Chapter 56: The Problem at Camilla's House

"What do you mean Vee has been kidnapped," questioned Luz.

"Can you let me explain," answered Camilla with a question back.

"Alright," answered Luz. "Go ahead mom."

"Thank you mija," Camilla said with a sigh of relief. "Now we were doing mother daughter things..." The scene then changes to Camilla and Vee inside their house with the boyfriend. They appeared to be playing a board game. If you were interested in which, it was Monopoly. Vee was winning the round and all were having fun.

"Ha," said Vee. "Pay me 200 bucks for landing on my railroad cause I own them all. Mwahahaha."

"You don't have to be that excited Vee," said Camilla as she paid Vee that 200 bucks.

"It appears I shall leave," said the boyfriend. "I know I already lost so it wouldn't be beneficial in staying."

"But what about dinner," questioned Camilla.

"Oh right," answered the boyfriend. "Very well. I'll stay."

"Yea," shouted Vee. They finished their game with Vee winning the game of course. "Another round!"

"Maybe later Vee," replied Camilla. "We should eat first." Just then Vee's stomach growled.

"I guess that would be good," Vee replied. Dinner was already in the fridge waiting to be eaten. The boyfriend got the table prepared and they sat and ate while talking about stuff.

"So let me get this straight," said the boyfriend. "You are from another realm known as the Demon Realm?"

"That's right," answered Vee. "Camilla's real daughter Luz went through the portal and I happened to come across it trying to escape the emperor. Camilla took me in thinking I was her real daughter cause I disguised as her. I was later found out. However, a loving mother like her didn't even care about my appearance. She treats me like a real human girl."

Camilla teared up about this and replied, "That was so beautiful Vee." Camilla then wiped away a few tears.

"So now that I know this," said the boyfriend. "Mind if I take you back?" Both Camilla and Vee turned towards him with a concerning look.

"Wait what", questioned Vee. Just then a portal opened. The boyfriend changed his appearance.

"What the," questioned Camilla. "Who are you?"

"I am Adrian Graye," answered the boyfriend. "Head witch of the illusion coven and you are coming with me. The emperor wants you back." He picked up Vee and went towards the portal.

"No I don't want to go back," said Vee. "Camilla help." But it was too late, Vee was already gone. The portal closed right when they entered. Camilla started to cry cause Vee was gone. Just then she remembered something.

"Wait," she exclaimed. "Luz gave me a portal key. I could use it to open the portal and warn Luz." She did just that with a portal of her own opening up. Camilla ran inside and now she had to find Luz. The scene shifted back to where were were before.

"Don't worry we'll find her," said Luz. "Also I knew that your boyfriend was sus."
