Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, in which Class 1-A finds themselves into an unexpected situation…
Well then, read on and enjoy!
Ch. 19: Kinpaku shita taiketsu
The scene shifts at Heights Alliance where the time now is 13:15, and there it is revealed that classes in UA Academy have been suspended for EMERGENCY REASONS, thus resulting in classes for the afternoon session being cancelled, and the next scene shifts at the Class 1-A dorms, where Class 1-A are still in a state of worry after the revelations are out in the open since early morning where the news about Midoriya's murder spree went online, became a wanted fugitive and a SHOOT TO KILL order is implemented.
The rest of Class 1-A are at the living room area and are discussing about what to do, as they are worried for Midoriya's safety and figure out a way to prove his innocence as they are sure that an impostor did this as there is no way that Midoriya would massacre the Royal Family. There Ashido and Jiro are more than worried as they are sure that the League Of Villains would jump at the opportunity to kill Midoriya as his provisional hero license was confiscated for shallow reasons, thus giving the League Of Villains the belief that Midoriya cannot legally use his Quirk in public.
Uraraka and Asui echoed the same sentiments and wondered what was the Hero Public Safety Commission thinking and why would they take away his hero license since there is no confirmation that Midoriya is involved in the viral scandal video.
"This is wrong…what was the commission's basis for confiscating the hero license of Deku? It doesn't make sense…"
"Kero…I agree…"
"I mean…the viral video scandal situation…that should fall within UA and the police…and there's no national security breach involved…"
"I've been thinking of that as well…what the commission did is foolish."
"And they made the situation worse…"
"Kero…indeed."
"I'm worried for Deku…"
"Me too…"
By then Hagakure noticed that Yaoyorozu is not here, which the rest also realized, as she hasn't shown up since morning, and wondered where she went, while Bakugo and Todoroki are at a far corner, with the latter sensing that there's a possibility that the Hero Public Safety Commission might suspect that someone has tipped Midoriya off and tells Todoroki about the implications should the HPSC figure out that he and Todoroki were the ones who gave Midoriya the warning.
At this point, Kendo and Tetsutetsu came and greeted their schoolmates, and noted that they are still restless and anxious, due to what happened earlier in the morning, and there Kendo told Iida that she talked to Vlad King earlier and said that Vlad King would have an emergency meeting with the faculty staff members about what to do next, which Iida nodded.
Kendo then noticed that Yaoyorozu isn't here, and there Iida said that they haven't seen her since morning and have no idea where she went, as her smartphone is silent up until now, as she hasn't answered the calls made to her.
"Really, Iida?"
"Yes. We don't know where she went…"
"Oh dear…"
"And this made us even more worried. Midoriya is on the run…and now Yaoyorozu is gone since morning…"
"…"
"I do hope she has a good reason…"
"Lets calm down, Iida…"
"Yes, you're right…"
Suddenly, the acting principal, Muno-sensei, came barging in, and began berating Class 1-A for insubordination and for interfering in authority matters, saying that he is sure that Class 1-A were the ones who aided Midoriya letting him get away, causing Kirishima, Kaminari, and Mineta to verbally lash back at Muno, saying that they haven't contacted Midoriya for at least two days.
"What was that?"
"You heard us, Mr. Acting Principal!"
"You're the one in the wrong!"
"And you're the one who tried to make us cut off from Midoriya!"
"What did you say?"
"You prevented us from doing a welfare check on our classmate!"
"Remember…he is amongst the targets of the League Of Villains!"
"And we are sure that an imposter did the massacre and framed Midoriya!"
Iida stepped forward and told Muno-sensei that he made a very grave error in suspending Midoriya without due process and for evicting him from Heights Alliance, as this gives the League Of Villains the opening to make attempts in murdering Midoriya, reminding the acting principal that Midoriya is among the League Of Villains' primary targets.
All of the sudden, Dogurasu Rokuweru, the acting commissioner of the Hero Public Safety Commission came, and he appeared to be a man in his 40s, and while he appeared to be a DISTINGUISHED GENTLEMAN, Bakugo can sense the smug aura from him, and there Rokuweru went straight to the point and asked Class 1-A if they are the ones who alerted Midoriya about last night's attempted arrest on him, which surprised majority of Class 1-A, as they are unaware of this, as only Bakugo and Todoroki are the only ones who knew.
"Huh?"
"What?"
"You got to be kidding!"
"We have no idea what you're talking about!"
"That's right! We are unaware of this!"
"And we haven't heard from Midoriya since yesterday!"
"So please don't accuse us of anything!"
"And we are sure that you made a big boo-boo!"
Unfazed, Rokuweru smirked and made a threat, saying that Class 1-A would be charged for obstruction and for harboring a wanted criminal, which infuriated Bakugo, as he confronted Rokuweru and asked what was his basis for confiscating Midoriya's provisional hero license since the viral video involving him hasn't been confirmed, saying that it wasn't deemed as a criminal act since it is only a video.
Moreover, Bakugo also demanded to know why Rokuweru ordered the confiscation of Midoriya's provisional hero license since the viral video is not covered by the Hero Public Safety Commission and it falls squarely within the school and the police, stating that up until now there is no proof or confirmation that Midoriya is the one involved in the viral video and pointed out that despite Class 1-A proving that Midoriya has been in UA Academy and Heights Alliance after the UA Academy Festival, meaning that he never the school or the dorms, Muno-sensei still suspended him and evicted Midoriya from Heights Alliance without giving him due process.
The rest of Class 1-A spoke and echoed the same same sentiments, saying that if Muno-sensei hadn't unjustly evicted Midoriya from Heights Alliance, and had Rokuweru not confiscated Midoriya's provisional hero license, there would be proof that someone is impersonating Midoriya and uses Midoriya's appearance to commit the murder of the Royal Family.
"Yeah!"
"Bakugo is right!"
"You guys at the commission did a grave error!"
"You gave the villains an opening!"
"And now you're accusing us of hiding our classmate? It was that pig of an acting principal who is preventing us from checking our classmate since he is living alone at his home!"
"So don't you go threatening us!"
"And we mean it!"
"That's right!"
Rokuweru wasn't deterred and maintain this SMILING APPEARANCE, and reiterated that Class 1-A would be arrested if they do not cooperate and answer the question, and as Bakugo is gritting his teeth, his expression shifted to become shocked as someone came in, and that someone turn out to be Inko Midoriya, and accompanying her is Yaoyorozu!
Muno-sensei then confronted Yaoyorozu, berating her for breaking school rules and leaving UA Academy without authorization and threatened to have her suspended, though Yaoyorozu just glared at Muno, but the acting principal shifted his ire towards Inko, telling her that her son is a disgrace to UA Academy, which caused Kirishima to badmouth the acting principal, but everyone, except for Rokuweru, was shocked and taken by surprise as Inko responded by punching Muno-sensei straight on his face, and the impact was quite strong and Muno-sensei was sent careening against a chair, and lost several teeth in the process, and you can see that Muno's teeth are scattered onto the floor, which some of the students muttered that Muno-sensei deserved it.
"Hmph."
"Yeah."
"Good one."
"Serves him right."
"Now he won't be smiling…"
"He's a jerk."
"Kero…"
"Asshole."
Inko sternly reprimanded Muno-sensei for his insensitivity and for not giving her son due process, saying that it hasn't been proven that her son is involved in the viral sex video scandal yet Muno-sensei suspended him just like that, and then evicting her son from the UA dormitory for no reason, reminding him that the UA dormitory was supposed to protect her son from the League Of Villains yet she cast Izuku away just to preserve UA Academy's image, thus exposing her son to danger and becoming a target for the League Of Villains.
"You are the worst person to work in this school!"
"But…but…"
"And yet you jumped to conclusions without doing a thorough investigation…!"
"But…but…"
"Suspending my son without due process…evicting him from the dormitory that should serve as protection for the students for no justifiable reason…and you even prohibited my son's classmates to check on him because you think that they would pose a security situation?!"
"But…but…"
"You have no right being in charge of this school!"
"But…but…"
She then reprimanded Rokuweru for confiscating her son's provisional hero license, saying that Bakugo is correct, as the so-called viral video falls into UA Academy and the police's jurisdiction, yet the Hero Public Safety Commission did that without due process, and even question why Muno-sensei prohibited Class 1-A from doing a welfare check on her son as he is living alone with no food or money.
Inko then said that Yaoyorozu here told her what really happened, and that she was the one who sent food rations to the Midoriya house so as to keep her son from going hungry and desperate, which surprised Bakugo and Todoroki, as they did not know of this.
Inko then said that her neighbors have seen Midoriya staying at home, and that the only time he went outdoors is when he was looking for part-time jobs, only for the establishments to reject him for unknown reasons, and pointed out that Midoriya never knew about the location of the Royal Palace, hence it is impossible for her son to commit the murders since he is at the Midoriya house and it would take at least three hours to travel from Musutafu to the Royal Palace, which Midoriya has no way of doing that using his Quirk since his provisional hero license was unjustly confiscated.
Despite this, Rokuweru insisted that the whole situation is Midoriya's fault, saying that he let fame get to his head and now he is desperate for attention, which he pointed out the current events, much to Inko's anger, leading the Class 1-A members to verbally retaliate towards Rokuweru.
"You asshole! Those are uncalled for!"
"Bakugo is right!"
"You guys at the commission are total jerks!"
"Midoriya didn't do anything bad! And you know it!"
"And now you're accusing Midoriya of being guilty even though you didn't do a serious investigation!"
"So don't you go slander Midoriya!"
"And we mean it!"
"That's right!"
Undeterred, Rokuweru demanded to know who tipped Midoriya off about last night's attempted arrest, and glancing discreetly at Todoroki, which the latter got the gist, Bakugo stepped forward and reveal what he knows, surprising everyone, and there Bakugo revealed that at the time of the massacre, Midoriya was at his home, thus pointing out that it is impossible for Midoriya to be in two places at the same time, hence he proved that the Midoriya who massacred the Royal Family is an impostor.
Uraraka, Asui and Kirishima stepped forward, and told Rokuweru that shortly after the Shie Hassaikai raid, Midoriya revealed that he discovered Himiko Toga's Quirk, which she can assume the appearance of other persons, as Midoriya testified that he saw Toga assumed Rock Lock's appearance, and even assume Camie and Uraraka's form during the Provisional Hero License exam.
"Deku told me and Sero how Toga infiltrated the provisional hero license exam…and even assumed my appearance and the Shiketsu High student…"
"And Midoriya told me how he encounter Toga during the Shie Hassaikai raid…"
"Kero…even the pro heroes involved in the raid can attest to that."
"…"
"So don't you go saying that Deku is guilty as charged. You at the commission made a grave error."
"You already have by confiscating Midoriya's provisional hero license without a justifiable reason or due process."
"Kero…that's right."
"…"
It appears that Rokuweru was being swayed after hearing the testimony from the three Class 1-A members, and as Ashido and Jiro looked like there is hope, Rokuweru then said that he would look into it, but for now, Class 1-A, including Bakugo, would be placed into custody for harboring a wanted fugitive and for interfering in police matters, surprising Class 1-A and they protested, saying that they are unaware of this until now, and Bakugo shouted and shoved Rokuweru, saying that he was the one who revealed to Midoriya about this, thus only Bakugo himself should be taken in, which did little to sway the acting commissioner.
Suddenly, agents of the Hero Public Safety Commission, resembling men in businessmen attires, stormed in and fired what appeared to be support items, which open fired, firing what appeared to be items that looked like necklaces and affixed itself onto the necks of the Class 1-A members, where they got jolted with tolerable levels of electricity, knocking them out.
Kendo and Tetsutetsu were shocked by this and protested, but Muno-sensei, who is bleeding from the mouth due to losing several of his teeth, threatened to have Class 1-B suspended if they interfered, saying that this is a Hero Public Safety Commission matter and they cannot butt in like that, much to the two Class 1-B members' protest.
"You two stay out of this!"
"What?"
"What?"
"This is now a Hero Public Safety Commission work! Do not interfere or you'll put the school in jeopardy!"
"You call this a commission work?"
"What they are doing is overkill!"
"Regardless! This is government work! Get into their faces and you'll put this prestigious school into suspension and it's business permit getting revoked! Now stay out of this or I would be forced to suspend you!"
"…"
"…"
Inko was incensed and threatened to sue the Hero Public Safety Commission, though Rokuweru wasn't fazed and told Inko that she is free to do so, saying that what would not change is that Midoriya is a wanted fugitive and a disgraced hero-student, and should evidence be produced that would show that Izuku is innocent, then he would change his opinion.
As the agents began picking up the unconscious Class 1-A members, Kaminari is still standing as he is unaffected by the support item, but one of the agents punched him on his gut with such strong force it incapacitated him, and there he, along with the rest of the Class 1-A members, were fitted with Quirk-blocking devices before being placed in handcuffs and carted away, with Rokuweru leaving and Muno-sensei following, trying to appease him due to fear of having UA Academy getting negative comments from the public.
Inko was clenching her fists as she couldn't believe that the Hero Public Safety Commission would do this to her son, with Yaoyorozu, Kendo and Tetsutetsu comforting her as they assured to her that they would do what they could help Izuku, making it clear that they would clear his name, expose the true culprit, reinstate him as a UA student and regain his provisional hero license.
"Don't worry, Mrs. Midoriya…"
"We'll help…"
"And we'll see to it that your son would be exonerated…"
"…"
"So please…"
"Calm down…"
"Everything will be okay…"
"…"
Suddenly, Rokuweru came back and confronted Yaoyorozu, in which he asked if she is in Class 1-A, which she confirmed, and she asked what does he want, in which he reminded that Class 1-A would be taken into custody, and he stated that Yaoyorozu is no exception, and there one of the HPSC agents came and fired a support item weapon, which resemble a necklace and affixed itself around her neck, which released an electricity charge which incapacitated her before falling to the floor, and there the agent fitted her with a Quirk-blocking device and is ready to carry her away when Mirio Togata came, and saw what just happened.
He then confronted Rokuweru as he shoved the agent back while Kendo and Tetsutetsu attempted to remove the Quirk-blocking device from the unconscious Yaoyorozu as the Big Three member demanded an explanation on why he assaulted a UA student who pose no threat when he can simply give her a chance to turn herself in without resorting to violence, though Rokuweru just smiled as he maintain his composure.
"Now then, sir…"
"Hmmm…?"
"Care to explain your actions…?"
"Hmmm…?"
"I overheard the conversation…and they present a valid argument. What you're doing is not only an overkill…you are doing this without due process…"
"Hmmm…?"
"And therefore I will not stand by and allow something this despicable to continue."
"Hmmm…?"

The scene shifts to an open road where you can see that a vehicle has exited the border of Musutafu, and there you can see that Midoriya and Camie, now wearing jackers with a hoodie, are discreetly trying to avoid suspicions as they are driving towards an unspecified location as they knew that the police and the pro heroes are after them, and no doubt that the League Of Villains are going to take advantage.
As Midoriya is still trying to navigate his way in driving the car, he and Camie are sporting solemn looks as they couldn't believe that they be on the run like this, and that they were framed for a crime they didn't commit, and now they have nowhere to go, thus the two teens need to find a place to temporarily stay and figure out what to do next.
