-Pepper pov-

"Mrs. Stark!" I look at Olivia with a smile "I see Norman has not made it yet but I can show you a sneak peek if you would like?"

"That would be wonderful" I smile and we walk toward the labs. I notice as we walk the people are watching me "What is everyone fascination with me? Do I have food on my face?"

"No you are a celebrity of sorts here" I give a fake smile as I continue on toward the experiment "Please have a seat! I have a few things to gather still and get ready!"

I nod and slowly sit down in my seat. She leaves and I look around the room. Scientists and engineers are all around me. They work but also watch me.

I narrow my eyes at one who looks nervous. She motions toward the door with her head and I slowly turn. It has a red light on it and seems to be locked. When I turn around again I see most of the people have left.

"Your company has been removing funds slowly" The lights darken and I am soon strapped to the chair "I do not take this stuff lightly! You have betrayed me! You have betrayed the name of my group!"

"Big talk for someone hiding in the shadows" The lights come on and she slinks out of the darkness with machine arms "Olivia? What is that?"

"Your dead husband sold a machine via his will" She smirks as a arm raises "I have been using it with my group to make things like these arms! I also have made the power of the sun to prove we deserve your help!"

"Yo-you locked me here for that?" She seems to go into thought before blushing with a nod "You know we could have just talked right?"

"But there is no fun in that!" She groans and moves around thanks to the arms "I love these things! I also am a student of an acting school sooooo yeah"

"Well you got me" She smiles and claps "Now can I get up?"

"Oh not yet!" She pushes some buttons and the machine begins to turn on "Watch this!"

I watch as the huge circular machine glows yellow. It moves in a cyclone like motion and is mesmerizing. Lights soon turn on and I must say I am impressed. She must be able to tell cause she looks excited.

"It can do so much more!" She pushes a few more buttons but things spark "Who touched it? Who touched the machine?!"

"What is this?" I look up to see a man holding a remote "I was given a remote to get Pepper out of her chair!"

"It is nothing!" Olivia is moving around as the man pushes a button releasing me "I-I promise I can control it!"

"It is the power of the sun Olivia!" The girl from earlier rushes in "Let's go! The alerts are sounding off! Hydra is asking to pull off!"

"You work for Hydra?" Olivia glares at the other girl "I am removing stark entirely! I am an avenger and should report you!"

"No! We can lose Hydra!" Olivia walks over to the cyclone "The sun is here! It is energizing everything here!"

Before I can speak the machine starts to break. Olivia uses the arms to hold it together. Her girlfriend, I have to assume, is trying to get her away. That is when it all happens so fast it is slow.

Everything explodes and I shield up. The man behind me and myself are blocked. I try to get the girl but she goes to Olivia. She rushes toward Olivia but goes too far.

The yellow turns a familiars purple and she goes inside of it. Olivia goes to move but everything launches us away. I am blasted back with the guy and knocked unconscious. Last thing I saw was the S.O.S getting sent.

-Peter pov-

I am alone in the Avengers compound when an alert comes through. I sigh as I walk over and forget my cereal. Nothing is wrong with eating it late afternoon. I open the alert and immediately rush out of the compound.

I swing to the location and see the fire being put out. I rush in and help the firefighters get people out. I notice a familiar logo and take pictures as I go through. I switch to recording once I go for who sent the alert.

I find the dot and start breaking down the door. I bust it down and see the room destroyed. Olivia is down, Pepper is down, and...Norman Osborn is down. I get the two ladies out first and go back for Norman.

I stop when I see Hobgoblin holding him. The stupid laugh hurts knowing the pain behind it. I can feel the fire from his eyes looking at me. I swing toward them but have to stop as the roof falls.

I back up as he leaves the other way. I swing back out and try to rush to the backside of the building. I stop when my Avengers data cache loads the image search. I stop when Hydra appears on my screen.

I look over at a moving Olivia and then toward the smoke cloud leaving. I growl and rush toward who is more important. I land beside them and see the look in their eyes.

"We need to have a chat" She narrows her eyes "Please Olivia"

"Where were you when she went in?" A claw arm wraps around my neck "Where were any of you?!"

I get my head smashed into a fire truck and hear some screams. I groan as my brain feels like it was crushed. I look to see her escaping as a police officer falls dead. I try to move but my vision goes blurry.

I get a S.O.S out as my vision fades to black.
