This is an attempted rewrite of the ending of the Dream SMP. The story diverts before Wilbur's or Quackity's Finale and attempts to resolve most of the main plot lines. I recommend reading "Hitting on 16" by Wilbur Soot and the lore of the characters involved. Contains violence, cursing, and eventual body horror.

A series of assassinations around the castle grounds have the guards on high alert, but Technoblade isn't really worried. Also, Ranboo might be in deeper water than he realizes.

Even pro heroes can be taken by surprise, especially when the villain they're fighting is more powerful than expected. Wilbur panics during a mission and Techno pays the price.

In search of lost friends and enemies, the Hunters and the mobs begrudgingly join forces to reach the treacherous Aether and find what they seek. Meanwhile, a lone human seeks to escape the Aether, and gets involved in conspiracies he wished he never discovered.

After exile, Tommy does his best to avoid Dream. It doesn't work out, so Tommy gets to experience Dreams experiment once again. Tubbo is very concerned.
