They kept on bouncing until they came across the spike pit where Maggie suddenly trips, and everyone lands on top of her. "Guys!" She yelled.

"Oh, sorry." Geoff replied as he slides under the chain to free himself.

The others do so themselves before Zane knelt down to check on Maggie's ankle. "Does it hurt again?" He asked.

"No, luckily." She replied.

Gewuji then turned to her left before noticing Hageman's skeleton and screamed as she backed away. "Relax." Cole said as he gets up, using Jay's head to pull himself up.

"That's just Hageman." Blake said, also using Jay's head.

"You guys say that like I should be totally cool running into a long deceased explorer." Gewuji said.

"A long deceased explorer with a backpack full of gear we need to make it up that passageway." Geoff replied as he held up Hageman's backpack while Nya held a climbing axe. They also find some climbing spurs that they put on before turning around to see the lava was almost closing in and scream as they start to climb up the still sloped stairwell.

Nya uses the climbing axe to scale up the stairwell as Cole, Gewuji and Geoff do the same. "Did anyone know Kai was this heavy?" Nya asked. "What did he eat for dinner last night, a cinder block?"

"Seriously." Cole said as he looked at the still unconscious Kai. "I am done with cake jokes from Kai after this." He raises his climbing axe. "No. More. Cake." He slams it onto a step, but it slides down, bring everyone else down, but luckily, Nya was able to slam her climbing axe onto a gap between steps.

At the very bottom, Jay and Gewuji go over with Gewuji quickly grabbing hold of the edge, but loses her climbing axe in the process, while Jay hung from her. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo#" He sung out of fear.

"Nya!" Gewuji yelled.

"Nya!" Lloyd yelled.

"Nya!" Geoff yelled.

"Nya!" Zane yelled.

"I'm okay!" She replied. "But I can't move. Or I'll lose my grip."

Zane soon turned around. "Nobody move." He started to pull on the chain. At the very bottom, the lava was almost close to Jay's feet as it rises before he is pulled back with Gewuji being helped out by Lloyd before they pull Jay up.

Before long, they were now at the very top of the stairwell, and climbed out as the pyramid was shaking. Blake quickly picked Kai up as they run over to the bridge. "Oh, yeah, this thing." Jay said. "Come on, we're home free-" The moment he steps on a plank, it suddenly breaks, sending him falling down, but Gewuji manages to pull on the chain. "Pull me up, pull me up, pull me up!" Gewuji groaned as she pulled on the chain with Lloyd helping her.

"I gotcha." Gewuji said as Jay quickly came back to them. "Alright, Jay, no more pizza for you." Gewuji rubs her cuffed wrist a little.

"Maybe that was just a bad step?" Nya asked as she moved forward. But the moment she put a foot on the bridge, the plank she steps on gives way, and the ropes soon snap, sending all the planks of wood, followed by the rope, down the pit.

"#Bro, bro, goo, goo#" Jay sang.

"Will you stop that?" Lloyd asked, completely annoyed. "It doesn't help."

"You haven't even tried it." Gewuji replied. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo#"

"Put a cork in it, sis." Geoff replied, very annoyed.

"We need a plan." Lloyd said.

"Like what, Lloyd?" Cole asked.

"Yeah, what kind of plan could possibly help us get out of this mess?" Blake asked. "There's no bridge."

"Then we make one." Lloyd replied.

"Make what?" Zane asked.

"We become the bridge. We link our arms and hands, and we make a bridge."

"A Ninja bridge!" Jay said.

"You see, you say that like it's a thing." Cole said, not satisfied while the lava started to catch up. "That's not a thing."

"We're gonna make it a thing." Lloyd replied. "Look, we all know we haven't been working together the way we used to. But Ninjago is relying on us. We're the only chance they have. And if we can't bridge our differences and work together, then there is no hope."

Geoff soon looks down the pit to see lava rising up. "I'm not usually big on crazy plans." He said before turning back to the doorway to see the lava. "We don't have much choice."

"He's right." Maggie replied. "Let's do it."

Within seconds, Jay struggles as he had Gewuji on his shoulders, while she had Lloyd, who had Cole, who had Blake, who, while having Kai on his back, had Maggie, who had Zane, who had Geoff, and Nya was starting to climb up to him. "Okay, on three, we topple." Lloyd said as Nya had just made it to the top of Geoff. "One, two, three."

They all soon topple forward. "Whoa!" They all yelled before Nya manages to slam her climbing axe onto the other side.

"Okay, Jay, on three, let-" Nya was cut off when Jay slid his feet off the edge just as the lava had came up to him, and they all fall to the other side of the edge, with Kai getting his face struck by the pit's wall.

Once they were all separated, Jay looked down to see the lava in the pit rising. "Why the hell is it always me?" He asked, raising his legs.

Nya manages to climb up onto the edge before turning to help Geoff up, who helps her get the others up, even a screaming Jay before the lava could get to him. "Ha, it worked!" Blake said as Lloyd and Gewuji help Jay up.

"Ninja-Bridge is officially a thing." Cole said. "It's a thing."

Nya groaned as she stretched her back. "I never wanna see another pyramid in my life." She said before they keep going.

Unfortunately, when they reached the entrance, the entire exterior was completely engulfed in lava, and rising. "Oh, no." Gewuji said.

"What do we do?" Cole asked.

"I don't think there's anything we can do." Geoff replied.

"Geoff's right." Lloyd said. "I'm sorry. I failed us."

"No." Zane replied. "We failed each other."

"If one is to blame, all is to blame." Gewuji said.

Jay sighs as he sits down. "They're right." He replied.

"Especially Kai." Maggie said. "He didn't help at all."

Blake soon looked at the sky. "Cirrus, I'm sorry." He said to himself, knowing he would be unable to see the birth of Cirrus' child.

"#Bro, bro, goo, goo#" Jay sang. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo#"

Gewuji soon sat down. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo#" She sang.

Rather than become annoyed, Geoff soon sat down. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo#" He sang.

"#Bro, bro, goo, goo#" Jay, Geoff and Gewuji sang.

Zane soon sat down. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo#" He sang.

The others soon sat down and held hands together for their final moments. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo#" They all sang. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo. Bro, bro, goo, goo#" Suddenly, a helicopter arrives, causing them all to cheer and stand up.

"P.I.X.A.L.!" Zane yelled, waving his right hand.

"Alright, sis." Blake said.

"Glad to see you." Nya said.

"Hold on." P.I.X.A.L. replied, coming toward them with a hook as the lava was erupting at a more accelerated rate. She lowers the hook to them, and Blake hooks the chain onto it. She soon flies away from the pyramid with the Ninja in tow as the lava had reached the platform, and was soon completely engulfed.

P.I.X.A.L. flew the Ninja back to Clutch's tent and the Land Bounty before they uncouple the chain from the hook and land on the sand. P.I.X.A.L. soon lands the helicopter to the ground. "Thank you, P.I.X.A.L." Lloyd said as she got out with a welding torch. "We would have literally been toast without you."

She soon heads over to them. "How did you find us?" Zane asked.

"The paperboy told us where you were." She simply replied.

"Paperboy?" Nya asked, confused.

"Wait, Sylvester?" Geoff asked.

"Not him, but it's a long story." P.I.X.A.L. replied. "Come on, let's get those chains off you." She starts to weld at Nya's cuff. "There is no time to waste." She manages to get it off and heads over to Geoff while Nya rubbed her wrist. "A Serpentine witch has raised an army and is laying siege to Ninjago City." She welds at Geoff's cuff before it comes off. Geoff shakes his wrist a little while P.I.X.A.L. went over to Zane.

"This is bad." Lloyd said as P.I.X.A.L. started to weld at Zane's cuff, and Kai soon gets up, groaning.

He soon turned around as P.I.X.A.L. had finished with Zane and was moving to Maggie. "Where am I?" He asked before touching his head. "What happened?"

"Kai, buddy!" Jay yelled as he came toward him while P.I.X.A.L. finished Maggie and went to weld at Blake's cuff.

"Alright!" Geoff said.

"You're awake!" Nya said.

"Thank the First Spinjitzu Master." Gewuji said.

"Long story short, the Serpentine witch that stole your powers is attacking Ninjago City." Lloyd said to Kai as P.I.X.A.L. was done with Blake and started to do Kai. "And we've gotta stop her, fast."

P.I.X.A.L. had finished Kai and was heading over to Cole. "Uh, okay, but..." He soon groaned while touching his face. "...why does my face hurt so much?"

They all soon remember all the things that made Kai hit his face, and they immediately start making excuses as P.I.X.A.L. went over to Lloyd and welded at his cuff before it comes off. "Here's the important thing." He rubs his wrist as Gewuji held her arm out to P.I.X.A.L. for her to weld at her cuff. "We're free again, and ready for round two." P.I.X.A.L. then welded Jay's cuff off before they all look at Lloyd as Zane and Maggie help Kai up. "Aspheera has no idea what she's in for now. Ninjago!" They all soon raise a fist in the air. They soon got in their vehicles and take off for the city.
