Merry Christmas! Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday, in one form or another.
Well that is what I would like to say at least. But hey I hope everyone is doing well. I do apologize for the long hiatus. I got caught up in the real world with a new job that has quite frankly started to run me dry.
But in good new, I have a new chapter for you. AND other good news, I plan on having this story completed by summer. I have another story in mind as well but wont starteded until this one is over.
Also I have read most of your comments for those that read the Great Owl Rebellion. I am contemplating another chapter. But not sure what directioni will go with it yet. But I do have an idea.

The moment the words left Sirius' mouth, an earthshattering silence encompassed the kitchen.
'Sirius what do you mean by Regulus' locket? You mean there was one in this house just like it?" Harry said slowly. The shock was almost too much for him to handle. The shear fact that a Horcrux had been in this house and it had been potentially thrown out was inconceivable.
"Of course!" Hermione suddenly shouted. "R.A.B. Regulus A. Black. Remember Harry the large golden locket that we all tried to open back before 5th Year." The realization of what they had been doing hit her. "Sweet Maeve. We tried to open it."
"Sirius where is that locket. We need it now." Harry told him.
Sirius now looked very confused. "Harry why is the locket important?"
"Sirius the locket is a Horcrux. Voldemort's Horcrux." Harry stated. Hearing this Sirius went extremely pale.
"No. You mean to say the dark wanker made a Horcrux?"
"Not A horcrux. But multiple horcruxes." Hermione corrected.
What little color was left in Sirius's face promptly left.
"KREACHER!" Sirius yelled.
POP
"Worthless, Blood traitor master, call for Kreacher?" Kreacher croaked, as he appeared in the kitchen. Sirius reached and grabbed Kreacher and brought him up to eye level. "Kreacher this is very important. You are to answer me honestly and are not to hide any detail. Please tell me, you have a golden locket that looked like Regulus's locket that we threw out a couple of years ago."
"Kreacher did indeed rescue Good Master Regulus's locket when bad master threw it out. Kreacher could not let it out of sight. Not while he has yet to fulfill Master Regulus's last wish."
"What last wish?" Tonks asked.
Kreacher refused to answer.
"Answer her." Sirius ordered.
"To destroy it." Kreacher croaked. He then started to bawl and cry. "Kreacher has failed Master Regulus."
"Kreacher. We may be able to do something about it. Can you bring it here?"
"Truly?" Kreacher croaked.
"Yes" Sirius replied. Kreacher then popped out of the kitchen and seconds later popped back in, this time carrying an ugly locket that bore a striking resemblance to the one on the table.
"Thank you Kreacher." Harry said. He then turned around and picking up the fake locket. Harry then approached Kreacher and kneeled down. "Here Kreacher. I am sure Regulus would have liked you to have this. You have done a noble deed in service to House Black."
Hearing Harry say this to him, Kreacher then took the locket and burst into tears. "Kreacher will work hard to remain loyal to the Ancient and Noble House of Black. Kreacher will start to clean the house."
"Ok now that that mess is cleared up. Now what?" Sirius asked.
"No clue." Harry replied.
"What do you mean 'no clue'? Harry I feel the evil radiating off that thing from here. How are you going to destroy it?" Sirius asked.
"I don't know, Sirius. I destroyed the diary with a basilisk fang and unless this house has that or some venom laying around I don't have a solution."
"What ring?"
"Voldemort's grandfather's ring. And before you ask I don't know what Dumbledore did to destroy it."
"Ok. Well from what I remember the house doesn't have and basilisk venom or venom imbued blades. Which is surprising." Sirius said.
"Uh excuse me. My telling us what your talking about?" Tonks cut in.
"Well Tonks a blade is usually sharp and pointy."
"No you damned mutt. How is a blade imbued with the venom?"
"Oh that is quite simple but also expensive. You just need to have some goblin forged steel. They are so indestructible anything added to the blade will only make it stronger." Sirius informed.
"AHH! That's it. Harry, Dumbledore used the Sword of Gryffindor to destroy the ring. Thats why he left it to you in his will. Its made of goblin steel." Hermione exclaimed.
"Thats great Hermione. But one problem, its at Hogwarts. And we are here." Harry sighed.
"Oh yeah." Hermione stated and sat back down.
"Anything else for us Sirius?"
"Well unless you know how to cast Fiendfyre and not burn down the house with us inside. Then no." Sirius said.
A moment of silence then went through the room and after a few moments, Fleur then raised her hand.
"I may have a solution, but I don't know if it would work."
"What kind of idea?"
"Passion Fyre" Fleur stated.
"What is Passion Fyre?" Harry asked.
Fleur then summoned a ball of flames into her hand and held it out in front of her. "This is Passion Fyre. It is the name of the magical flames that Veela weild in defense of themselves. The flames magical properties allows for the burning of anything with ill or dark intent. Passion Fyre is actually the basis for the Fiend Fyre spell."
"So in theory since the horcrux is some of the foulest magic around Passion Fyre should be able to burn it"? Hermione said, looking at the ball of pink flames with academic interest.
"Oui." Fleur nodded. "In theory, but it has never been tested against something this dark."
At hearing that the room went quiet as everyone went into deep thought
"Well I say we give it a try." Harry said, as he stood up. Turning to Sirius," Sirius does this place have a room that could handle the magical feedback. Cause if this works or it doesnt we are going to have a bit of a fight on our hands."
"We do, but are you sure Harry? This is an awful big risk." Sirius asked.
"Yes I'm sure Sirius. We need to get rid of these things as quick as possible. Less chance of the Dark Wanker catching onto what we are doing." Harry said, with a firrm determination in his eye.
Sirius seeing Harry's resolute look, nodded, "In that case follow me. We'll go to the duelling room."
