Where am I? This voice it… it keeps calling me, telling me to wake. Am I sleeping? Was this all a dream? I opened my eyes only to see that figure once again, hopefully this time it wasn't a dream. I stood from grass clad ground and cautiously stepped towards this figure. He turned to look at me with his featureless face and pointed towards the trees to his left. I looked over and saw a mirror; I walked towards it seeing only my reflection. I carefully ran my fingers across its clear surface before noticing the figure in the mirror behind me.
"Will you finally tell me who you are?" he stayed silent for a moment contemplating his answer before coming to a conscious decision. "You already know me." Every night he came to me, haunting my dreams and always gave me the same answer. I turned in frustration and was about to storm off when he surprised me by taking hold of my hand. "Yuki please." Once more I turned to face him but this time I saw him. He had silver hair which was dancing in the wind and pale violet eyes. The rest of his face was concealed but I knew those eyes, those long nights I had gazed into them. And his hair, all the times I ran my fingers through them.
A stray tear fell from my eye and I tried to wipe it away but his hand gentle caressed my cheek, quickly ridding me of the unwanted drop. I looked into his eyes once more and smiled. "Zero." I wrapped my arms around his neck and felt his arms wrap around me. I was so happy, I let my arms slack so I could look into his eyes once more but they were gone, he was nothing but a faceless man once more. Suddenly I heard a voice. "Yuki please wake up." This voice, where have I heard it before?
I took a step away from my faceless companion and began to run towards the familiar voice hoping to see another soul in this dream like world. As I ran my vision became blurry, I was beginning to wake. Before I could finish blinking I felt warm blankets around me and a hand in my own.
I opened my eyes to see a very blurry room, I rubbed my eyes with my free hand and when I looked back I could see clearly. My gaze wondered around the familiar room, my room. I was in the chairman's house, my old home. I smiled before realizing someone was still holding my hand, I looked down and my smile could not be contained, Zero. My eyes scanned over him, carefully caressing his cheek, all to make sure he was real. He stirred at my touch and slowly his lavender eyes opened.
When he saw me his eyes went wide, he stood abruptly from the chair and pulled me into an embrace. I was a little shocked at first but soon settled into his warm and comforting arms. "Yuki." I placed my hands on his cheeks and looked into his vibrant eyes, and as he looked down into mine I could the love he held in his heart. Slowly he pulled me closer to him and soon he kissed me. It was just a gentle kiss but soon turned into something much more. It quickly became rough, after being away from each other for so long our pent up feelings revealed themselves in our shared kisses.
Zero pushed me onto the bed and quickly returned to my lips, his kisses leaving me breathless. He was slowly moving his hand under my shirt when we heard the door open. We stopped and looked up to see a shocked chairman frozen in his place. "GHAAAAAAA WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY DARLING DAUGHTER!?" He tossed his pink slipper at zero effectively hitting him on the head. He looked almost proud of himself for actually getting him but his smirk faltered as he shrank down in fear and Zero began to move towards him in anger. "ZERO KUN!" He ran off quicker than I have ever seen him run before, and I laughed. For the first time in a whole year I actually laughed. Zero gave me a quizzical look before smiling at me and returning to the bed. He brought his lips back to mine but I pulled away.
"Wait what about the chairman?" He shook his head and leaned his forehead against mine own. "He can wait for five minutes… I missed you Yuki." He wrapped his arms around me and we sat in a comfortable silence content with listening to the sound of our heartbeats. It didn't take long for Zero to return his lips to mine again. I knew we should have left by now to go talk to the chairman but I didn't dare pull away. I didn't want to make Zero upset and I had never seen him smile like that. But soon his hands began traveling to places they shouldn't have and if he kept it up we would have been there for the rest of the night.
"Zero we've been here for more than five minutes, and if we don't leave now we'll be here for the whole night" I said breathlessly. Zero gave me an intrigued look and began to kiss my neck and the top of my chest. "I guess we'll be here all night then." I smiled as I tangled my fingers in his silver tresses. "Could you go lock the door Zero?" He smiled wide and climbed off of me walking to lock the door. He paused for a moment before opening the door to find the chairman with a very flushed face.
He quickly composed himself and straightened his glasses. "Now I know you two love birds haven't seen each other in a year and I know that you are adults but please let me spend some time with my DARLING DAUGHTER!" He rushed over to the bed and began to hug the life out of me. Even though I was being choked out I let him continue, to me this was home and I wasn't going to be leaving any time soon.
"Kaname Sama, why did you let Yuki Sama go?" Aidou asked as he stood there in the center of Kaname's office. "I needed her to lower that fools guard." Aidou stood awaiting further explanation but when none came he sighed. "I'm going to kill him Aidou, I am going to break my fiancés heart and crush Kiryu's with my own hand."
Dory for the abrupt ending I've suddenly got a case of writers block :P
