Chapter 13 – Gohan VS Beerus
Hi everyone, just because I wanted to do this next fight, I will do this short chapter. Otherwise this will be the end of the story.
On this day it just so happened to be Bulma's birthday party, in typical Bulma fashion, she had hired out a boat for her party.
All of her friends were there, from the time of Dragon Ball till after Goku defeated Kid Buu.
Vegeta has also just arrived, King Kai has informed him that Beerus is on his way and that SSJ 3 Goku has been defeated as well. He was also made aware that Gohan is on his way back as well, but he does not think Gohan could have progressed enough. Even though he hates the idea, he thinks that their only hope is either to keep the God of Destruction pleased, or fusion with Goku.
"Damn it. Why now of all times. If SSJ3 was not enough, even Gohan's Mystic form won't be enough to protect us this time. Now there might be a need for me and Kakarot to fuse again. TCH, no there has to be another way. I will not fuse with that clown ever again." Vegeta thought to himself.
Goten and Trunks were playing on the boat and the rest of the guests were enjoying the food and company. Bulma noticed how Vegeta is off by himself and wonders what is wrong, she knows that Vegeta is usually off by himself, but she can see that there is something else that is bothering her Husband.
"Whats wrong Vegeta?" Bulma asked.
"O good you are finally here Vegeta, but this is my birthday, not a Halloween party, so why are you sitting around in your combat gear?" Bulma asked.
"You look even more Solemn than usual? Mad that Human do this little thing called Aging and your poor wife is another year older. Forget the powers, the best thing about being a Saiyan is probably not having to worry about losing your looks." Bulma says before noticing the irritation is Vegeta's face.
"Shut up!" Vegeta snaps at Bulma shocking everyone with disgust.
"It's my birthday Jerk! Tch!" Bulma said before walking off.
"Something is up with Vegeta, even back when he first stayed on earth, he wouldn't wear his combat gear to events. O well I will ask him about it tonight; give him a stern talking to!" Bulma thought also annoyed now.
"I can't shake this feeling in the pit of my stomach; I'm the great price Vegeta! I can't be scared! Can I?" Beerus the Destroyer! I know the name but I don't remember the face." Vegeta thought to himself, noticing how his body is shaking from just the name of Beerus. Before an unknown voice, but very familiar voice is heard from behind him, making Vegeta's eyes go wide.
"Aww Prince Vegeta I presume?" the unknown voice asks and Vegeta jumps up to look around, not being able to sense any energy around him past the guests.
"You have turned into quite the warrior, haven't you? But alas the energy you are trying to sense and draw your powers from has no effect of a deity such as myself." The unknown voice continues with Vegeta still looking around, not being able to see nor sense where the voice is coming from.
"Is this in my mind?" Vegeta asks himself before taking flight to get a better visual of the area.
Before he suddenly notices two figures by the pool area. One purple cat like being that is under the shade and sitting on one of the pool chairs. And another standing beside him.
"HAA! That's him!" Vegeta thinks in complete shock.
"Don't tell me you have forgotten about Lord Beerus have you!" Beerus asks while twitching his ears.
"O I remember now!" Vegeta thinks now with anger, as he thinks back to see how this Destroyer had his father under his feet in obedience. With even more disrespect than even Frieza even gave to his father.
"It's hard to believe even with my great intellect, that when we last crossed paths, you were a mere boy." Beerus comments while Vegeta lands in front of Beerus.
"It feels so recent, could have sworn that it was only yesterday that your father, King Vegeta, put out such a spread of food in my honour." Beerus says as he too remembers his last visit to planet Vegeta.
"Beerus the destroyer!?" Vegeta says shockingly before Beerus sits up a bit at the lack of respect. Vegeta noticing this and remembering how to properly address Beerus flitches back a bit.
"My lord!" Vegeta continues adding the respect that Beerus demands.
"King Kai wasn't exaggerating; I can tell Lord Beerus means Business. I have to keep him even tempered." Vegeta thinks to himself.
"It looks like you are all enjoying a spring cotillion of some kind." Beerus says as he stands up with his hands behind his back.
"And if I do say the food smells splendid!" Beerus says as he smells the air.
"Oh the party, yes it is honouring my wife's birthday my lord." Vegeta explains.
"Oh the prince married, you must introduce me so I can pay my respects." Beerus says in a very polite manner, making Vegeta Hesitate for a moment.
"My Lord." Said the other person standing next to Beerus.
"O that's right. I cannot forget why I am here." Beerus says.
At that exact instant Beerus appears next to Vegeta, shocking the prince.
"In all your travels across time and space, have you ever encountered the phrase Super Saiyan God?" Beerus asked.
Catching Vegeta's attention. "Wait? A Super Saiyan God?" Vegeta asks.
"So that is a no?" Beerus remarks with a bit of annoyance in his voice now.
"Is it possible your prophecy is wrong Beerus?" the unknown being asked.
"I never get such things wrong!" Beerus remarks in annoyance.
"Ho ho ho, replace never with always." Laughed the other being.
"You are putting me into a bad mood Whis." Beerus remarks catching Vegeta's attention.
"So this is who you would rather talk to than your wife on her Birthday." Bulma asks as she walks up to the group, making Vegeta very nervous now.
"Are you going to introduce me?" Bulma asks.
"O Bulma? This is Lord Beerus! And uhm?" Vegeta starts.
"Please madam, call me Whis." Whis responds with a bow.
"You guys are old friend huh? Well I'm Bulma Vegeta's wife slash the birthday girl. Don't I just look great?" Bulma responds.
"Pleasure to meet you Bulma." Both Beerus and Whis say together, Vegeta getting more and more nervous.
"Wow, since when did you make friends with people so well mannered? I know, you are not from around here are you? Probably aliens from another plant, right?" Bulma asks.
"Ok bye!" Vegeta had enough and tried to force Bulma to leave before Beerus comments.
"We were vacationing in a nearby galaxy and happened to sense prince Vegeta's energy." Beerus mentions.
"Vacation? Well stick around and see how us earthlings like to party, the more the merrier I say" Bulma says freaking Vegeta out.
"I wouldn't want to impose on your party, but history shows I am not one to turn down food as delicious smelling as that." Beerus says looking to the party now.
"Go for it Boy's, dig in! come on lets crank this party up a notch!" Bulma says walking down to the party with Beerus and Whis.
Bulma, now introducing Beerus and Whis to the z fighters, being welcomed to the party completely.
Beerus joining in on the fun, dancing and singing with everyone, Vegeta watching ever so vigilantly. Making sure no one upsets him.
"When is Gohan going to Show up, and Kakarot. I really need the back up right now!" Vegeta thinks to himself. "There is no way I can take him by myself if he beat Kakarot as a SSJ3." He continues.
With Goku now still on King Kais world he was busy powering up a Kamehameha, firing it to go around the planet, he turns around to stop his own blast, which was not too difficult for him.
"Huff, damn it… this won't work. It's not enough to defeat Lord Beerus. He is the strongest opponent I have ever faced." Goku says as he thinks of a way to get around this power gap.
"Hey King Kai, bad news, a quick training session won't be enough to reach this Super Saiyan God level that Lord Beerus spoke about." Goku says walking up to his master.
"Well of course not Goku, don't be foolish, Lord Beerus is a God of Destruction for a reason you know." King Kai explains.
'I know but if anything happens on earth, I need to be able to defend everyone." Goku says as he looks at his fist thinking of ways around this.
"Goku take my advice now. Go to earth, Gohan is on his way there now. And no matter what you do now. Gohan is going to be your best shot. Just like with Cell." King kai explains.
"You think so? But I don't think his Mystic form is going to do much more than my Super Saiyan 3 king Kai." Goku Says.
Just trust your Son Goku, he might just have some surprises is store for you." King Kai says. "Now go, get off my planet, I need to fix things." King kai again says in annoyance.
"Ok ok King kai, I will see you soon alright." Goku says before using instant transmission to go back to earth.
Back on earth, everyone was enjoying the party still when Whis came to sit next to Beerus.
"Beerus, have you had a chance to sample this creamy confection they call pudding? It looks like sludge but tastes like otherworld" Whis asks.
"Oh pudding you say? Sounds delicious, where can I find some?" Beerus asks.
"Why it is right over there, by that pink sludge person over there." Whis says. Getting up now both Whis and Beerus head towards Majin Buu who had the pudding.
"Excuse me, could you kindly hand over one of those pudding cups to lord Beerus." Beerus asks.
"One for me to please." Whis asks.
Majin Buu just looking at them continues to eat and ignores their request.
"I understand if you can't spare 2, so I will just take mine." Beerus says.
"Beerus that is hardly fair." Whis says.
"You make it seem like you haven't had one." Beerus replies to Whis before looking back at Buu who is still ignoring them.
"Give me the pudding!" Beerus now demands.
"No! Buu eats!" Buu replies.
"What?!" Beerus responds now getting upset.
"Pudding is all for Buu!" Buu says again.
"You are being a rude guest!" Beerus shouts.
"All pudding cups are Buu's" Buu replies while picking up the tray of pudding and licking them all. Making it clear he does not want to share.
"GRRRR!" Beerus grunts out in frustration. "Give me one of those!" Beerus demands.
"No they are all Buu's!" Buu replies.
"No!" Buu screams.
"Give me one you dumb blob!" Beerus screams before Buu stuffs all the pudding into his mouth and eats them all in one go.
Buu now stands up also angry.
"You call Buu dumb! Buu turn you into candy and eat you!" Buu declares.
"O come on! Can't I get a break for one second!" Vegeta says getting up now and rushing over.
At that moment Beerus has had enough hand started to glow purple, powering up and pushing everyone back with his power.
"You've made me mad!" Beerus screams now catching everyone attention. His aura was so great and powerful that it seemed to turn the atmosphere itself a purple tint.
Buu also mad rushes towards Beerus ready to punch the cat in the face.
"ARGGG!" Buu screamed in pain as a simple push from Beerus aura pushing Buu back into the ocean around them.
"What a fight?" Bulma asks.
"You not do that to Buu!" Buu screams rushing at Beerus again who is just calmly looking at the Majin.
Beerus dodging Buu's punches flicks at Buu knocking him down to the floor.
Vegeta now getting in between them tries to defuse the situation.
"Lord Beerus, Please stop!" Vegeta asks with a smile.
"Come on Boy's! Let's roll!" Says master Roshi as the Z fighters all come together and rush at Beerus.
Android 18 try's to punch Beerus from Behind, but before she could connect. Beerus appears behind her and taps her with some chops sticks he picked up. Nocking 18 out completely.
Tian is next to try, but his punch is caught by those same chop sticks. Being turned around and thrown to the ground. Buu next coming in, Beerus taps Buu on the chest with the chop sticks and blows a hole throw him.
"His strength? It's incredible…" Tien comments as he gets up.
Buu regenerating instantly rushes once again with Beerus dodging all his attacks before Beerus grabs onto his head and kicks Buu in the Gut, knocking the Majin out.
Levitating now with Buu's body into the air, Beerus says, "This is what happens when Mortals don't share their pudding."
Beerus then kicks Buu in the side and lets him fall to the ground still unconscious.
"Damn it, no point in holding back now!" Vegeta says as he transform's into his Super Saiyan 2 and rushes up to Beerus.
Getting to the same altitude as Beerus, Vegeta points to the open ocean. "That way if you want to fight." Vegeta says turning around and flying to get Beerus away from the party boat.
Once they get far enough. Vegeta turns around to look at his opponent, ready to counter him.
Beerus making the first move throws a punch to Vegeta who dodges it barely. And instantly the second and third punch comes towards Vegeta who had to now block the punches.
But the fourth punch came in as an uppercut, landing square on Vegeta's chin.
Vegeta trying to recollect himself was then met by a barrage of punches and kicks, just noticing how Beerus is not even trying, knowing these are but him lightly touching Vegeta. Causing severe damage though to Vegeta's body.
Vegeta still trying to get back into this fight pushes himself forward but was caught by a roundhouse kick to his shoulder. With such power that he was thrown down to the ground.
"O no Vegeta." Krillian Said.
"Goten! Let's go. Fusion time!" Trunks declared with both of them nodding at each other.
"FU...SION…HAAAA!" screamed the boys before Gotenks jumped out from the light.
"Now kitty cat. Its time you are taken down!" Declared Gotenks as he transformed into his own SSJ3.
"The same form as that Goku. Looks like that is their maximum at the moment." Beerus thought.
Gotenks then rushed towards Beerus.
"Take THIS!" Gotenks declared as he threw a punch towards Beerus who moved out of the way.
"Time to teach you brats a lesson!" Beerus declared before grabbing Gotenks by the hair and giving him a spanking.
"Owwww Ouchie Owwww!" Gotenks screamed as Beerus let go and made him drop to the ground while reverting back to his base form.
"Just ask for more damn pudding!" Gotenks screeches while falling down having his whole body shaking from what Beerus did.
Vegeta at this point got to feet but very damaged. Looking at Lord Beerus who now came down to speak to Vegeta as well.
"I knew you would be the strongest opponent I have ever faced, but I still did not think it would be over this quickly. Damn… not the ending I wanted." Vegeta said holding his arm now.
"I don't get a pudding cup… and the Super Saiyan God is not here… it's time to punch earth." Beerus said as he flew to Vegeta being almost within arm's reach now.
Vegeta at this point smiled at Beerus. "Hmph, I will take some pride in the fact that it took Beerus the Destroyer to kill me." Vegeta said.
"Indeed, that is a fine way to rationalize your death, you shall die with your honour intact.
Vegeta closing his eyes now, ready for Beerus to kill him. "Guess you were to late Gohan… but I doubt you would have made much of a difference. No I know you would have made no difference in this… not even Vegito would have been to beat Beerus…" Vegeta thought to himself.
"Alright that is enough!' Bulma shouted as she walked over to the pair. Shocking Vegeta.
"I don't care for how many years you and husband have known each other… your selfish pudding cup fight has ruined my 38th birthday party.!" Bulma snapped and walked up to Beerus who turned to face her.
Bulma looking at the cat slapped him in the face, but didn't budge an inch.
Beerus narrowed his eyes now at Bulma and without any hesitation also slapped Bulma through the face, knocking her out and made her hit the floor hard.
With pure rage and shock at the situation. Vegeta looked at what Beerus has just done and his energy started raising to huge degree.
"How… Dare you… THAT'S MY BULMA!" Vegeta screamed transforming into a Super Saiyan 2 once again but with his energy exceeding that of even Goku's Super Saiyan 3.
"AHHHHHHHHH!" Vegeta screamed as the landscape around him shattered from his pressure.
Beerus now turning around as he did not expect this sudden power increase saw Vegeta rushing at him.
Beerus at that point punched Vegeta in the face pushing him back a bit, however Vegeta pushed through the pain and managed to deliver a thunderous punch to Beerus's face as well. Having the destroyer to be pushed back. Vegeta then landed instantly a kick into Beerus's face, following up with a barrage of punches and kicked all connecting to Beerus.
Landing a huge Kick now to Beerus's gut, sending him across the field, not letting up he rushed into Beerus once again landing punch and kick after one another without Beerus giving any form of counter attack everyone thinks now Vegeta is winning. If only they knew.
Kicking Beerus up into the air now, Vegeta uses whatever energy he has left to rush into Beerus and point blank he fires a Gallite Gun into Beerus Gut.
With the Huge Explosion going off now Vegeta backs off a bit to see what his attacks has done. Panting the entire time.
In his Base form now. Vegeta has used all his power he had. "Is he?" Vegeta asks before the smoke clears revealing Beerus with not so much as a scratch on him.
"What the?" Vegeta says not believe that all those attacks did literally nothing to the destroyer.
"Impressive showmanship, but this just proves that you are not the Super Saiyan God either. I guess I will leave now, but not before destroying the earth" Beerus said while scratching his head
Looking back down to Whis now. "Whis come now!" Beerus ordered.
"Give me a moment please." Whis said before turning back to talk to the chef of the Sushi bar.
"No I won't let you do it! Why must you always destroy?" Vegeta asks in a panic.
"Don't stall… I have already made up my mind Vegeta." Beerus says before putting one finger to Vegeta's forehead, knocking him out and having him fall to the boat once again.
"Vegeta no!" Shouts everyone with Bulma running to her Husband.
"WHIS COME ON!" Beerus orders with Whis now appearing next to him.
"Yes Lord Beerus? Something you wanted?" Whis asked.
"I must admit, you were right about the Saiyan God prophesy, this whole thing has just been a waste of time. I could have been sleeping. But I shall destroy this planet before we go home." Beerus declares.
"As you wish lord Beerus, but first I am going to finish eating." Whis said as he now looked up to the sky with a serious expression.
"What is it Whis." Beerus asks.
"O nothing my Lord. I'm going to finish eating now." Whis said before appearing by the chef again.
Beerus then floated towards the remaining Z fighters, starting to glow now with an energy sphere appearing behind him as he gets ready to destroy the earth.
As the sphere grows and grows, Beerus sticks his hand out, ready to send the Energy ball towards the earth.
"WAIT!" Said an unknown voice
Before everyone notices that Goku appeared behind everyone. Whis also looks over.
"No, that's not him. Not yet anyways." Whis remarks before going back to his dish.
"Goku?" Everyone asked
"Kakarot, about time you clown." Vegeta commented as he got to his feet.
His gaze not leaving Beerus, he walks past his friends and family to talk to Beerus.
Beerus now absorbs his own attack so that he can listen to what this Saiyan has to say.
"You shouldn't have come back. Unless you have finally Saiyan God Prophesy." Beerus asks as he floats down to meet Goku.
"I have not worked out all the kinks to it yet, but I do know that I cannot let you blow up the earth." Goku declares.
"Destruction is in very name." Beerus remarks.
"Believe me I am aware of that Lord Beerus, but just this once can you not just give us a pass." Goku asks.
"And if I don't? Will you still fight me?" Beerus asks.
"Yea I would love to settle the score. But I am sure I will just get killed." Goku says rubbing his head in thought.
Before he has an idea. "That's it!" Goku screams catching Beerus off guard.
"Hey Lord Beerus. I need a few minutes to try one last crazy idea!" Goku shouts in excitement.
"Idea for what?" Beerus asks.
"To summon the super Saiyan God guy you want to meet. I think I know how to do it now, but it isn't going to be easy." Goku explains.
"I'm listening." Beerus says now having his interest peeked.
"Can you give me like 5 minutes. Just a little time is all I need." Goku asked.
"Hmph!" Beerus scoffs.
"PLEASE!" Goku asks with a bow.
"Alright, you got 5 minutes." Beerus declares as he starts levitating down to where Whis is, but before he got there he looked back towards Goku and the others with a very serious look now.
Whis looking now as well smiled. "There he is, you have your wish Lord Beerus."
"Yes! Thanks Lord Beerus!" Goku says before he turns around to see a much unexpected sight.
"Gohan?" Goku said before everyone turned and Saw Gohan with the Supreme Kai and a few other people who are looking around astonished at what they were on.
"Hey Dad." Gohan said with a smile.
"MY BOY!" Chi-Chi jumped to hug Gohan.
"GOHAN!" Videl was next to give her husband a hug.
"You look younger, but different?" Videl said with tears in her eyes.
"Yea a lot has happened, I will tell you all about it later." Gohan said as he now looked at Goku.
"Son? Is that really you?" Goku asked with tears in his eyes as well.
Gohan also now went in for a hug.
"It's so good to see you father." Gohan said.
"So that is the great Goku then." Team 7 thought to themselves.
"It's great to see you to Gohan, and your energy feels… it's like you are a whole different person." Goku said as he looked his son up and down.
"Yea well a lot has happened Dad. But we will catch up later, first we have to deal with Lord Beerus." Gohan said as he looked up to the purple cat.
"He looks like a thin Orochimaru, but a whole lot more powerful." Gohan thought to himself before smiling.
"A touching reunion but can we please get on with summoning the Super Saiyan God please." Beerus demanded, getting more annoyed.
"O right sorry Lord Beerus. We will get on that right now." Goku said before looking back at his son.
"How do you plan on summoning the Super Saiyan God dad?" Gohan asked.
"Im going to Summon Shenron to wish for the Super Saiyan God." Goku says with a smile.
Gohan then smiles and looks back at Beerus catching Goku off guard.
"What don't you think that will work Gohan?" Goku asked.
"No it wouldn't have worked. Because you have tried that wish before Dad." Gohan says, confusing Goku and even Beerus hearing this.
"We have? When?" Goku asked.
"When you tried to wish me back the first time." Gohan Proclaims before Beerus appears before him.
Gohan still smiling at him.
"Are you telling me that Goku's own Son is the Super Saiyan God?" Beerus asks with a glare.
"And more." Gohan confirms shocking everyone.
"Well let's see it then." Beerus says before Gohan gives a bow to Beerus.
"Lord Beerus, I have heard many tales of you, the God of Destruction of universe 7. Rumours which state that you are the strongest of the 12 destroyers." God states before looking back up at Beerus.
"It will be an Honour to engage with you in battle. I will show you the Super Saiyan God as you requested, however I want to tell you right now that the God Power will not be sufficient power for one such as yourself. So once that is made clear I would like to show you the powers beyond a Super Saiyan God. With your permission." Gohan requests.
"Are you saying that there is more than just the God level? Interesting, and may I also ask how do you know so much about the universe?" Beerus asks.
"From my master." Gohan said as he turned around.
"Bulma can we go dock the ship please. This fight will be intense, I'd rather not cause huge tidal waves for the locals.
"Sure." Bulma said before she ran to the captain.
"No I have waited long enough, and I need to get some information from you on you master. So either you transform and give me what I want right now or I blow up the earth." Beerus declared.
"Alright Beerus. Its time to give you what you want then." Gohan said as he flew up into the sky.
"Gohan? A Super Saiyan God?" Goku asked in amazement, half the things Gohan has said went over his head, but he is feeling such pride for his son.
"Wait who are all of you then? Goku asked looking at Naruto.
"My name is Naruto, this is Sasuke and Sakura, we are friends of Gohan from a different Universe apparently." Naruto said with a smile.
"I see, so have you seen Gohan use this Super Saiyan God form before? " Goku ask with all of them smirking.
"Super Saiyan God is like a puddle in Gohan's true Power." Sasuke commented.
"What do you mean kid?" Vegeta asked as he to now was curious.
"What I mean is that Gohan has already killed two People that has the same energy as this Lord Beerus. And Super Saiyan God would not have been able to do that." Sasuke explains further shocking everyone.
Goku looking up at his son again felt even more pride. "Guess we have some catching up to do hey Vegeta." Goku smirks.
"O shut up clown!" Vegeta responds with Naruto and Sasuke looking at them and then each other with a bit of familiarity.
Beerus following Gohan Came to his level now as well and was observing.
"You ready Lord Beerus?" Gohan asked.
"Get on with it will you." Beerus said.
"Right. AHH!" Gohan said as a red flame aura overtook his Body. His power sky rocketing at the same time.
This shocked everyone except those that has seen it.
"Wow… what is this pressure coming from Gohan?" Goku asked in amazement before the red aura dimmed down to reveal a slimmer Gohan with Red hair.
"This is Super Saiyan God." Gohan proclaimed.
Beerus not expecting such a power jump especially after Gohan's comment was a bit shocked.
"Wow so you really have done it, you actually have God Ki then." Beerus asks.
Whis also now watching very closely at Gohan.
"My my… is that what I think it is… that power from inside you Gohan? What is that…" Whis comments.
"Yea well m at about 75% right now if that helps any. If my previous experience though has taught me anything. My 100% in this form would be around about your 20%." Gohan declared.
This comment shocked Beerus.
"Well more or less I guess you are right, but to know so much about my powers… you have faced a Destroyer before haven't you?" Beerus asked.
"No not an official Destroyer now, but some evil people who tried and succeeded in stealing destroyers energy, made them really powerful." Gohan explained shocking Beerus.
"Well let's see first how this super Saiyan God does before both of us step it up shall we?" Beerus asks.
"Sounds good Lord Beerus." Gohan said.
Gohan's Aura now started to flare up again, and he got into his fighting stance.
Gohan rushing towards Beerus now throws a punch at him, to which Beerus catches, although wind pressure that this punch made, also made the Clouds themselves disappear.
The area on which the two of them stood was also badly damaged.
"So tell me mortal, how does it feel to become a God?" Beerus asked.
"This might be God Ki, but I am no God." Gohan proclaimed.
"Tch, don't doubt what you have become now boy." Beerus said as himself and Gohan took to he sky, not wanting to damage the boat anymore.
As they got to a safe altitude, Beerus spun around and attempted a downward kick on Gohan, who blocked the kick and pushed Beerus away. Giving Gohan an opening. Gohan then threw a punch to Beerus's Gut who with shock had to block and just barely managed to block this attack.
As the two of them went back and forth with punches or kicks. It doesn't seem like either of them are budging. Neither one of them are landing any blows.
"Gohan's fight skill has improved a great deal as well." Vegeta comments thinking Goku would comment back, but Goku remains focused on the fight and nothing else.
"He is trying to figure this power out isn't he. Damn you Kakarot." Vegeta thought.
A loud bang was heard then and the first to land an actual hit was Gohan, into the Gut of Beerus. Sending him flying towards the land.
"That's good boy, your skill is very impressive." Beerus commented.
Gohan remaining silent.
"We are on the exact same power level and you still bested me in that exchange. Though very slight your pure fighting skills are really something to take note of Saiyan." Beerus says again.
"Yea well I got a lot more to show you Lord Beerus." Gohan said.
"This power might not be enough to beat you, but today I promise you, is the day you see defeat." Gohan proclaims.
"AHHHH!" Beerus rushing now towards Gohan has increased his power substantially.
"Here is my 20% that you wanted boy!" Beerus screams
"What the?!" Gohan shouts before getting struck in the gut. Having him spit out from that force, Beerus follows up with punches and kicks after one another. Sending Gohan flying into the distance.
"Guess I have to go 100% then just to keep up. AHHH!" Gohan says while powering up and stopping himself.
But Beerus appeared behind him now and grabbed his neck. Spinning him around he took another kick to the gut.
"I have to turn this around before I transform!" Gohan thought.
Beerus knocking Gohan to a lower level where they are now fighting in between trees was again blocking each other now.
"Looks like they are ramping it up!" Piccolo notices.
Beerus then disappears and appears next to Gohan, landing a kick to the side of Gohan's face.
"ARG!" Gohan spat out as he fell on his back and skid along the ground for a few Km's before crashing into a mountain.
"I CANT STOP MYSELF!" Gohan said as he looked back at Beerus. "He has increased his power again!" Gohan notices.
Gohan eventually stops himself and sees a blast coming that Beerus as shot out.
"O shit!" Gohan says before he narrowly avoids the blast. As the blast hits in the distance Beerus again appears in front of Gohan. "Damn he is fast!" Gohan thinks before he was just able to block an incoming attack.
"Are you going to kick it up a notch now or what?" Beerus asked.
"Im waiting for you Lord Beerus. Like I said, once it is proven, with your permission I will go further, not until then. I do have respect for you and I will give you that respect." Gohan explains.
"O right yes you did tell me that, sorry about that, you may go as hi as you need to." Beerus says.
"Alright, but first, tell me how much power you are using." Gohan asks.
"o I am currently using 35% of my power, but if you want to know what your power right now is equal to mine. Id say you are around about my 10% power." Beerus confirms with a smile.
"Right ok so I would like your assistant to maybe see this as well. Im going to skip my next form. And go to one of my most powerful states." Gohan says.
"I am hear Son-Gohan." Whis says as he appears out of nowhere.
"Why do you want Whis to see this?" Gohan asks.
"It will become clear soon Lord Beerus." Gohan says as he drops out of his God Form.
"What did Gohan just give up?" Vegeta asked. "Is he pulling a Kakarot on us like you did during the cell Games?" Vegeta asks with anger.
"No… there's something else…" Goku says as Piccolo smiles.
"Now you going to see how far your Son has really come Goku." Piccolo comments.
Gohan closes his eyes now and a white blue aura surrounds him. This catches Whis and Beerus off guard.
"Whis…?" Beerus asks.
"Yes my Lord?" Whis responds while looking deeply into this.
"Is that?" Beerus asks again now gritting his teeth.
"It might be my Lord. I will be able to tell you more once you start fighting." Whis says before disappearing again.
Gohan then opens his eyes revealing his silver pupils and his hair turning white as well.
"This Heat and pressure? Gohan… how far have you come my son!" Goku asks.
"Well this is really impressive Gohan. Your power has increased a great deal. Tell me is this your maximum power now?" Beerus asks.
"No." Gohan responded shocking Beerus.
"this Kid might just be stronger than me then…" Beerus thought as he powered up to 90% of his power.
"I have a very little bit reserved but this should be a good challenge. Beerus says as he gets ready for the fight.
"So he doesn't know this power. That puts me in the advantage. 50% for now should be good for Beerus." Gohan thought to himself.
"AHHHHHH!" Beerus rushed towards Gohan throwing punches and kicks. Different technique's, but Gohan just keeps dodging.
"Stop Dodging me Saiya…." Beerus tried to Order before a fist was planted into his gut. Sending him flying into a few mountains.
"ARGGGGGGG!" Beerus screamed as he struggled to stop himself and was unsuccessful before slamming into the mountain.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Beerus screamed as he powered up again and made the whole mountain disappear.
"Congratulation Gohan. You are the very first person ever to see me at my 100%." Beerus praised.
"If this is our 100% Lord Beerus, I suggest that you give up now. As I am now, I am at 50% of my current level, and I still have one more to go." Gohan explains.
"I See, so tell me, is this Ultra Instinct by any chance?" Beerus asks.
"It is." Gohan confirms.
"We need to have a talk. But first, let me show you my Ultra Instinct shall I?" Beerus says as this shocked Gohan.
Beerus closes his eyes and opens them to reveal a silver pupil as well.
"look he is using the same power as Gohan… this isn't good." Goku says.
"I see… so you have Ultra instinct, but only the Omen version. You have yet to master this power." Gohan says, knowing that yes it is incomplete. But his power is now above even Cells, meaning above his normal MUI as well.
"Beerus. Do you want to see my all now as well. You are strong. Stronger than my last opponent, which also means my !00% in this state will not be enough. I need to show you my all to be a worthy challenge of this power." Gohan says as he also closes his eyes.
"What will you combine your God power with your ultra-Instinct or something. Because if that is the case you will still lo…" Beerus said before he noticed the Halo appearing around Gohan's Neck.
At this moment Whis also Appeared.
"It can't be." Whis says.
"No… that is an angel level power." Beerus says as he now steps back knowing he has lost.
Gohan opens his eyes to reveal his Angel grade Ultra-Instinct.
"Gohan? How did you get this power?" Whis asks in a serious tone.
"From my master." Gohan says.
"You are one step away from being on the same level of Ultra Instinct as us angels. This should not be possible for any mortal." Whis says.
Gohan now appearing in front on Beerus. Whis could almost not see his movement at this point.
"Do you concede defeat Lord Beerus?" Gohan asks.
"I will not be beaten by some boy who thinks himself to be on par with an Angel. AHHHH!" Beerus screamed as he tried to throw a punch at Gohan.
Gohan at that instant disappears and appears behind Beerus.
"What the?" Beerus thought to himself as he spun around to deliver a kick. Before anything though Beerus got punched in the face making him hit the ground.
"Give up Lord Beerus." Gohan said while he was facing away from Beerus now struggling to get back up.
"Are you really just a Saiyan buy?" Beerus grunted.
"No, I am a half Saiyan… My father is a full blooded Saiyan and my mother is an earthling." Gohan explains still not moving.
"That is impossible boy… how did you get this potential then? It makes no sense." Beerus asks as he now started powering up again.
Gohan just keeping quite did not bothering to answer Beerus Question's.
"I said answer me Boy! AHHHHHHHH!" Beerus screams as his rage managed to push him further as well.
"Well well, this is a surprise; I did not expect you had any more power left Lord Beerus." Gohan said as he now turned to face the destroyer.
Beerus at that moment rushed at Gohan who stood still. Before Beerus reached Gohan he disappeared and reappeared above and behind Gohan throwing a punch. Gohan not even looking simply grabbed onto Beerus's hand. Throwing Beerus to ground in front of him, Beerus as quickly as he could turn around to rush back at Gohan. As Beerus looks up however, Gohan is right in front of him smiling. "What is this speed?" Beerus thought before Gohan flicked him in the forehead sending him flying even further.
"ARGGGGGG!" Beerus grunted out before flying into the air looking at how calm Gohan is still. Making light work of the power of Destruction.
Beerus rushing back down to Gohan with even more anger now tried to punch Gohan. Before the punch could land however Gohan moved out the way, making Lord Beerus punch the ground instead. Quickly following up with punches and kicks throw the smoke, Gohan dodges each one without even batting an eye at Lord Beerus.
"Hold still you brat!" Beerus says with Whis still looking on with all seriousness.
After Beerus once again punches the ground causing even more smoke to flare up around them, Gohan disappears again. Beerus looking at his fist now wonders.
"Just how strong is this child… I can't touch him even though I am using my own ultra-instinct?" Beerus thinks as he saw Whis looking to his right.
"What the?" Beerus said before looking in that direction.
He just barely noticed Gohan throw the smoke before darkness overcame him. "ARGG…GGG" Beerus grunted out before falling to the ground in defeat. Beerus has been lightly tapped on the back of the neck by Gohan. This was enough to completely knock Beerus out.
"Gohan? Did you win?" Goku asks as he lands, seeing Gohan stand over Beerus.
"Gohan… you sure are powerful… to have beaten Lord Beerus… I must train him; he could be this Universe's first ever Mortal Angel." Whis thought to himself with a smile.
"Yea Dad I won. The earth is safe again." Gohan explains as he drops to his base form
"Yea I knew you could do it Gohan!" Naruto said.
"So you have control over that power you used against Cell now don't you Gohan?" Sasuke asked.
"Cell? What do you mean, Cell died years ago?" Vegeta asked.
"Yea, what gives? Gohan never used this power before?" Goku asked.
"No Dad, we got a lot to catch up on." Gohan says with a smile.
"Have you me my new friends?" Gohan asks.
"Yea your Friends are awesome. And I heard you are now also something highly ranked from their planet =, called the Uchukage, right?" Goku says.
"Yea a lot has happened there." Gohan said with a giggle.
"Son Gohan… my I have a word?" Whis says as he walks up to the gang.
"Uhm Sure? Whats up?" Gohan asked facing Whis that he knows is Vados's brother.
"Who exactly trained you? You mentioned your master, but to reach such a level is pretty much unheard up." Whis asked.
"Well Whis, I am not allowed to tell you just yet, it is my master's wish, she knows you very well though, but that is all I can say." Gohan explains.
"She? Well dos narrow it down for me, anyways, would you like to train under me at all?" Whis ask with a smile.
"Thank you for the offer Whis, but I think my father and Vegeta is in need of your training more than me, I am not going to progress my Ultra Instinct any more than I have anyways." Gohan explains looking Naruto.
"Well if I may ask though, why don't you want to progress the power?" Whis asks.
"Well I know about the angel laws, on the next step in my training I have to agree and bind my being to those laws. I am not willing to do that just yet, I have far too much to protect in my life." Gohan explains with Whis smiling.
"Ok then. I understand." Whis says facing the other two Saiyan's.
"I will be back in about a month to pick you two up then, but before I agree to train you, you both have to show me an earth dish that I haven't had before. If it is as good as what today has shown me I will agree to train you." Whis explains.
"Alright!" Goku shouts in excitement.
"O by the way Dad, I'm going to Challenge you and Vegeta to a sparring match after you have trained with Whis for a year alright." Gohan says.
Goku Smirks and nods at his Son, accepting the Challenge.
"So you want to go around and see my world guys?" Gohan asks Team 7.
"You better believe it!" Naruto said.
Sasuke at this point walks over to Vegeta.
"What do you want kid?" Vegeta asks in annoyance.
Sasuke kneels down in front of Vegeta now catching Vegeta off guard.
"Please train me?" Sasuke asks.
"O? You think you can keep up with a Saiyan?" Vegeta asks.
"No, but I have been training with Gohan for a while now. But I think you would push me to greater heights than what Gohan could do." Sasuke asks. "I am the last of my kind and I want to protect those closest to me and try rekindling my village. I cannot do that if I am weak." Sasuke continues, this catches Vegeta as a surprise, but closed his eyes to walk away.
"Gohan will explain, meet me at Capsule Corp in two days bright and early. Got it!" Vegeta says before walking away.
"Yes!" Sasuke says before getting up to go with Naruto and Gohan to see the city.
"G…Gohan…" Beerus said as he made it to his feet.
"O I'm sorry my lord let me heal you real quick." Whis said before his staff glowed and Beerus was completely healed and back to full strength.
"Jeez what took you so long Whis…" Beerus said with annoyance before Gohan walked up to him.
Smiling at Gohan, Beerus put his hand out for a handshake.
Gohan smiling back at Beerus took his hand and shock back.
"Gohan you are the strongest in this universe, besides Whis here of course, but your power is really something to behold. If you want to be the next God of Destruction, the position is yours." Beerus said with a smile.
"Thank you Beerus, but I will more than likely accept Whis's offer of being the next angel before the next god of Destruction." Gohan said with a smile.
"You did what Whis?" Beerus asked in shock.
"You saw what I saw Lord Beerus, it would be the way to go." Whis explains
"I guess you are right, we will be back Gohan, and we will fight again. I have found my rival after all." Beerus said with a smile before grabbing onto Whis's shoulder.
"Have a good day to all of you. I bid you farewell." Whis said before him and Beerus blasted off into space.
"So Gohan, you want a quick sparring session before we go home?" Goku asked having everyone just face palm at Goku. Even Naruto face palmed.
"Hahaha you never change Dad, lets save that for tomorrow shall we." Gohan said.
