool! So you should play the keyboard, Yaomomo!" Raccoon Eyes exclaimed.

"Synth sounds are a part of club music that we can't do without," said ears. "You're a real help, Yaomomo!"

Ponytail flushed and put her fists together, smiling. "I'll do my best!"

"Huhhh?" Said Raccoon Eyes, tugging on Ponytail's jacket. "Didn't we talk about you being part of the girls' dance squad?! But I forgive you cuz you're so cute!"

"I'll play bass," said Ears. "So we just need guitar and vocals. Everyone else can be dancers?"

"Hm," Glasses said, stroking his chin. "I fear that that alone may not be enough."

"How about that crazy video we saw?" Said IcyHot. We could…"

"Gotta have some props!" Cried Raccoon Eyes.

"Yeah, that," IcyHot trailed off. Raccoon Eyes ran to the laptop and opened up a YouTube video. "Props? Like this!" She showed us a particularly glittering video. "Sparks and streamers and disco ball! We need this kinda stuff if we wanna create an atmosphere!"

Inviso girl jumped in. "Let's make it like a Disneyland parade!"

"And it's another way for others to participate!" Added Raccoon Eyes. "So, like, like, Uraraka could make Todoroki and Kirishima float, right?! And then Kirishima can chop up Todoroki's ice! And if Aoyama acts as our disco ball, the sparkly ice'll look like stardust as it falls! I call it team snowmen! Like a shave ice machine! Remember those hero teams I was talking about?"

"Excellent idea!" Glasses nodded. "Adding a bit of flair is the perfect way to get the room going!"

"I am the disco ball?" Said Laser Naval, then nodded and pointed. "C'est bon!"

"We'll also need someone to work the whole production behind the scenes."

The door opened and the work study students returned. "NO more extra lessons, since we're finally caught up! I'm so glad we get to be a part of the planning!" Deku smiled along with the others, looking tired but ready to help.

""Huh?" Said Uraraka as we told them the plan so far. "Won't you be singing, Jiro?"

"No," said Ears, "I'm totally not -"

"I should sing!" Ballhead interrupted her. "Singers get all the chicks!"

"I can be the disco ball and sing as well," said Naval Laser.

"Yo! I can't play an instrument to save my life, but I know I've got a great voice!" Said Kirishima, and then auditioned. "BROTHERHOOD BETWEEN DUDES, SEIZE IT WITH ALL YOU'VE GOT -"

You gotta be kidding me.

"Wrong genre!"

"AOIJO4UOUOIAHRITH" Ballhead yelled.

"You're just screaming.

"LAAAAAA!" Sang Naval Laser in a-

"Falsetto!"

"I think you should sing, Jirou!" Said Inviso girl. "When you were teaching us up in your room, your singing was super duper cool!"

"C'mon, stop making things harder than they already are!" Said Ears. "You're making this difficult."

"Aww, just do it!" Said Inviso girl, pushing a microphone towards her.

"Ignoring our soulful cries, what the heck!" Said Ballhead.

"I wanna hear Jirou sing, just a little!" Said Kirishima.

Ears took up the mic, and began.

"You know everyone wants to sparkle

Like the stars in the night sky

In this wondrous place filled with all our dreams

I've been wishing for

Waiting for the chance…."

Damn. She wasn't have bad.

"My ears died and went to heaven thanks to your husky, sultry voice!" Cried Raccoon Eyes as they all cheered.

"It's unanimous!"

Ears, blushing said "Great, with that out of the way we need guitarists, preferably two!"

"Me, me!" Said Dunce Face. "Playing instruments is the coolest!"

"Let me do it!" Said Ballhead.

"I'd probably break the stringers," lamented Kirishima.

"You really up for this? Are you ready to kill on stage?!" I snapped at Dunce Face.

"Yup yup, sure am!" he replied. "The guitar's the shining star of any band!"

He did quite well. Ballhead, on the other hand, couldn't even reach the strings.

"I guess I'll dance, then!" Said Sugar Man.

"Me too! I can move pretty well with my tail," said Tail.

"And I'll use my tape to help with the set-up," said Tape Arms.

The guitar was picked up by another - and to our surprise, Shadow boy played wonderfully.

"Tokoyami!?"

"What a melancholy riff!"

"You can play? Why didn'tcha speak up!?"

"I set aside the axe after the F-chord defeated me. Mineta, if your journey ends here I'll strum enough for the two of us."

And so on, until 1 am.

"Everyone's been assigned a role!" Glasses cried at last.

The Band was me, Ears, Dunce Face, Shadow boy, and Ponytail. IcyHot, Tape Arms, Kirishima, Naval Laser and Animal boy were on the stage crew. The rest of them, including Deku, were the dance squad.
