A.N. Hey guys! I know it's not Friday but I won't be around for a week so I decided to upload early (this does mean you have to wait until the 17th for the next chapter but hopefully everyone will enjoy Lena finally dealing with Lilly ;)

Chapter Seven - Lilly

4PM rolled around quickly and Kara was landing on her balcony again. Lena turned to smile at her as she heard the boots landing but took one look at Kara's angry face and the smile faltered.

"Are you ok, darling?" she asked as she stood to meet her.

"It's Lilly!" Kara groaned as she stepped close to Lena and greeted her with a warm hug and a kiss to her cheek. "Apparently she keeps telling people that we're having a fling and HR came to see me today to tell me to put a stop to it!"

"What did you say?" Lena asked as she leant back but didn't pull away from Kara's embrace.

"I told them it was absolute nonsense and I was in a relationship with you, of course!" Kara said as she herself let go of Lena and started pacing. "I couldn't believe that Mrs Hunt would even believe the claims enough to come to my office but basically she told me she hadn't believed them and by put a stop to it she basically meant to have her transferred and she would tell Lilly that enough was enough. I just can't believe Lilly would do that? I mean a crush is one thing but if HR had believed the rumours I could have been in a very serious situation as her boss and everything, I just ... she just ... argh!" Kara let loose a little shout of frustration.

Lena reached for Kara's arm and stopped her pacing. "Kara, have you transferred her yet?"

"No I couldn't actually bring myself to talk to her so I finished off what I was doing and left for the day. I didn't even tell her I was going." Kara groaned.

"Well I think that we should deal with the Lilly situation now before we head home." Lena smirked with a glint to her eyes.

Kara looked at her curiously, "What do you have in mind?" she asked cautiously.

"I need you to trust me, can you do that?" Lena asked as she gathered her belongings.

"Always." Kara replied without hesitation.

Lena nodded grimly and pressed the intercom button to speak to Jess. "I'm heading out now Jess, please head home too."

"Yes Miss Luthor, you and Kara have a great weekend."

Lena straightened and gestured towards the balcony door, "Come on Kara, let's get this show on the road, I think we need to take a little trip to your office to collect your things."

"Yes, love." Kara grinned down at her as she wrapped her arms around Lena's waist and lifted them into the air.

A few moments later, they arrived on Kara's office's balcony and Kara opened the door to let Lena through. Lena glanced at Lilly's desk to see she had noticed their arrival. She also took note of the daggers she was glaring at her. She smirked to herself. Oh little girl, she thought, you have no idea who you're messing with.

"Kara darling, grab your things, I just need a little 'chat' with your PA." Lena ran her hand down Kara's arm and squeezed her hand. She leant forward and kissed Kara's cheek and whispered, "No super hearing darling, this is between me and her."

"Ok." Kara replied sounding a little breathless. She went to press the button on her bracelet but Lena stopped her.

"No stay in the suit, it will work better that way." She whispered before pulling back and walking away from Kara and out of her office door. Lilly jumped to her feet her face a blotchy red from anger at the scene she had witnessed. Lena looked around and realised that there were only a handful of people in the vicinity so as long as she kept her voice low, no one would overhear their conversation so she stepped closer to Lilly. "Lilly, I have a few questions for you?"

"Oh?" she replied.

"Oh yes." Lena said, her eyebrow raised and her eyes glinting dangerously. "First of all I want to know exactly what rumours you have been spreading about Kara." Lilly stared at Lena but didn't answer so Lena carried on, "You see, I know that they're just rumours and I know you've spread them. How do I know? Because Kara and I have been seeing each other for nearly a year and Kara does not cheat or lie. And how do I know you spread them? Well that one doesn't take an IQ of 245 to figure out, which I do have, by the way. Imagine my surprise when my girlfriend comes to collect me from work and she tells me she had been visited by HR to address rumours of a ... well, inappropriate relationship between herself and her PA when the only person Kara Zor-El Danvers does inappropriate things to is myself in the privacy of our bedroom." Lena smirked at Lilly and all colour was lost from her cheeks. "I understand the attraction, hell I feel that attraction along with being able to feel her underneath that super suit, but I am here to warn you now that if you do not cease with infatuation you have with my girlfriend there will be consequences far greater than the reassignment that you will be given on Monday morning. Do I make myself clear?"

There was a pause and Lilly dropped her gaze to the floor and replied, "Yes Miss Luthor."

"Excellent." Lena replied, taking a step back from Lilly and speaking at a normal volume she said, "You have a nice weekend, Lilly."

She didn't wait for a reply. Instead she turned on her heel and stalked back into Kara's office, taking the time to lock the door before walking right up to Kara and pulling her into an intense kiss, just to further annoy Lilly, plus kissing Kara was getting addictive and she had a really good reason to kiss her right now. When they finally broke apart, Kara cleared her throat. "I know you said no super hearing but Rao Lena that was ..." Kara was struggling to find the right word.

"Sorry was it too much? I just wanted to get her to back off." Lena said softly, trying to step back from Kara's arms but Kara held her tightly.

"No! It wasn't too much. Lena you basically just ... claimed me!" Kara smiled at her.

"I'm sorry I ..."

Kara looked over Lena's shoulder to see Lilly staring at them so she looked back to Lena, "As long as I can claim you right back then there is absolutely nothing wrong with that." Kara almost growled. This time Kara cut off Lena with a kiss of her own that was just as intense.

They stared at each other for a few minutes before Lena realised the position they were still in and cleared her own throat as Kara did the same. They let go of each other and stepped back, all the while Lena's fingers were aching to pull Kara back to her. "Well I don't think you'll be having any further problems from Lilly, or HR for that matter."

"Thanks Lena." Kara smiled her crooked smile. "Game night?" she clapped her hands together in childlike delight, breaking all the tension that Lena was feeling.

"Game night." Lena agreed.
