A/N I got the idea for this after watching Charmed. Kaya is the Shakauku's daughter but she is a human but has demon chakra but she also has black rings around her eyes as a birth mark and not insomia like Gaara. I hope people enjoy
The sun set in Konoha as a young teenage girl entered the village.
Her name was Kaya and she had short spiked black and blue hair, green eyes and was slender but there was something that made her different from other girls.
She was a demon's child, daughter of the Shakuku that dwelt in Gaara but she had been brought to the world through a mysterious jutsu. But Gaara had made her go to Konoha because nobody in Suna wanted her or wanted to take her in even though she was friendly and had a good heart.
The only sign that was the Shukaku's child were the dark rings around her eyes from birth and not from lack of sleep.
"Why was I.... sent here?
The people here will be scared of me too like in Suna where I was born." she thought as she walked through the streets but somebody was looking at her.
It was Hinata.
She then went to join Shino and Kiba but Iruka smiled seeing Kaya. The Sixth Hokage Uzimaki Naruto had asked him to take care of the young demon because he would be the only one to believe in her and see she was more than a demon's child like he did with Naruto. But he hoped that Kaya would fit in among the villagers because he made sure only the Chunnin and Jonin instructors knew about Kaya in case anything did happen.
"She seems lonely.
From what I've heard, her only friend was Gaara, the Kazekage because he knew how she felt but maybe I can help her feel less alone and open up." Iruka thought while his students were doing shuriken training. He could see sadness in her emerald eyes but saw she was a human being even if she was the Shakaku's daughter.
But another new person had entered Konoha, a girl with long chestnut hair and dark hazel eyes. She wore a kimono and carried a katana in a sheath on her back. Some of the people were wary of her but Sakura was curious about her as the girl headed for the Sixth Hokage's home. But Iruka was nervous as Kaya was waiting for him after class was done. He hoped she wouldn't be angry and accidentally use her demon chakra but it looked unlikely as she followed him to his house without a word.
"Why isn't he afraid of me?
Am I not a bakemono to him?" she thought as she entered Iruka's house and into a spare room he'd made free for her.
"Thank you." she said softly as the sensei went to cook dinner but she sat on the bed thinking sadly but was nervous.
Right now, this place didn't feel like home to her and her heart yearned for Suna as sand surrounded her like a protective cocoon as her eyes closed.
Iruka was surprised by that but smiled seeing her asleep.
"I'll guess we'll talk when she wakes up." he thought leaving her to dream........
