In DxD with a crafting system

So I've been sent to DxD with the Gamer wasn't what I had thought would happen. Wait I only have support and Crafting qualities in my system. Oh beta-testing at least I get to choose a free skill. Overpowered OC, this is mainly just a crack-fic. probably never going to be a serious thing. (Discontinued.)

2. Answers needed from you guys

I don't want to abandon this story but I have a question. Should I watch DxD to learn the plot, and should I instead of truely making things random give things a much more scripted story?

If someone has seen DxD and instead just wants to help me write this so I don't mess things up, mostly due to me not wanting to watch what is essentially a Hentai, I would much appreciate it.
