Author's Note: I don't own Super Smash Bros. or Fire Emblem.

At the Smash Mansion, word got around that there would be a new brawler coming in a couple of hours. Everyone was chatting excitedly and speculating on who this mysterious person would be and what franchise he (or she) would hail from.

"I hope it's a girl," said Peach excitedly. "We could always use another girl, keep the boys in line and things like that! And maybe she'd like gossip..."

Samus leaned over to Zelda and whispered, "I hope she isn't like Peach." Zelda had to try hard not to laugh.

"I honestly don't see what the fuss is about," said Wario as he plopped down at a table in the cafeteria. "I mean really!"

Ganondorf smirked and then smiled. "Think of it this way, one more little pipsqueak to beat up! Right boys?" All the villains around the table all agreed and started to scheme...

Link rolled his eyes at Ganondorf and sighed. "Oh boy, well, we'll have to make sure he, or she feels welcome here. I wonder what franchise they'll be from..."

"I hope this person's from my world!" said Pit, his mouth full of eggs. "Although I'd seriously laugh if the eggplant wizard got invited."

Ike started bursting out in laughter. "Eggplant wizard?! Seriously?! That's the stupidest wizard I have ever heard of! But seriously, I think it would be cool if they come from Fire Emblem. Who do you think this mystery person is from Marth? Um, Marth?"

"Hmm? Oh, sorry." Marth said looking up with a start. "As long as they're not a villain." Everyone at the table agreed.

Back where Lucina was...

Lucina could hardly sit still she was so excited. "I feel like a little kid." She thought. "I can't wait to meet everyone! I just hope I can be nice to everyone else and represent my homeworld with pride."

"We're almost there." Said the bus driver, still sounding bored. "If you need to get geared up you still have time."

"Allright, thank you," said Lucina politely as she went to the little room where the brawlers could freshen up their appearance. Lucina stared at herself and sighed. Then she started trying to fix her hair then quickly stopped. "Since when did I care about my appearance?" she thought to herself.

She stood there, then decided to do herself up the way she had done when before she went to the past. At least her hair was still layered from cutting it. She carefully tucked in the rest of her long blue hair, making sure it would stay where she put it. Then she looked at the mirror and looked at the Brand in her eye, proof she was of Ylissean royalty. It had always given her pride, pride that the blood of the first exalt ran through her. And the Brand made Lucina, as her manakete friend Tiki said, a descendant of Marth. "And you remind me of him too," she always told Lucina.

"I wonder if it's possible that Marth is one of the brawlers, I've always wanted to meet him. I'm sure he would be proud to know that his family lived on, even after his kingdom fell..." Then she carefully secured her mask to her face. "It's been a while since I've looked like this..." she remembered thoughtfully. Then she looked at herself one last time and smiled. "I look... mysterious." She thought happily. "Just the way I like it." Then she buckled on her one-of-a-kind sword, Falchion. "It's been a while since I have used this." Lucina sighed.

All the sudden the bus stopped and the driver walked up to her. "Well, we're here, but before you leave, you need to sign this," Handing her a very fancy (and lengthy) contract.

Lucina looked it over and started questioning whether or not this was a good idea coming here. She read it over and looked at the bus driver as if she were crazy. "Incineration?! Swallowed by pink-puffballs?! That doesn't make any sense!"

The bus driver just looked at her strangely. "How so?" Lucina didn't really know what to say to that so she just decided to sign the contract.

"Excellent. Now, go on out there and make your homeworld proud!"The bus driver said as she opened the doors.

Lucina took a look outside and gasped, the Smash Mansion was a lot bigger than she thought. "The doors are at least twice as tall as me! How will I ever find my way around?" She looked at the scattered brawlers around the mansion with great interest. She saw two princesses trying to pull weeds, and laughed a little when the one in the pink gown somersaulted backwards when one weed quickly flew out of the ground.

She looked around and saw a sign pointing to the office where newcomers should go. So Lucina headed over there, deciding not to talk to anyone before she actually was part of the brawl. When she walked by the sidewalk, she heard laughter from some people. Lucina turned and saw someone that completely surprised her. There was a young man there that looked exactly like her! (Minus the mask) "Could that be...? It must be! That must be Marth!" Lucina though excitedly. "Oh,wow! I can't believe it! It's actually him! But as much as I want to meet him, I should go to that office..." Then she saw him turn to face her direction. Neither of them were sure who was more shocked. Lucina almost changed her mind about not talking to anyone, but she decided it would be best to go to the office.

For Marth, the day was kind of boring, and he felt pretty sore for the brawl that happened yesterday. "I'm not looking forward to the hundred man brawl tomorrow. Sure those alloys aren't too much trouble, but still. And I hate the last enemy, a horrible clone of you. It's just so creepy." He thought to himself.

"Hey, Marth!" Ike said as running up to him. "What are you up to right now?"

"Not much."

"Same here," said Ike. "I still am very curious as to who this new brawler is. Hopefully they're not evil. Peach is hoping it's going to be a girl."

"Of course she does," said Marth smiling. "But you should have heard what Samus said."

"Oh?" Ike questioned.

"She said hopefully not like Peach."

At that remark Ike started laughing. "That is so mean! But gosh, that's kind of funny!"

Marth started to laugh too then suddenly felt like he was being watched. He turned around and saw a mysterious person standing in front of the office. "He looks like me! What kind of cruel joke is that?" He thought. He stared at the mysterious swordsman, his face emotionless due to the fact he was wearing a mask. Eventually, the swordsman turned and walked into the office.

"Hey Marth? What's wrong? You look like you saw a ghost!" Said Ike.

Marth muttered under his breath. "Maybe I did..."

And that concludes Chapter 2. Sorry, not a lot of action in this chapter. There should be more in the next. Until then!
