Sasuke's Disciple: Chapter 4
Sasuke was standing in front of the forest of death with his team after the first exam; he honestly was surprised that they made it this far considering that the first test was a written test and the fact Naruto was a idiot. While they were waiting in front of the forest the examiner Anko Mitarashi was giving a briefing and as per usual Naruto was acting like an idiot.
"It's called the forest of death and soon you'll find out why" Naruto said while doing the chicken dance and using a mocking voice "big deal I ain't scared of nothing" Naruto said to the smiling purple haired Kunoichi. Naruto then had his cheek sliced open and the examiner appeared behind him in a burst of speed.
"Confident guys like you are always the first to die you know" Anko said licking the blood off Naruto's cheek; shen then drew out another Kunai and held it to a grass genin behind her holding her kunai with a really long tongue.
"I believe this is yours" the grass genin said holding out the Kunai; Anko then took it and smiled.
"Why thank you; but next time don't sneak up on me or I'll kill you" Anko said with a sickingly sweet smile.
Sakura who saw the interaction looked on is disgust "gross how can she have a tongue like that and why did that lady lick Naruto's blood; you can get a disease from doing that" Sakura said. She then turned to Sasuke " what do you think Sasuke" Sakura asked hoping to get more that a grunt or a short response.
Sasuke just looked at the grass genin with caution 'I don't know who she is but I better keep my distance' Sasuke thought as he looked back at the examiner as she continued to explaining the second exam.
Meanwhile in the training ground: With Hanabi
Hanabi was doing a kunai drill that Sasuke taught her; Hanabi jumped in the air and threw 2 kunai that his their bullseyes, she then took out 4 more and threw 2. As the 2 were flying she released the next 2 to hit the first ones making them ricochet into four other targets and in a last bit of acrobatics she turned in midair in a spin and threw 2 more kunai which hit the last 2 targets.
When she landed she looked at her handiwork and smiled "8 targets, 8 bullseyes" Hanabi said to herself as she walked around picking up her weapons ' with a little more practice I can get up to 10 targets' Hanabi thought. When Sasuke showed her this drill he did 12 targets all together; he told her that by the time he's done with the second exam she should've mastered it.
'Ok time for 10 targets this time' Hanabi thought as she brought out 2 more targets and placed them apart on opposite sides of the clearing. Unknown to Hanabi she had a trio of watchers.
"Are you sure this is wise" Yoroi said using a cloaking jutsu "what if she spots us; sneaking up on a Hyuga is damn near suicidal".
"Relax Yoroi" Misumi said "with this technique lord Orochimaru has given us even if she had the Byakugan she cannot see us" he said. Orochimaru had instructed while they cannot use this technique in a fight it could make them less recognizable.
"Who would've thought that a simple chakra disruption jutsu from Iwa could hide us so easily" Kabuto said fixing his glasses "this brat better be worth the trouble; we had to drop out of the exams for this" Kabut said. When Kabuto reported back to Orochimaru about the relationship Sasuke had with the Hyuga girl he was perplexed; according to multiple spy reports it said that Sasuke was a loner.
Orochimaru decided to take a gamble as it would be most advantageous to get not one but both of the legendary doujutsu of Konoha.
"Keep a good watch on her" Kabuto said to his 2 teammates "she'll get tired eventually and when she's tired we'll strike" Kabuto said which made Yoroi raise an eyebrow.
"Why not strike now" Yaroi asked which made Kabuto chuckle.
"Because even a baby cobra is venomous" Kabuto said plainly as they continued to watch the young Hyuga girl go through another drill.
In the forest of Death: Sometime later
Sasuke was breathing heavily as he never expected a fight like this; Orochimaru the S-class criminal and rogue ninja of Konoha was kicking his ass left, right and center. Sakura who was next to him was of no help; all Sakura has done so far is cower and throw a kunai wo stop Naruto from falling to death when Orochimaru hit him in the stomach.
"My, my Sasuke" Orochimaru said licking his lips "you do have a lot of potential; yet it is wasted on this village" Orochimaru said as Sasuke gave him a angry glare. "How do you expect to beat Itachi when you can't even beat me" Orochimaru said mocking the last Uchiha.
"Don't you dare say his name" Sasuke shouted which made Orochimaru chuckle "ok then how about we talk about your little friend. Hanabi?" Orochimaru said which made Sasuke pale and then get enraged.
"If you touch her, I'll kill you" Sasuke shouted; Sakura who saw Sasuke's reaction was puzzled.
'Hanabi? That's the girl Sasuke is friends with' Sakura wondered 'who is she?'
"Well Sasuke if you want to protect her you better kill me here now; because if you don't, I'll kill her after I'm done with you" Orochimaru said with a smile. Sasuke stood up with his sharingan blazing, he then pulled out a kunai and held it between his teeth; in both hands he had a giant shuriken.
'You are going to die' Sasuke thought as he began his assault against the rogue Sanin.
With Hanabi
Hanabi was done with training and was about to leave the training grounds; she then heard a sound from behind her and drew a kunai. She used the Kunai to block 3 shuriken that were about to hit her in the back.
"Good reflexes" Kabuto said as he and his 2 teammates emerged from the forest "let's see what else you can do" Kabuto said as he and his 2 teammates charged Hanabi.
Hanabi activated her Byakugan and fell back; Yoroi tried tograb on to Hanabi to drain her chakra and subdue her. Hanabi dodged the hand and struck it twice in the wrist; before Yoroi could scream from the pain he then felt the kunai Hanabi was holding pierce his thigh.
Hanabi kicked off her injured attacker to gain some distance only to be wrapped around by Misumi "give up girlie" Misumi said as he began to choke Hanabi "my body can stretch and bend to my will; you can't escape" Misumi said. He then thought he heard Hanabi say something "what was that" Misumi asked.
"R…e…pulse" Hanabi choked out to Misumi's confusion; Misumi was then hit full force by Hanabi's repulse as he felt his ribs break and organs shift as he was blown away. Hanabi was then gagging due to the strain oh her throat; she then dodged a chakra scalpel from Kabuto.
"Impressive" Kabuto said as he tried to strike Hanabi again; Hanabi and Kabuto then began a kind of dance as both fighters tried to avoid being struck by each other. Kabuto then say a opening and tried to hit the girl 'got you' Kabuto thought; Hanabi then dropped to the ground and charged up her feet and mule kicked Kabuto in the chest.
Kabuto was not expecting this and barely had enough time to begin his healing jutsu; Kabuto was sent flying in the air. Hanabi then appeared in front of him hitting him once more flipping him so that his head was facing down; Hanabi then wrapped her arms around his torso and used her feet to keep his head locked.
Hanabi used gravity to bring the both of them down with Kabuto landing head first into the ground and Hanabi landing a few feet away ;'Sasuke thanks for teaching me that pile driver' Hanabi thought as she tried to regain her breath.
Hanabi was then attacked from behind by Yoroi who just got up "come here you little bitch" Yoroi yelled; Hanabi narrowly escaped his grasp and jumped away. She then went through hand signs 'Fire style: Fireball jutsu' Hanabi hit Yoroi point blank with a fireball.
Yoroi was set ablaze, he screamed and danced in agony as his body was burned by the flames of Hanabi's jutsu.
"Yoroi" Misumi shouted as he charged toward Hanabi to avenge his comrade; Hanabi brought out a scroll and took out a giant shuriken.
'Demon Wind Shuriken: Windmill of Shadows' Hanabi then launched the giant shuriken at Misumi; Misumi seeing the shuriken come towards him smirked.
"Nice try" he shouted as he caught the shuriken "you-" he never finished his sentence as a second shuriken hidden behind the first decapitated him. His body then fell to the ground and Hanabi was left panting.
Hanabi then seeing what she just did threw up all over the ground 'oh god, oh god, oh god; what just happened' Hanabi thought as she looked around at the 3 shinobi she just killed. 'I got to go to father so he can-' Hanabi did not finish that thought as she was stabbed in the neck with a syringe.
Kabuto pulled out the syringe and looked down at the young Hyuga girl in agony on the ground "you're pretty good; I underestimated you" said Kabuto rubbing his neck and healing the cuts on his crown "if I wasn't such a good healer I would be dead right now" he said.
Hanabi was to distracted by the feeling of lava in her veins to respond "Lord Orochimaru was right; you may be valuable after all, please enjoy his gift" Kabuto said as Hanabi passed out. Kabuto then picked Hanabi up and vanished in a swirl of leaves.
The Hyuga compound
Kabuto appeared in Hanabi's room and placed the unconscious girl on her bed; he then leaned forward and kissed her cheek "sweet dreams" Kabuto said chuckling as he once again vanished. Hanabi was left there sweating and in pain as she began to have horrible nightmares; nightmares of snakes and death, Kabuto and Hiashi and worse yet dreams about Sasuke dying.
As she laid there a black seal in the shape of a Buddhist Swastika appeared on the nape of her neck; hidden from the world by her long brown hair.
Hours later at night
Sasuke was having nightmares even worse than usual; the Uchiha massacre, Zabuza, Orochimaru , him being tortured and even Hanabi dying violently.
"Are you going to let another loved one die Sasuke" Mikoto said to Sasuke who was speechless.
"A ninja who abandons the mission is scum; but one who abandons his comrades is worse than scum" Kakashi said appearing behind Sasuke.
"What will you do Sasuke" Fugaku asked.
"What will you do? What will you do? What will you do? What will you do? What will you do?" the voices echoed to Sasuke as he began to clutch his head.
"Never again, NEVER again, NEVER AGAIN" Sasuke shouted in the darkness of his mind.
Sakura, Lee, Ino, Shikamaru, Choji and the sound team were looking at the tree Sasuke was in as they felt a mass of dark chakra coming from it.
"Sasuke" a beaten and bloody Sakura asked as she saw Sasuke walk out with a weird black tattoo covering half his body.
"Sakura" Sasuke asked in a bone chilling voice "who did this" Sasuke asked.
"It was us" Zaku said not grasping the full extent of the situation.
"You. Will. Die." Sasuke said his Sharingan appearing and giving all those in the vicinity a vulgar display of power.
The Hyuga compound the same time.
Natsu and Ko Hyuga were making their rounds until they saw a strange sight; the heiress Hanabi was climbing to the roof.
"Lady Hanabi" Natsu asked concerned for her charge; Hanabi did not respond but began to leap off "Lady Hanabi" Natsu said a little louder "Ko follow me; something is wrong" Natsu said.
"Ok" Ko said as he and Natsu began to chase after Hanabi; they chased Hanabi for a good 10 minutes until they reached a park on the out skirts of the village.
"Lady Hanabi what's wrong; why did you run away" Ko said as Hanabi was facing away from the 2 Hyuga branch members.
Hanabi silently turned around and both Ko and Natsu went from concerned to terrified; Hanabi's right side was covered in a zigzag black tattoo and her right eye was no longer lavender but deep purple. Hanabi then activated her Byakugan and got into her fighting stance.
Ko and Natsu seeing this activated their own Byakugan and got into their own stances "Lady Hanabi" Ko said slowly "calm down and lets talk" Ko asked calmly as possible.
"Your eyes" Hanabi said softly to Ko and Natsu "I hate them" Hanabi said her face twisting into a deep scowl; Hanabi then rushed at the 2 branch members. "You will die Hyuga" Hanabi shouted as she prepared to kill her 2 clansmen.
