A complete rewrite of my previous And now terminated fanfic 'Dial L For Loser'
Friendship is priceless but what happens when Massie, Claire and Kristen pays that price to be at the top? What are Alicia and Dylan going to do about? They're going to fight back and give it their all of course! But how? Read to find out!

Chapter 5: Clubs and Court Trials.
Sat. Sept.18th

12:30PM
Grand Hall
"Hello LAE Crusaders! And welcome honorary parents! Now lets hear you make some noise!" Lenore called out in the mic, "Thank you, now, as you all know, today is meet the teacher night. This event is held every year so the parents get to know our awesome staff and what they are teaching us, and the parents can get a sense of how you are doing in school of course. Now, I would hand the mic over to our principal and your hostess, Mrs. Haww!"
"Thank you Lenore Von Gier for that enthusiastic opening. Now, before we let you parents off to explore our wondrous school, you have come on the day when we announce all of the members of school teams and clubs! We would like for you to hold all applauses till the name of the last member of the club has been called. I would like our student council to come up to hand out the uniforms for the designated clubs. Could Kyoho Kyo, San Lee, Madison Taylor, Jane Dias, Lenore Von Gier, Eleanor Von Gier, Richard Von Gier, Tory Von Gier, Lan Von Gier, Colin Taylor and Chloe Singleton come up on stage." Mrs. Haww announced
"First up, we would like to call up our school's Reach Team! The reach team is an academic team who competes against other schools to see who should earn the title, Most Intelligent School in the district. To join, you must have a 95 grade average in all your classes. Of course, Kyoho and I are stepping down as captains for we are far to busy, so we would like to call up the new Captain. With a 99 grade average, KRISTEN GREGORY!" San called
"Ehmahgawd! I made it! I made it!" Kristen cheered as she bounced off and onto the stage
"YOU GO GIRL!" Claire cheered
"CONGRATS!" Massie followed
And with that, Kristen read out the rest of her team mates.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we give you our Reach Team of 2007!" Mrs. Haww announced
"Next, I would like to say that I am withdrawing from the Fashion Club. As you all know, the fashion club is all about designing and modeling World Indigo Stars products. But soon, because of demand by parents, we need a dedicated team in designing the perfect uniforms for the school later on this year and from there on. So without further ado I would like to introduce your new fashion president, Massie Block!" Madison announced as Massie began screaming in joy and hugging Claire, Kristen and her parents before go up on stage and reading the rest of her fellow club members.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we give you the Fashion Club of 2007!" Mrs. Haww announced
"Thank you. Now, I would like to introduce the photography club. Unlike others, my schedule is quite flexible so I am staying at the head of the club but my secretary and vice president had to move and was transferred so I would like to introduce our new 2nd head photographer, Claire Lyons!" Chloe announced as Claire dashed up onto stage and began reading out the names with Chloe.
The ceremony went on. The basketball team, the volleyball team, hockey team, soccer team, ski club, badminton team, friendship club, disciplinary committee, track team, tennis team, American football, swim team, gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, welcoming committee, chess team, fencing team, martial arts team, hall monitor, library club, office assistance, first response medical aid, school righteous force, delivery committee, tech club, computer club, school pres., white glove committee, student lawyers, school jury, game club, study help, school web committee, gardening club, grad committee and so on.
"Now, I would also like to give an announcement to the students here. As you all know of the 'locker' incident and the big fight following it. I assure you parents that nothing of that sort shall ever happen again on these grounds. We, the faculty of Luxa's Academy of Excellence, will not tolerate this kind of action on this kind of action. Doing so will have you in the mercy of the disciplinary committee." Mrs. Haww announced in a low, grim voice, as the upper class students and the disciplinary committee snickered behind their hands.
"That shall be all. You are all free to go and explore this marvellous school of ours." Mrs. Haww said dismissing everyone from the grand hall.
"Oh Kristen, your parents are going to be so proud of you!" Kendra praised, "Same with you Claire!"
"Thank you Mrs. Block." Kristen and Claire beamed
"We are so proud of you honey." William praised as he gave his daughter a hug
"Thanks dad." Massie thanked as she held onto Bean
"Kendra, William, you're so lucky. I was stuck in the back. I wondered how the seats were arranged." Merri-lee wondered out loud as she joined the others
Massie, Claire and Kristen giggled quietly. Alicia and Dylan growled.
"What is wrong with you guys? You guys look like you're going to kill each other." Mr. Rivera asked as the two groups stood glaring at each other.
"OH! Don't forget! Parlour and Upper Class students, don't forget, the party is still on!" Kyoho said in the mic
"Wow! A party! I am so putting this into my show. Thank goodness I brought my video camera phone." Merri-lee gushed as she pulled out her cell phone
Massie, Claire and Kristen bursted out laughing
"What is so funny?" Merri-lee asked as Dylan and Alicia glared daggers
"I am sorry. Like I said, only parlour and upper class students are allowed at this party." Kyoho repeated as she and all of the school's A listers followed her.
"Then we are definitely invited! Our children are definitely upper class girls." Mrs. Rivera scoffed
"Correction. Massie, Claire and Kristen are upper class girls. Dylan and Alicia are the school's rejects." San corrected
"Don't you mean Plastic and Wannabe?" Lenore laughed
Alicia and Dylan hung their head in shame
"School rejects? Plastic? Wannabe? What are they talking about Alicia?" Mrs. Rivera asked
"Liars! You're just jealous!" Merri-lee screeched, "You probably don't know who I am, do you? And I bet you guys are just snotty rich brats with only doctors and lawyers as parents and not related to anyone famous."
"Wannabe told us about you. We don't have your stupid talk show here in England so you're not classified as famous…. Well world famous, like us." Eleanor said with a smug voice
"Names! I want your names right now!" Merri-lee demanded
"Mou… weren't you paying attention to the ceremony?" San sighed, "The name is San Lee. My mother is one of the three presidents of World Indigo Stars fashion industry and she is also now a head mistress at a stage craft academy in Canada."
"My name is Kyoho Kyo. My mother is also a president of World Indigo Stars and she owns a cell phone company in Japan. Ever heard of our phone brand called Cherry Cherry? I would guess so because the phone you are holding is one from our company and is 23 styles ago. Shows that, sure, you may know celebrity gossip and get a few things before hand, but you'll never get the latest fashion, phones or anything from us."
And with that, Merri-lee shuffled and hid her phone.
"And of course, we are the Von Giers." The others said
"And I am their mother. The third president of World Indigo Stars and I am an owner of Twinkle Light's Children Entertainment Corporation." Elaine said coolly
Merri-lee, Mr. Rivera and Mrs. Rivera could only stand there and gape at these posh livings.
"Plastic! Wannabe! Haww wants you to go serve your detention right now!" one of the office assistances yelled from across the grand hall and everyone turned and faced the rejects and laughed at them. 'Gawd… they're always in detention.' 'That's what those bitches get for joining the bitch brigade.' 'And for facing the Cherry Blossoms.' 'But you've gotta admit, its pretty fun laughing at them.'
"Sorry mom. Have to go." Alicia said as she gave one stiff hug before running off with Dylan to go to the detention room.
Massie, Claire, Kristen and the upper class students laughed until they were practically crying.
"Block! Explain yourself!" Mr. Rivera yelled at William
"Hey! Don't point fingers at me! If my daughter does not wish to be your daughter's friends, then it is fine with me! I am not in control." William shot back
"Oh Plastic! Wannabe! You're going onto school trial this Wednesday at noon for vandalizing the east school wing along with the Gardening Club's display near the mansion and for assault/harassment on Massie, Claire and Kristen!" San yelled before the two losers were out of earshot.
"Good luck trying to find a lawyer!" Massie yelled
The whole group bursts out laughing
"I will defend my daughter in court then." Mr. Rivera started, "After all, I am a certified lawyer."
"Good luck trying to win this case against me. Because I am Massie's, Claire's and Kristen's lawyer. Along with Lenore and Eleanor." San smirked
"Are you sure? Because I can call up our real lawyers to fly in before the trial." Kendra asked
"The purpose of student lawyers and a school court room is so to determine who is innocent or guilty when there is no solid proof and they should be tried in a fair manner and for students who wish to become lawyers get a good practice." Kyoho explained
"San is only doing this so she assures fairness is maintained at the school while Lenore and Eleanor wish to become lawyers." Madison explained
"Who is the judge? If it is a student, I wouldn't classify that as fair." Merri-lee said scornfully
"None other than the most strict teacher in the school. Mr. Ashitaka." Kyoho said
"You know what, lets go set up for the party. Being in the presence of Plastic's and Wannabe's parents are starting to cramp my style." Chloe urged as she began to head for the door.
"Yeah. Lets go." The others agreed
"We are so out of here." San snapped her fingers as she passed by the losers' parents
"Like poof." Massie said as she too snapped her fingers
Wed. Sept. 22nd
LAE
12:00PM
School Courtroom
(A/N: I've never really watched anything with a courtroom so I'm just going to mix up the process)
"Will everyone please take their seats and shall we begin?" Mr. Ashitaka bellowed as everyone followed his orders. "Now, will all the clients introduce themselves and present their lawyers."
"I am Massie Block and my Student Lawyer is San Lee." Massie said firmly as San gave a small bow
"I am Claire Lyons and my Student Lawyer is Lenore Von Gier." Claire said in a serious tone as Lenore gave a small nod
"And I am Kristen Gregory and my Student Lawyer is Eleanor Von Gier." Kristen said lastly and Eleanor gave a respectable nod
"Your Honor. I am the lawyer of both my Clients Alicia Rivera and Dylan Marvil." Mr. Rivera explained
"Aren't you too old to be a student lawyer? Heck, do you even go to school here? Who are you?" Mr. Ashitaka asked
"I am a certified lawyer from Westchester New York. I am referred to as Mr. Rivera." Mr. Rivera answered
"Aww… Plastic need hers her little daddy to save her. How cute!" a member of the crowd joked
"And Wannabe must have a real wannabe as her mom! Look! She has to share a lawyer with her fellow bitch!" another joked as Merri-lee scowled
The whole courtroom broke out in giggles. The student jury tried to hold back their laughter and same with Massie, Claire, Kristen, San, Lenore and Eleanor.
"Silence! Order in the court!" Ashitaka boomed as he began smashing the little mallet on the wooden plate.
The courtroom calmed down.
"One more remark like that and I'll have you thrown out! Now lets begin. So lets see here… this file says that you, Miss. Rivera and Miss. Marvil, are convicted of vandalizing the Eastern Wing of the school, damaging the school's gardening's display and for harassment of Miss. Block, Miss. Lyons and Miss. Gregory. I would like to call Miss. River up to the stand." Ashitaka said as he gestured Alicia to take the seat
"Yes Sir." Alicia said as she struts to the seat
"Now, Miss. Lee, Miss. Von Gier and Miss. Von Gier, are you prepared to question the perpetrator?" Ashitaka asked
"Hai." San nodded
"Yes." Lenore and Eleanor nodded as the three walked up to the front
"Alicia." San cringed as she spoke the name. "I have reasonable evidence that you are guilty of vandalism of school property and for harassment of my client and her companions. Would care to rebel against us or will you admit to us right now what truly happened?"
"I am innocent." Alicia seethed through her teeth and crossed her arms
"Really now? When we searched the area with the school righteous force, we found an Angel Perfume brand bottle in the rose bushes and we also have a headband, which was analyzed and is matched to you. Care to explain?" Lenore continued
"Someone probably left it there." Alicia continued to be defiant
"Not only that. We have photos of the spray paint 'creation' where it says 'Down with the Cherry Blossoms. Down with Massie, Claire and Kristen. All shall worship the Bitch Brigade!'" Eleanor said as she presented the photos to the judge. Alicia gulped.
"Miss. Rivera, the evidence is right out in the open. Jury? What do you think?" Ashitaka asked as he displayed the photo. Their six jury members, Alison Heart, Lydia Preston, Aaron Richards, Alex Listers, Jonathan Alan and Serenity Abbys, took one look at their notes then gave Alicia the thumbs down. "It is now decided. Alicia Rivera, you are guilty of Vandalism. Miss. Marvil, would you please take the stand now."
Dylan gulped and then gave a small and shaky nod before approaching the stand
"Dylan." Eleanor scowled "You are accused of harassment and assault on my client and her companions, care to admit or defy?"
"I choose to defy then." Dylan answered irritated
"I would like to call my client to the stand then." Lenore called as Dylan stood up and walked to her seat and Claire took her place "Claire, tell me, what happened on Wednesday September the 15th around 3:00PM? Explain clearly and do not leave out any details."
"Well, I was just about to leave Ms. Hawkins's science 8 class when the two shoved me down near the door and my new glasses fell somewhere and I couldn't see. (A/N: I just felt like adding a new feature to Claire. And don't worry, she is totally not wearing dorky square frames or bottle capped frames. More like the small gold spec frames with pastel colored jewel studs on the holding sides. Sophisticated, simple yet cute.) Then I heard a crack so I knew they just stepped on my glasses. I of course got angry and just fumed at them before they pushed me into a locker. Then Massie, Kristen and Emmeline came out of the classroom and began to help me get back at them. But before that, Dylan and Alicia kept calling me a bitch, an idiot, a dork, a nerd and countless of nasty names and during class when we where taking notes on our lab tops, she some how got hold of my email and kept IM-ing me and said lots of nasty comments." Claire recited
"She lies!" Dylan and Alicia screeched
"Silent! Now, Miss. Block, I would like to hear your account." Ashitaka said as Massie and Claire switched
"Massie, like Claire, would you please tell us everything that happened." San requested
"Yes. Kristen, Emmeline and I were unaware that Alicia and Dylan had already cornered Claire so we were just casually walking through the door and when we heard Claire's voice yelling 'Stop!' 'Just leave me alone!' we rushed to her side. Then of course, Alicia whispered 'Now you start caring for your friends eh? Little bitchy rich brat' so of course I too got angry. I've always treated my friends with respect but if they got on my nerves or it just wasn't a good time, I just go off like a bomb. But still, she has the nerve saying that I am a horrible friend! That just really ticked me off!" Massie explained
"Objection! You truly are a horrible friend Massie Block! You ditch my daughter for no apparent reason!" Mr. Rivera interjected
"Actually, on our 1st week at the school, I was just about to ask her if she had any spare toothpaste tubes but instead, I hear how she and Dylan wish to turn against me! AND I HAVE PROOF!" Massie argued
"Of course. It was secretly recorded and then we had it broadcasted to the school. Your honor, would you like us to play the evidence?" Lenore asked
"Go on." Ashitaka waved
"Dylan, I think we are so going to make it into the CBs, like that Madison girl has been talking to me for two days now." Alicia said"That Chloe girl was talking to me for two days too. We are so totally going to make it in. Massie is so going down."
"Kyoho might be pretty, but I can sooooooo top her and steal her crown. Oh by the way, I think that Colin Taylors is pretty hot. He will so be mine."
"That Lan guys is super cute. I am pretty sure I can snag him with my new look."
"Remember that girl that was sitting with Claire and the others in science? Well I heard she was one of the so-called 'Legendary' Von Giers. She is sooooooo uhg-ly!"
"I pushed the youngest one to the ground when she got into my way when I went to go flirt with Lan. She had these blue eyes and blond hair… she looked too cute for my taste… like Kuh-laire."
"You do now that by pushing Stella, you won't be getting Lan because they are siblings?"
"He wouldn't mind after we get together, he'd think it was just an accident."
"You're probably right. Well anyways, I think that Kyoho had plastic surgery or something cuz no one could look that perfect. And she is probably somewhat stupid for not accepting me right away."
"Ahaha. True. That San girl is too good to be true. A waistline that doesn't change? She is probably on drugs."
"Most likely. Like come on! You'll probably rule the school with your money because your mom because she is THE Merri-lee Marvil. And I'll rule with my looks!"
"Definitely."
"Anyways. Good night."
"Night."
"Ladies and gentlemen, there you have it. Are you now convinced Mr. Rivera?" San smirked. Mr. Rivera gapped then closed his mouth and silently sat back down.
"Miss. Gregory, your turn." Ashitaka said as Massie and Kristen switched
"Kristen, please tell us from your point of view." Eleanor asked
"Like Massie said, we were unaware what was happening until we stepped out as well. But instead of passing Alicia with Massie, I passed Dylan and she too whispered something nasty to me. She called me poor white trash and a…" Kristen trailed off
"A what Kristen?" San asked sympathetically
"A DUMB BLOND!" Kristen sobbed
The whole room gasped, murmured and whispered. First she was called something racist then she was called dumb?! Despicable! Kristen is the president of the school's reach team! If she is called dumb, then the whole school is classified as dumb and that is very degrading.
"WHAT?! YOU DIDN'T TELL US THAT!" San, Lenore, Eleanor, Massie and Claire screeched
"I was too upset to tell you!" Kristen said between sobs, "Sure I might not have the money so I drilled myself into a life of studies so I'd get to be recognized as that and when I grow up, I'll have money! And here, she is using it as a tool against me! To bring me down!"
The whole courtroom was up in whispers and gossip
"SILENT! Order in the court!" Ashitaka bellowed as he smashed the wooden plate with his mallet, "Jury. Your judgment."
The jury didn't even bother looking at their notes this time; they went straight to the 6 thumbs down.
"Alicia Rivera and Dylan Marvil, I find you guilty of Vandalism and Harassment! Oh, and not to forget, racism is not tolerated in this school or around the world for that matter! Disciplinary committee, their punishment?" Ashitaka wrapped up
"2 months detention, must wash off the graffiti, fix up the school garden and a restraining order to have keep them away from Miss. Block, Miss. Lyons and Miss. Gregory. Hall monitors will see to that." Eliza Simons, the president of the Disciplinary Committee, announced
"As said shall be done. Case closed and court adjourned!" Ashitaka finished as he hit the wooden plate for the last time of the case.
Author's notes: Sorry for another late update… but of course with school and all… and the holidays coming up, kinda been busy.
