"Mertle...Mertle, wake up...Mertle!". She snapped out of her sleep and sat up, seeing Katie standing next to her bed. "Huh...what is it?". "Hurry, we're taking you to the psychiatrist", said Katie.

At that Mertle jumped out of her bed and quickly started getting ready. She didn't want to make a scene at that moment, it was the last thing on her mind after last night's sneak out. She didn't even have time to eat, and they were already on their way to..."The movie lot?", she asked. "You don't remember?", asked Katie, "The psychiatry building".

"Oh...", yes, she remembered. It darkened in front of her eyes. If it went on like this...she'd end up grounded for life. On their way there, she tought what she'd tell the psychiatrist. She didn't want to expose herself, that would be a disgrace. But what else could she tell him? She didn't want to be weak, that was the point.

Finaly, they reached the building and went in. The familiar yellow walls and blue floor made it look like a playhouse. Mertle used to come here only for a visit, with the rest of the group. Now she was a victim of her own behaviour and had to be a real part of the building. They came to the psychiatrist's office and knocked on the door.

"Hello", the psychiatrist greeted politely. "Good morning", Katie's mom said in a serious tone, "As you can see, we have a problem here". "I understand", he said and they just left Mertle there with him. Once he closed the door, Dr. Scratchensniff stepped in front of Mertle and crossed his arms, frowning. "I know what you did", he said in a serious and worried tone.

Lilo opened her eyes and saw a white ceiling with neon lights on it. She immediately knew where she was. The question was, how had she got here? What happemed? Was Wakko ok? That question surprised her. She actually knew Wakko was there with her and he was surely hurt as well. Suddenly, she felt something wet on her face. She wiped it off and realised...she'd been crying.

"Lilo?". She slowly turned her head ro her right and saw him laying in another bed. He also had tears in his eyes and was looking at her with a frown. "We had a nightmare again...", he said, "But this time we know what it was about...just like the last one...". "Our loved one's dying...", Lilo finished.

She reached out her hand and Wakko held it. For a while, they just stared at eachother, tears streaming freely down their faces. Until Lilo noticed something and gasped, "Your hat's gone...and you have ink stains...". She quickly got up and ran to the door, but soon fell to the ground. A nurse came just at that moment and picked her up.

"Ah, good morning you two", she said as she carried Lilo back to her bed and tucked her in, "Is everything alright?". "He's wounded", Lilo cried out. "Aww, don't worry sweetie", said the nurse, "We'll fix that up, ok?". "Please do". She went to Wakko's bed and got out a cream. Then she started gently applying the cream on the wounds.

"Oww...", he groaned, even more tears streaming down his face, "It stings...". "I know, I know", said the nurse, "Just be patient". After she was done, she bandaged all of the wounds. "Now, don't lay a hand on it, ok?", said the nurse, "Your sleeves are rolled down, so you don't have to roll them back up". Wakko nodded and she left.

"Wakko...", Lilo called him weakly and he turned around, "Do you have any idea who did this to us...?". Wakko just nodded, he felt a knot in his throat. "She poisoned us with that liquid...". He nodded again. "Why...why aren't you talking?", she asked, feeling upset. Wakko couldn't tell her anything, he just wiped the tears from his eyes to show her why. Lilo did the same.

Both of them knew what was happening. They had a nightmare and now they were crying. They just didn't know what to do except just stay in the hospital. Lilo looked out of the window and saw the grey sky crying as well, it's tears sliding down the window. Yes, it was still raining. She looked back to Wakko and saw him with his face buried into the pillow. Not knowing what else to do, Lilo did the same and they both cried themselves to sleep.
