THE GREAT OROCHIMARU PURGE PART 2: MIZUKI STRIKES BACK.

It was a peaceful day in the Leaf. Team Cosmic Dragon was in the hospital visiting Neji.

"So, how are you feeling, Neji?" Nicole asked.

"I'm still sore from that beating I got from Naruto and Hinata," Neji confessed.

Naruto responded, "Sorry Neji, but you deserved it for belittling Hinata and blathering on and on about fate."

"You're right, Naruto," Neji admitted. "I did deserve it."

"Well, the good news is that Lady Tsunade said you'd be out of here in three weeks," Lincoln added.

Sakura stated, "Well, now that the Hyuga Council has been executed for treason and the use of the Caged Bird Seal has been abolished, Hinata has united the clan into one and she is going to make sure that no more corruption like this will ever happen again."

"That's good," Neji replied. "I'm glad that Lady Hinata is doing well."

"Well, get some rest, Neji," Naruto advised. "We should rematch one of these days when you're cleared to return to the Shinobi Corp."

"Thank you, Naruto," Neji expressed gratitude. "I will."

They leave the hospital and walk down the street, where they see Chunin and Jonin heading to the prison.

"Sounds like there's trouble at the Leaf Maximum Security Prison!" Nicole shouted. "Let's go!"

They rush over there and see a prison riot, with many Chunin and Jonin fighting the inmates.

"Looks like we've got a riot in progress," Nicole observed.

"Some of these criminals I know and have locked up in here," Naruto explained.

"So you've finally come Demon Fox."

They saw Mizuki waiting for them.

"Mizuki," Nicole said. "Long time, no punch."

"So you're the main force behind this prison riot," Naruto pointed out.

"Yes, and I did it to get my revenge on you demon brat," Mizuki snarled.

"You were the main reason you wound up in here," Lincoln replied.

Naruto stated, "I saw you give Sasuke pre-written tests, and it was because of that you were branded as a traitor."

"We knew you were going to steal the Forbidden Scroll of Sealing and give it to Orochimaru," Nicole continued.

"You ruined my quest to gain power from Lord Orochimaru!" raged Mizuki. "I'll kill you all for it and make you suffer for it!"

"I'm sorry to disappoint you, Mizuki, but Orochimaru is dead, and you will join him in the Netherworld's darkest pits," Nicole warned.

"You lie!" hissed Mizuki. "Lord Orochimaru can't be dead!"

"Orochimaru was killed by all of us, and he got what he deserved," Sasuke revealed. "Just like you're going to Mizuki."

"Lord Sasuke, how can you say that to me?" Mizuki pleaded. "Haven't you always wanted to be the greatest shinobi in the world, the best of the best?"

Sasuke shook his head. "No. I want to earn my power and work hard for it the right way. You gave me shortcuts, which turned me into a power hungry megalomaniacal arrogant coward. It was because of you that I became an antisocial monster who cared about no one but myself. It was thanks to Nicole and my team that I realized the error of my ways and became a powerful force for good."

"So now you know the truth," Mizuki acknowledged. "Well, I'll make sure you die with the rest of your family."

"I don't think so," Sasuke answered.

"Let's take this madman down for good," Nicole added.

"Yeah," Naruto agreed. "This dirtbag has plagued my life for far too long."

"All he has is a big mouth that needs to be permanently shut down," Lincoln continued.

"I agree," Fu added.

"Let's get him," Rin urged.

Nicole became Super Angel 2, Lincoln became Super Angel 2, and everyone spread their wings.

"I don't know what Iruka-sensei saw in you as a friend, Mizuki," Naruto commented. "But, people like you give Chunin and teachers everywhere a bad name."

Mizuki mused, "Powerful words, Demon Fox. Let's see you back them up."

Naruto punched Mizuki in the face, and Sakura kicked him in the back with such force that a snap sound could be heard.

"What have you all done to me?" Mizuki demanded. "I can't feel my legs!"

"Sakura kicked you in the back and severed your spine," Nicole explained. "You are now permanently crippled."

"Don't count me out just yet," Mizuki warned. "I have a new improvement."

Mizuki had bulked up, was back on his feet, and had a tiger appearance.

"Impressive," Nicole commented. "So this is your Curse Mark Form. The tiger is a fitting animal for you."

Mizuki replied, "Yes, thank you, and now I'll make you suffer."

Nicole responded, "I don't think so."

Nicole then went Super Angel 4, and Mizuki dashed towards her. Nicole ducked under a punch, and she punched Mizuki in the chest so hard that her fist went all the way through him and out the other side through his back. Mizuki died in an instant as Nicole held Mizuki's black heart in her hand.

When she withdrew her hand, Mizuki fell to the ground while her heart continued to beat in her hands.

"Never again, Mizuki," Nicole declared.

Mizuki's spirit appeared before them.

"Now you can join Orochimaru in the Netherworld for all eternity," Nicole said as she pulled out the Book of Vile Darkness and chanted an Incantation. "Aldruon Enlenthranel Vosolen Lirus-nor!"

Mizuki entered the Book of Vile Darkness, and his information revealed a shocking revelation.

The Curse Mark Mizuki wore on his right arm was actually a special set of instructions on how to obtain the Animal Curse Mark, complete with a formula and list of ingredients.

"Look at this team," Nicole exclaimed. "Mizuki received the Animal Curse Mark one year before we returned from our training trip. It's actually got a special set of instructions on how to get it."

"So that's what that ugly skull-shape mark is," Naruto understood. "Orochimaru must've used him as a guinea pig for this."

"So it appears," Sakura observed. "He was nothing more than a pawn in Orochimaru's game."

"Another waste of a life in his diabolical ambition," Ami concluded.

"What's this ingredient list here?" Fu questioned.

Nicole looked it over. "It seems to be a chemical formula designed to give him the Curse Mark. We'll talk about that later. Let's help round up all the prisoners and transport any Chunin or Jonin to the hospital for treatment."

Sasuke nodded in agreement. "Right."

They did this, placing strong electric barrier sealing jutsu on the prisoners and bringing them all back to their cells, where they were surging with 1 billion volts of electricity. They rounded up 20 shinobi and kunoichi, and Kurenai Yuhi was one of them.

"Kurenai-sensei is here," Nicole explained. "Let's go."

They took them to the hospital and reported to Lady Tsunade. When they got there, they knocked on the door.

"Come in," Lady Tsunade instructed.

They walked in.

"Lady Hokage, the Prison Break at the Leaf Maximum Security Prison has been stopped by us," Nicole informed.

"Good work," Lady Tsunade praised. "Do you know who did it?"

"Yes, godmother," Naruto answered. "Mizuki was the one who started it."

"After we visited Neji in the hospital, we saw a bunch of Chunin and Jonin heading there and rushed over to help," Sakura recounted.

"But it turns out that it was all set up by Mizuki so he could take revenge on us for locking him up," Lincoln continued.

"We found out during our fight that he received a curse mark from Orochimaru," Nicole added. "This is what we found."

Nicole gave Lady Tsunade the Book of Vile Darkness, and what she found out was horrifying.

"So that's what that mark is," Lady Tsunade sighed. "That stupid Orochimaru."

"Yeah," Naruto agreed. "Orochimaru used Mizuki as another one of his pawns."

"That Curse Mark formula is completely unstable, and it would destroy Mizuki's body if he made it," Rin warned. "Which, by the looks of it, he did."

"You're right, Rin," Lady Tsunade replied. "It would have ended his days as a Shinobi regardless."

"Yeah," Nicole agreed. "We killed Mizuki and imprisoned him in the Book of Vile Darkness. We rounded up all the prisoners and used Lightning Barrier Sealing Jutsu to keep them in their cells. Twenty Shinobi and Kunoichi were injured and are currently in the hospital. We brought them there after foiling the attempted prison break."

"I see," Lady Tsunade commented. "Good work to all of you. You will receive S-Rank Mission credit for a job well done."

"Thank you, milady," Nicole replied.

The door opened and in came Mizuki's fiance Tsubaki.

"Lady Hokage, is what I've heard true?" Tsubaki asked.

"I'm afraid so, Tsubaki," Lady Tsunade admitted.

"Tsubaki, I'm sorry about Mizuki," Nicole apologized. "I know how much you cared him, but he was one of those people who would never change."

Tsubaki nodded. "Yes. I realize that now. Thank you, Nicole. Also I have to atone for what I have done."

"You were keeping quiet about the Forbidden Scroll fiasco because Mizuki threatened you in some way," Naruto revealed.

"That's right, Naruto," Tsubaki responded. "How did you know?"

"I had this feeling," Naruto admitted. To Lady Tsunade, he said: "If I may, godmother. Have Tsubaki here atone for this by working in the Academy with Iruka-sensei. When we returned from our trip, Mizuki had no assistant because he had been arrested, and Tsubaki would be perfect for the job."

"That's a good idea, Naruto," Lady Tsunade answered. "All right, I'll allow it."

Tsubaki replied, "Thank you, milady."

"I'm sorry about Mizuki," Juri apologized.

"It's alright," Tsubaki assured her. "Thank you, Juri."

They eventually came out and went to Ichiraku Ramen for a snack.

"Great job, everyone," Nicole added. "Another victory for Team Cosmic Dragon, and another minion of Orochimaru destroyed."

Lincoln affirmed, "That's right. However, we still have a long way to go to clean up his mess."

"We will help everyone whose lives he has destroyed over the years, and we will erase the scar he has left on the land," Naruto declared.

Sasuke agreed, "That's right."

"Orochimaru will be erased forever, and we will make sure of it," Yamiko declared.

"That's right," Nicole confirmed.

The Great Orochimaru Purge was in full swing.
