"Naquadah," Dax said. "The Centaur picked up readings just outside Dominion territory."

Sam looked over the shared readings. "Multiple ships. The Dominion and the Goa'uld are working together…probably in both universes."

"Two fake gods working together?" Jacob said before Selmak took control. "The egos must be clashing."

"Probably not directly," Sam replied. "Still…"

"Regardless, they can help each other. This must end."

"The Centaur also picked up on a large energy reading," Dax added. "The readings are similar to your ship, though it appears to be more stabilized."

"I recognize this," Sam added as she examined. "Malek? What do you think?" She wanted his opinion before she said it out loud.

"It's similar to the quantum mirror," he confirmed.

"Yeah. Transferring from one universe to another might be as easy as stepping through a doorway."

"If they have a similar base on the other side," Worf said, "we should attack both sides. That should take care of most of the ships."

"I agree," Sisko added.

"If we destroy the base on both sides, that might just be enough to break the alliance," Selmak replied. "Aphrodite is already fighting others in our universe. As I understand it, the Dominion are doing the same?"

Sisko made a short nod.

"We need to ensure this alliance isn't worth holding."

"We can learn how to quick travel by duplicating the technology from their ship," Dax said, glancing to Selmak, wondering is she might protest.

Jacob was given control. "I wouldn't mind seeing Aphrodite lose a few ships."

"Chief?" Sisko said.

"Yeah, I think I can duplicate the method. Faster with help."

Malek nodded. "I'll help you."

"Just keep in mind, you might be traveling into the middle of a battle," Jacob added.

"We will be ready," Worf declared. "I suggest a number of Klingon vessels to cloak as we approach. Then the enemy will not see us coming."

"I'm not sure Gowron would agree," Sisko replied.

"They are building near Klingon territory. I believe he can be convinced."

"One of us should transfer universes first," Martouf said. "A quick jump back and forth to inform the others what they'll be getting into."

"I'll do that," Jacob replied, knowing that could turn dangerous quickly.

"What if most of the quatumn ships are not at the base," Malek asked.

"Dax, can we scan for this energy signature?" Sisko asked.

"Yes, now that we know exactly what we are looking for."

"What fleets do you have on your side?" Sisko asked.

"None," Selmak answered. "We use subterfuge. Best we could do is get the Goa'uld to attack each other."

"Then we might have to go after them as they come, if they keep coming. For now, let's focus on destroying that base."
