Chapter Summary: After Amber had made sure that Naruto was knocked out. She immediately went into detail on everything Kushina had missed in the past 3 years, after she explained who she was and her heritage. Kushina smiled at the news of Amber being an Uzumaki, even if she was only part Uzumaki. But her face became dark at the news of how her son has been treated by the village.

CHAPTER 3: Mother & Son Reunited

STORY RECAP

Amber's POV

"Where am I?! What happened to the Kyuubi?! Where's Minato and my baby?!" She then noticed us looking at her.

"And Who are you two?" Kushina asked, I looked at her for a moment before I spoke.

"Hi, Auntie Kushina. I'm a very distant relative of yours. My name is Amber Faye." I introduce myself.

"And I'm Naruto Uzumaki, Dattabayo!" Naruto said, Kushina's head immediately whipped at Naruto in shock.

I immediately used a mental link jutsu to speak to Kushina. I made a single one handed seal and pushed in some chakra into it.

"Kushina he doesn't know who you are. Yes he's your son and the reason why he doesn't look like you remember him is because the Council had placed multiple seals on him, one of them changes his appearance, but don't worry I've taken care of it. The seals that the council have placed on him will be gone in 90 days. It was the safest way." She looked at me and gave me a nod of understanding.

"Explain everything and don't leave out anything." I nodded but first I hit Naruto with a sleeping gas so he doesn't learn of somethings.

Now

Amber's POV

After I was finish explaining how Naruto was treated by the villagers and his life up til now. I felt the air in the room shift. I looked up and saw the menacing red aura surrounding her and her hair floating up creating a image like nine tails, and saw the look of murder on her face. She then asked in very cold voice.

"And has the old Monkey done anything about it?" I shivered at her tone, but indistinctively answered her anyway.

"He tries but the civilian side of the council ignored him. I remember the last time this happened he gave up, but not before warning them. His warning was and I quote. 'If you continue to harm the boy. I don't want to here you come complaining when he starts to fight back, even if he does kill someone he will not be punished by me or the Shinobi council. But if I find out you or any of the civilians or Shinobi try killing Naruto or openingly harm him. Then all those that are present or are witnessing the attack. Will be killed on sight by Anbu with pay and the civilian side of the council will be officially removed from ever attending meetings. Also Danzo, Homaru, Kahoru you try anything again I'll call Enma and Sensei's summons to have some personal time with you three, do I make myself clear?' I don't think I ever seen those three look so scared before, but alas his warning was ignored by the civilian council members as a result many were found dead the next day. This still didn't detour them, it only increased their resentment and hatred towards Naruto. Not to long ago I witnessed him being thrown from the orphanage, literally, by the matron." After I finished, explaining I watched as Kushina started tearing off the wires on her.

I quickly unplugged the machines and immediately helped her, the last one was the I V she went to remove it, but I was quick to stop her.

"Don't! I noticed it has a shit load of seals on it and I don't think most of them are to help you if the I V is removed forcefully. We'll have to take it with us. I'll get us out of here, and provide us with something to hide us from the eyes of others. While you lead us to the Uzumaki Clan compound if your fine with that of course." I said hopeing the angry Uzumaki would listen, much to my relief, she did. Cuz her maternal instincts stopped her anger and revenge plans.

"Alright, fine. Tho how are we going to leave without being detected?" Kushina asked, after I woke Naruto up, I grinned and spoke.

"You can leave all that to me." I then grabbed her and Naruto's wrists, while activating my cloaking power to hide us completely.

"Also under no circumstances try removing your wrists from my grip. Got it? Good! Let's go!" We then rushed out from the room and the hospital.

I then had Kushina take the lead. She immediately picked me and Naruto up and jumped onto the roofs she ran across them at great speeds.

We soon found ourselves in front of a large gate with a giant red spiral swirl on it. Kushina bite her thumb and swiped it across the spiral. It glowed, then there was the sound of gears moving. The gates soon opened and we stepped inside. Kushina then hit a hidden switch on the other side of the gates and they closed.

She then took us to a large mansion that belongs to those who are part of the head of the clan. When we entered Kushina turned around and spoke.

"Welcome to your new home you two. I'm not taking no for an answer got it, Dattabane?" I just nodded then looked at Naruto who started to break down in tears.

Kushina immediately went to her son and asked him what was wrong. He answered.

"Why are you being so nice to me? I'm just a clanless orphan that everyone hates and calls me a demon? Who am I to you and why do you care?" Naruto sobbed out, Kushina immediately pulled him into a hug which made him stiffen up, I joined in as well.

Kushina then pulled away slightly, so she can look her son in his eyes and spoke.

"You want to know who you are to me and why I care?" Naruto nodded, she just smiled and picked him up with me following.

Kushina sat down on the couch with Naruto in her lap, I climbed up onto the couch and sat down next to them to listen. Kushina then spoke.

"Well, 3 years ago today, I gave birth to a son. He had bright cerulean blue eyes, spikey crimson blood red hair, and three whiskers like marks on his cheeks. But me and my husband were attacked. After the attack I was badly injured, my husband died, and I was in a coma for 3 years." Kushina then looked at Naruto and asked him a single question.

"Do you want to know what name me and my husband had decided on for our son?" Naruto looked up to look at Kushina's face with confusion, but nodded.

"We named him Naruto." She said with a small smile.

I immediately looked at Naruto and saw the gears start moving in his head. After a few minutes of silence Naruto's eyes widen and tears started to form in his eyes. He slowly met Kushina's eyes with a look of hope and fear. He then asked in a shaking voice barely above a whisper.

"Mm… Mom?..." He asked, Kushina immediately gave him a motherly smile and answered.

"Yes, and I'm so sorry…" but she was cut off when he practically tackled her into a tight hug and started crying into her stomach, she immediately hugged him back tightly and started rubbing his back to calm him down.

"Mom… Please don't apologize you done nothing wrong! I'm just happy you are still alive and you care for me and you didn't just abandoned me like everyone had said. Just promise me you won't leave me alone again." Naruto said while holding onto her tightly as if she would disappear again.

Kushina smiled and nodded.

"I promise Naru-chan, and I never go back on my promises." Kushina said with determination.

I looked at them with a smile. I was Happy that I was able to reunite the mother and son. I already knew that from here on, Naruto's life will change for the better.

I'll make sure that I'll be there for him every step of the way no matter what. That's a promise, and an Uzumaki never goes back on their promises.
