~Jack's P.O.V~

I watched as Kim passed out right in front of me. I quickly caught her before she hit the ground and picked her up. I took her upstairs and put her in her bed before returning back downstairs. I walked back into the kitchen and looked at Grace who was still crying in Jerry's arms and I looked to see Amy and Rikki quietly talking.

"You have to do something" I cried to Amy. She stood up and looked at me sympathetically.

"Jack I can't-"

"YOU HAVE TO" I screamed. Everything was silent. I then let out a shaky breath.

"Jack buddy, calm down" said Rikki but I just shook my head.

"I am about to lose the girl I love and your telling me to CALM DOWN!" I screamed again. He looked at me sympathetically. "Well what about you huh? Are you going home?" I said to Rikki but he shook his head.

"I have a business so I can stay but the girls have to leave" he said sadly. I turned back to Amy.

"Can't you do something?" I asked her and she shook her head. I dropped to the floor. "Please" I said weakly. She just shook her head sadly. I put my head in my hands.

"When *sniff* when are we *sniff* leaving?" asked Grace. I heard a sigh and then a pause.

"You guys are leaving in two days" said Amy and I then felt my eyes get watery. No, I'm not going to cry. I said to myself. I then got up and went upstairs without a word. I walked into Kim's room to see her sitting up on her bed. I walked over to her and sat down next to her. In opened my arms and she leapt into them and started balling her eyes out.

"Shhhhh Kimmy, Its going to be ok" I said only for her to lift her head up and look at me.

"No Jack, No its not!" she cried but then stopped and looked at the floor. I still had my arm around her when someone knocked at the door; we looked up to see Amy there.

"Hey Kim…" she said whilst looking at the floor. Kim looked up at her with a blank expression. "Look Kim I'm really sorry…" She said and I saw her eyes get watery.

"I-i-it's alright" Kim said with a weak smile.

"I wanted you to know I tried everything I could, all of the other girls on the team did too" she said sadly.

"It's alright, I heard we have 2 days left" she said with a forced smile.

"Yeah I'm sorry it isn't longer, it's just to pack your stuff and things, Your family already knows you're coming home" She said. Kim nodded then Amy walked out only for Rikki to come in.

"Hey Kimmo, how are you feelin' bud'" he asked. She shrugged and he sighed. "Look, I can't come home you know that right?" he said and she looked at her hands and nodded. Oh Kim.

~Kim's P.O.V~

I nodded, struggling to keep the tears from falling.

"I want you to have the shop there" he said and I immediately looked up.

"W-w-what?" I asked, feeling somewhat of excitement inside me.

"Yeah, I mean you can live there and everything, run the shop for me and what not" he said. I jumped on him and hugged him.

"Thanks uncle Rikki, finally some good news today" I said into his shirt. I heard him chuckle then I let go. He got up and walked out. I then got up and hopped my way over to my balcony. I kept going so I was on the balcony. I looked at my watch and it was 6:30, Wow time flies when you're UNCONSIOUS! I smiled looking at the beach. I had the perfect view of it and I frowned. I felt Jacks arms go around my waist.

"Why are you frowning?" he asked.

"Because look at the waves" I said and I felt his head turn towards the ocean. "They are pumping! Probably the best set of the year right there" I said watching a barrel come through, BARRELS NEVER COME THROUGH HERE! I sighed. "And I don't get to surf it" I said turning around and hugging Jack and closed my eyes.

I hope this isn't goodbye

~TIME SKIP~

I opened my eyes to see my clock on my bed side table saying that it was 10:30, Wow late sleep in. I tried to get up only to find myself restricted. I turned over and saw Jack lying there with one of his arms draped over my waist. I chuckled as a smile crept onto my face. I then smirked and slowly got his arm of me before slowly managing to lie on top of him. I heard him groan and his arms went around my waist.

"Kimmmm…." He groaned and I laughed.

"The one and only" I said placing a kiss onto his lips. I can never get used to the butterflies! I thought only to hear the doorbell go off. I separated from my sleepy boyfriend and got up grabbing my crutches in the process, Jack immediately followed me as I hobbled down the stairs. I opened the door revealing my...Team? I looked at them and then Mika flung herself at me and hugged me.

"Kim I'm so sorry! We did everything we could!" she cried still hugging me tight. I couldn't really breathe.

"Mika… Can't…breathe…." I managed to say before the girl let me go in a rush.

"Sorry" she said looking at the floor.

"Come on in guys" I said and moved to the side so that they could come in. We then all settled into the lounge room and sat down. "So what's up?" I asked. It was Sally who spoke this time.

"Our best surfer and captain is leaving us, that's what's up" she said sadly.

"I mean it is completely unfair" said Brit. All of the girls nodded. I sighed and turned to them all.

"Yeah but there is nothing I can do, I'm leaving to go back to Honolulu tomorrow at mid-day then I get home and open up the shop that my uncle gave me and then continue living like I did before-" I started only to be cut off by Jack.

"But it won't be the same Kim!" he cried and came from leaning against the wall and sat down next to me. "You will be missing something that you live off, the adrenalin of surfing in a massive Barrel, the love of going in the green zone, the feel of the power of the wave and the flying feeling you get from airs! These are the things you live on, without them… I don't know how you will be" he said looking down. I turned to him and leaned my head against his shoulder and his arm came around my waist.

"I know it won't be the same Jack" I said and sighed. "But I have to get it as close as it was before" I finished and closed my eyes.

"No matter how hard you try, it will never be normal again. You're missing a part of your life Kim" said a voice; I opened my eyes and saw Grace standing there arm in arm with Jerry.

"Yeah bro, it's like me without Grace, I don't know what I would do" Said Jerry and I smiled. Aww they are so cute together. I thought to myself then I paused and looked at them. I wonder what's going to happen to them when we move back- I thought then I completely froze and looked at jack with wide eyes. He looked at me worriedly and raised an eyebrow.

"What wrong Kim?" he asked.

What's going to happen to us when I move?
