"Scissors! Scissors! Samuel!" Ori sighed. "It's been two days, and he's been failing to listen to my call since he got that new friend of his."
Ori spotted Scissors slowly walking towards Ori. He had his hands covering his face.
"Scissors? What's the matter with you? You've been neglecting your duties-"
"H-he knows everything."
"Huh? What are you speaking about-?"
Scissors took his hands off his face. There was a small cut on his right cheek and another on the left side of his face that was wide enough to smear the blood on his face and hands.
"Scissors, you're bleeding! Rubber band!"
She came over. "Yes?" She gasped gently when she saw Scissors.
"Get the medical kit!"
"Right away, my King." She ran off.
"Scissors, please do tell what happened."
"He...knows. Everything. He was going to kill you but I defended you." Scissors looked at his hands, which were shaking. "I-I didn't mean to kill him."
"Hey, it's going to be alright," Rubber band said, returning with some wraps and a towel. "Now let's fix you up, hun." She, being very careful, started wiping off the blood smears with the slightly damp towel. "Would you mind explaining what happened hun? As calmly as you can."
"He used me to get vital information about our Kingdom. Where the castle's defences are at, the location of the secret exit for in case if things go wrong, everything. He was never with the Royal Guards at all. He is with the enemy."
"Who's the enemy? Who did this to you?" Rubber band started carefully and gently wrapping up Scissors' wounds.
"...my friend..."
"You mean that guard you introduced me to?" Ori asked.
Scissors nodded slowly.
"You'll be fine, hun." Rubber band pat his shoulder.
"Sure." He pushed her hand away. He stood and bowed to Ori. "I will take my leave now."
Ori and Rubber band watched as he walked off.
