Chapter 1

'Okay, this wasn't what I was expecting at all.' Thought one of the JSDF soldiers. He was first lieutenant, Yoji Itami, commander of the third recon team. So far, they had only encountered small villages filled with humans. Even Sergeant Kurata commented on the lack of diverse races. Only for them to be completely surrounded when heading into the forest. The elder in Coda Village told them about a settlement they did business with, so they went to try to establish friendly relations.

Which led to their current situation, being surrounded by what appeared to be elves, dark elves, bunny girls, and even two girls with feather like hair and bird-like talons for feet. Despite being in their vehicles and possessing modern firearms, something was telling him that it would be a mistake to try and fight this group.

"No one make any sudden moves, I'm going to see if I can ask what they want." He slowly opened his door and held his hands in the air, noticing only a few of the archers aim at him, the rest were entirely focused on the gunners. He then saw two women step forward. One appeared to be a dark elf, who was wearing a black leather outfit, long silver hair, and a dark red cloak. He then noticed that each person was wearing some sort of noticeable red cloth.

The second woman was one of the bunny girls, she had waist-length silver hair and bright red eyes. She wore a red cloak with a fur collar, which covered the clothes and armor she wore. The two women in front of him were incredible beauties. Even if they weren't races from a fantasy world, Itami knew that their looks could make them models. The bunny girl rose her hand, revealing a one-handed sword with a a red handle and red ornamental jewel on the pommel.

She then spoke to him, but Itami still wasn't that good at translating. However, it was obvious that they wanted to know who they were and why they were here. He cleared his throat and looked at the small book of phrases that he had been using. He began to try and talk like he did at the other villages but was quickly stopped. Itami was puzzled by this but noticed that the two women were looking at each other with surprised expressions.

They both said something to each other, before they turned back to him. Itami noticed the bunny girl seemed a bit upset at something but decided to ignore it. The dark elf spoke this time, however, he was surprised by what came out of her mouth. "Speak, uh, normal. Can...uh...understand. Just...not...speak...very good."

"What?! Did she just speak Japanese?!" Itami heard over the radio, from multiple people. After wincing and gaining his bearings. This was big news, it meant that communication would be a lot easier. However, the big question on everyone's mind, how did they know Japanese? He coughed, before deciding to do as she said.

"The elder of Coda village told us about this place. We are on a mission from the JSDF to establish friendly relations with those in the region we are occupying. We aren't enemies, we just wanted to make contact with you all." He watched as the two in charge seemed to take a moment to speak to each other. They looked at him, then at the vehicles, before nodding.

"Follow. Explain...to...leader." She said, surprising him again. 'Are these two not the leaders?' "Carriages...stay. Too...loud. Scare...fairies." She finished, before turning and giving out orders. He let out a sigh, glad that he was able to avoid a fight. The moment he saw that bunny girl's sword, he felt like it was something more powerful than it seemed. He explained the details everyone, splitting the group between those that stayed and those that went.

Itami and his squad watched as the two women motioned for them to follow. "Um, sir, is this really a good idea?" Asked Kuribayashi, obviously leery about following a group of people who were ready to kill them.

"I have my own reservations about it, but the fact that they can understand Japanese is something we can't ignore. Besides, this is the first group we've met that actually seems like a threat. I'd rather be on good terms with them." He answered. The group walked a decent distance, surprising the group, as they responded to them rather quickly.

That was when they finally saw the walls of the settlement. "Are those walls made of steel?" He heard their medic, Kurokawa, comment. Though, if Itami was being honest, they appeared to be more like giant swords that were repurposed into walls. They reached a gate that sat in-between two of those walls, manned by elf archers and guarded by bunny warriors.

"This way." Itami heard the dark elf say to them. She turned and said something to the bunny girl, who then nodded, before running off at incredible speeds. The group walked through the village, seeing the different races living together. They were amazed at the variety of houses, mainly the houses built in the trees. One race that was new was the fairies. They were exactly as Itami imagined them, small, winged women, like Tinker Bell.

The villagers seemed to be interested in their arrival, often stopping to look at them, before continuing with their business. Honestly, seeing such a peaceful and happy place brought a smile to each member's face. Seeing children of different races playing and running around was always a happy sight. They were all surprised when some fairies approached, placing different flowers on them before flying off.

'I wonder what that was about?' Itami thought to himself. Figuring it must be a thing they did for guests. As they continued, they saw a collection of houses that seemed far more important than all the others, as they were surrounded by small walls. As they grew closer, the group of soldiers noticed a strange white fox on the gate entrance to the house.

When it noticed them, it stretched out before jumping down and running inside of the house. Each member had their own thoughts on the sight but continued on regardless. As they reached the entrance, the dark elf turned to look at them, "The Princess...will greet...you first." She said, before knocking on the door. After waiting for a moment, the door opened, revealing a young girl with golden brown eyes with blue edges, black hair, and wearing a purple kimono with a flower design.

Grabbing the finished product by the hilt, he took a few practice swings. 'Hmm, still not it. But I'm getting closer.' He laid the sword down next to the other finished swords that were spread out on the table. "Morgan, let Tuka know that I have another batch of swords and bows ready." He said to a blue jay familiar who simply chirped, before flying off.

The door to his forge then opened up. He turned and saw Tyuule standing in the doorway, her face seemed to project a sense of urgency. "Sir, you have guests. We have already informed princess Miyu; she is greeting them now." He let out a sigh. They have been getting more and more visitors ever since the Empire sent envoys.

"Thanks for letting me know, Tyuule. Can you hand me my cloak?" He asked with a smile on his face. Tyuule's face reddened as she grabbed the white cloak from a hanger near the door. He removed the clothes that he used in his forge, leaving only his black sleeveless armor. He grabbed the red, left arm sleeve mystic code from a table nearby, quickly putting it on before Tyuule placed the cloak on his shoulders.

"Thanks, Tyuule. Is there anything I should know about our guests?" He asked her, adjusting the white belt of his black armored pants. He noticed a troubled expression on her face. He gave her a gentle smile while patting her on the head. "There's no need to look so troubled, Tyuule. Whatever it is, we'll get through it."

Tyuule's ears flattened slightly, before they popped back up. She had a determined expression on her face as she finally answered him. "Right, there isn't really anything extraordinary about them, save for one thing." She said while poking her fingers together. She had a rather sheepish expression on her face, "Well, sir, when we confronted them, we found that they spoke the language of your homeland."

His eyes widened, 'What? How's that possible? Did they manage to track down Miyu?' He brought a hand to his chin, 'No, if that was the case, then they would have simply attempted to battle their way through.' He shook his head, "Did they mention where they were from?"

He watched as Tyuule adopted an expression of deep thinking, before her ears straightened and her eyes widened. "Yes! They mentioned they were Jay Es Dee Eff, whatever that means." She said with a proud expression on her face. He let out a sigh of relief, 'Good, then they aren't looking for Miyu. Still, how did the JSDF end up in this world?'

"I see, then I should go and greet them then. While I do that, could you overlook for the preparations for the feast in my stead?" He asked her, with Tyuule responding with a surprised expression, before nodding enthusiastically.

"Of course, sir. I'll make sure everything's running smoothly," She responded with a steadfast expression. "Just leave it all to me."

"I know you'll do a good job. Make sure to take into account our guests. The sun is setting, and they'll need a place to rest, so if you could get a place ready for them, that'd be great." He informed her while making his way past her. He heard her respond positively before she made her way back into the village.

'Of all the days for such a thing to happen. Still, I'm rather interested in how they managed to cross over into this world.' He thought to himself. He walked through the garden, admiring the different flowers that had been planted throughout the land. Two swords stood out though, being planted in the middle of the garden. One black and one white katana, both were made by him when they first settled in the land.

The fairies placed them in the garden as a type of ward of some kind. He didn't understand but figured there was no harm in it. He admitted that the flowers and vines that had grown over them had a certain aesthetic beauty to it.

He walked into the main house, heading for the main hall, where all the meetings in the village took place. He opened the door and sat down on the cushion readied for him. He looked up and saw the visitors that were waiting for him, each looking at him with a different expression. Miyu just smiled as she walked over and sat down next to him.

Itami watched as the young girl sat beside the man who entered. He was wearing what appeared to be a black hakama with armor plates on the sides and some sort of leather tool case on his left leg. He wore black greaves and a tight, sleeveless black shirt, which appeared to be armor of some kind, and a single red sleeve with black designs on his left arm. Draped around his shoulders was a white cloak with flower designs and a blue background.

With his slightly tanned skin and red hair, with what appeared to be a white streak, it would be hard to tell if the two people in front of them were siblings. If not for the golden-brown eyes with blue around the edges, no one would be able to tell. However, the young girl, Miyu, had explained a bit before her brother showed up. It was a start, but they were glad to finally meet the leader of the village, even if he wasn't what they were expecting.

The soldiers all waited, taking note of the different swords that adorned the walls. While they weren't experts, it wasn't hard to see that they were all exceptional. Finally, after the red head finished looking at each member, he let out a sigh of relief. "I apologize if anyone gave you trouble on the way in. Most of the races here are looked down upon by humans. So, your arrival spooked them. Which leads me to my question. Why and how are you here?"

As soon as the question was asked, an unseen pressure seemed to emanate from him. It was enough that it caused some of the soldiers to nearly react, if not for the fact that it felt like a blade was pressed against their necks. Itami quickly regained his composure, not expecting something like that from someone so young. "We are members of the JSDF's third recon unit, sent out to establish friendly relations with the locals."

After he finished his statement, the pressure lessened considerably. Itami took the moment to take in a few deep breathes. 'Considering he asked how we got here, I'm guessing he didn't get here through the gate.' "As for how, well, a dimensional gate opened up in the Ginza district of Tokyo, Japan. An army from this side of the gate tried to invade, but we pushed them back and are now investigating this side."

Itami watched the man's expressions, noticing shock when he mentioned the gate, then went into deep thinking afterwards. After taking a moment to take in the information, he then nodded his head. "I see, I suppose we have been a bit too isolated, especially if we didn't hear anything about it. Well, as long as you have no hostile intentions, then feel free to stay and join us for our feast tonight. If you have any questions, then Miyu and I would be more than willing to answer any." He said with a gentle smile.

"Actually, I'd like to know who you are and how you ended up here?" Itami asked him, though it seemed like the man was surprised about something. He let out a small chuckle before nodding.

"Apologies, introductions slipped my mind. Most people outside of the village know me by Muramasa, though that's only a title. So, allow me to introduce myself fully, my name is Shirou Emiya." He said bowing his head slightly, "As for how we arrived here, well, that's a bit of a long story."

Shirou was sitting on a balcony close to the party that was beginning to start. Next to him was a bottle of wine with a glass. He opened up the journal he was given before the accident that led him to being adopted by Kiritsugu. His mom had given it to him after telling him how much she loved him. He looked down at the first page, just as he did every single time he read it.

"There are times when one thing can outweigh everything else." He read aloud. It was the first thing that was written down by his biological mother. Obviously written for him to read. 'May this journal serve you well in the future, Shirou. And always remember, you will always be my greatest creation.' He finished reading in his head.

The journal was a collection of personal notes, schematics and blueprints, and forging methods. The information was read only by him, as Kiritsugu realized it was a journal that couldn't help his goal. However, it was also part of the reason why he failed Kiritsugu in the end. Miyu was his sister, and he couldn't detach himself from his emotions like he did. Not even for the world. "I suppose I found that 'one thing' mom."

How many years had it been since they escaped? Three? Or was it less? He didn't know for sure. That didn't mean he could forget what happened. He still had nightmares from those times. Nightmares of Julian coming to take Miyu away. He knew such a thing was impossible, as he was sure the cavern and cards were destroyed, but he still couldn't help but have those nightmares. Seeing Sakura die right in front of him, over and over again, was another nightmare.

He hated it, he hated them for putting Miyu through all of that, he hated that he couldn't save Sakura, but most of all, he hated himself for not being able to protect Miyu when she needed him. He vowed to never let that happen again. Even with the strength and skills he gained from the class card, he never stopped improving his other skills. Which led back to the journal. As the things in the journal were all skills and knowledge he had been training and studying ever since.

His thoughts strayed, once more going back to the night Sakura died. In the shed, the card Sakura had planned on giving him falling to the ground. It was said to be a fake card, garbage. However, Shirou realized afterwards, that wasn't the case at all. No one else had the qualifications nor the similarities to draw out the power of the card. No one but Shirou could have done it.

He felt two forces seemingly meld into one just as he grabbed the card. He felt the change, then the knowledge and skills followed by soon after. Shinji had no idea what hit him. One second, he was about to kill him, the next his arm was cut off by a single swing of the blade. He stood, holding the katana with both hands, and proceeded to swing the blade, drawing out all of its power and putting it into one attack.

Half the shed was blown away, along with the left half of Shinji's body. The sword in Shirou's hand then crumbled away, its purpose fulfilled. He walked over towards Shinji's remains, seeing that he was still trying to hold on. Shirou lifted his hand up, blue mana pooling in his hand. Multiple different blades formed above his head just as he brought his hand down, causing the blades to shoot downwards, impaling the rest of Shinji's body. He reached down and grabbed the card that ejected from his doll body.

Shirou remembered feeling the spirit within the card. Normally, installing the card wouldn't hone the abilities of the mage who installed it. However, none of those mages ever installed the spirit of their ancestor. He could feel it, the knowledge and skills being shared with him. Even ideas that seemed unfeasible were given to him, almost as if the spirit was actively helping him.

With his help, Shirou killed all who opposed him, until he made it to the end. Within the cave of Mt. Enzo, he was confronted by the person he once called friend. "Julian, return my sister."

"That would be betraying mankind. She holds the method of saving the human race from this planet of tragedies and certain doom. Yet, you would throw it away for that petty sentimentality of yours! It truly sickens me. To do that, makes you the worst kind of evil." Julian said to him, obviously unhinged. Shirou merely let out a sigh.

"I see, so you have been shouldering this the whole time? I knew someone like that, sacrificing one to save many." For the first time that night, Shirou let out a laugh. It was bitter and hollow. "Perhaps I would have ended up the same, maybe somewhere, in another world, I would make that choice. However, if the salvation of mankind relies on sacrificing the life of a ten-year-old girl, someone who is innocent and pure, then that salvation is meaningless."

Shirou clenched his fists tight. "Did you know the Sakatsuki kept records from the first generation, all the way to Miyu. Multiple generations of Children of God, who could have granted any wish. They had all that power at their disposal, but do you know what they wished for? Only that their children grew up healthy. They could have asked for anything, but they only asked what any parent would ask for their child." An image of his own mother's smiling face flashed in his mind.

"There was not one exception to that wish, for over four hundred years." Shirou walked up to Julian and looked him in the eyes. "If that is considered evil, then I'll gladly be the villain and..." Unknown to himself, Shirou's eyes flashed a different color for a single moment, turning blue on the edges with the inside colored like flame. "I will defend the last wish of the Sakatsuki family to my dying breath." He then walked past him.

After telling Miyu the truth of what she really meant to him, Shirou made his wish. A wish that would take Miyu somewhere where she could live a life of happiness. He didn't know it at the time, but Miyu's wish was that she wished for that happy life to include him. He may have heard it, if the two weren't interrupted by Julian's doll. He let out a sigh, "My little sister is working hard right now, so why don't you kindly take a hike." He said with a smile.

"I will not. Your wish won't be granted. You're a faker who slipped into the Holy Grail War, as such, you shall not seize the miracle." She said, though Shirou was busy tying his jacket around his waist and rolling up his sleeves. Angelica then opened up the Gate of Babylon.

"Trace on." He said, activating his magic circuits. He reached into his pocket and took out a jewel with runes placed on them. Angelica fired off multiple swords, however, Shirou's runes activated, creating a small shield in front of him. But, the swords managed to break through after a few blades, causing Shirou to be blasted backwards.

"With no card, for a mere flesh and blood human, to stand against the King of Heroes, is the epitome of foolishness. Be it western or eastern, ancient or modern, all of humanity's treasures are this Heroic Spirit's power." She said, getting closer towards Shirou, who was no standing back up. He let out a small chuckle. "Are you laughing because you have finally realized how futile your actions are Shirou Emiya?"

"Not at all, I'm laughing at the irony of it all. You call me a fake, yet you stand there acting high and mighty? All you have is nothing but borrowed power, so doesn't that make you as much of a forgery as I am?" Angelica's eyes narrowed. "No, you'd be worse, considering you're nothing more than a doll with a human soul. A fake of a fake, and a subpar one at that." He said with a laugh.

He could see anger on Angelica's face. It was the first emotion he ever saw her express. He could tell she wanted to kill him. He smirked. "You know, I admit that the burden you all placed on yourselves is no joke. But, Miyu and her happiness are my responsibility, as such, I can't afford to give up, futile or not."

"Be it personal feelings, or sentimentality, both are completely worthless in this world." She said opening more gates. However, Shirou's circuits were beginning to rotate at a quicker speed. The wet clothes he had were already steaming from the heat his body was producing. She shot more swords forth.

"Trace on." Two katanas then formed in his hands, one black and one white. They were nothing more than blades, still awaiting to be assembled completely, but they would do. Others formed around him, firing off and colliding with the blades Angelica fired at him. Shirou deflected the blades that managed to get through without any damage to his swords.

"That magecraft, that should be the ability of the class card you used in the grail war. How?" She asked with a slightly surprised expression.

"An old man who strove for an ideal with incomparable stubbornness. A hero who became the embodiment of an ideal that betrayed him. Both a past and a future..." More katanas began to form around him, stabbing into the ground. The steam from his body now resembling the smoke from a forge. "faced countless difficulties, allowing them to perfect their skills and magic circuits..." Now, swords other than katanas appeared. "All of us sharing an origin."

"Every time we fought, we melded together, ancestor, present, and potential future. Rather than be invaded, he left his will to me willingly without repercussion, the will of Senji Muramasa." A white streak then formed in his hair. "You called me a mere flesh and blood human? Well, you're a bit slow on the uptake, King of Heroes. What stands before you, is the descendant of heroic spirit candidate, as well as a true imitation of a future heroic spirit."

He rushed forward, willing the blades around him to shoot forward and intercept those shot from the Gate of Babylon. He deflected and parried whatever blades got past the others. Until he finally reached her, causing her to summon a sword to her hand. A smirk appeared on his face, he let go of his left sword as she blocked his strike. While they were in the bind, Shirou traced a dagger into his hand and threw it at Angelica's head.

However, she managed to dodge, leaving only a cut across her cheek. She then summoned a huge sword from underneath him, pushing him away into the air, where she summoned more gates to fire down on him. He placed a hand on his shirt, "Ehwaz" before the swords shot down and rained upon him. The runes he used were meant to enhance swords, but they certainly saved his life.

"The damage you have taken should have put you down, yet your tracing is improving and speeding up. It doesn't matter what trick you use; it will all be for nothing. The only thing awaiting you, is certain ruin." She said to him. He had to admit, if it wasn't for his basic knowledge of runes, he probably wouldn't be able to keep up as well as he had been. But still, she was underestimating him. He still had a card in play.

"Maybe, but the only reason I've managed to get this far, what you said was useless and pointless, was my connection with Miyu." He pushed himself to his feet. He could feel all the wounds on his body. However, the pain helped keep him going. "For her, I'm willing to use up what's left of my life." Shirou ran his hand through his hair. "I know you admire your master's resolve to accomplish his goal. However, he's sorely lacking." Angelica's face lit up with anger, causing Shirou to smirk.

He then traced a katana. "Come on, King of Heroes." Shirou the lifted his sword up, "Let me show you what true resolve is." He could feel his circuits rotating at an optimal speed. His mana was sufficient, and his will was set. "I am the bone of my sword." Images of all of his loved ones flashed through his mind, all were gone, except for one. Miyu still needed him, and he wouldn't allow any harm to come to her.

"Shirou!" A yell echoed into his ears, followed by a hard hit to his shoulder. Shirou opened his eyes, revealing the balcony he was sitting at, his journal laying on his lap. 'Did I fall asleep?' He thought. He looked around and saw Miyu standing there with a worried expression, along with Tyuule, Tuka, and Yao. "You weren't waking up, we thought something may have happened." She said, hugging him tight. Shirou's eyes widened, before he a guilty smile appeared on his face.

He patted her on the head, before looking at the other girls. He was wondering what the three representatives of the major races were doing here. "Sorry, it may have been the wine. Is everything alright?" He asked, noticing the three girls look at each other. Tuka was the one who answered first.

"Well, I came to tell you that the party's about to start so you could get ready." She said with a smile on her face, though he could tell she was still nervous around him. Yao was the one who spoke next.

"Miyu was wondering where you were, so I offered to help her look for you. She seemed worried, so I thought it was important for me to come with her." She said while nodding her head. Out of the three, Yao was the most dutiful of the bunch. Even when he told her she could be less formal, she seemed to have trouble adjusting. Though, he supposed it may have had something to do with the supposed bad luck she had with men. Though that's only what he heard from the other dark elves.

Tyuule reached into one of the pouches on her belt, pulling out a letter. "One of the birds returned with a message. It's from the capital, sir. Well, from a certain someone in the capital." She said with a frown. 'Ah, then it's from the princess.' He realized. Tyuule was probably the most comfortable, and the most forward, of the women around Shirou. She was the queen of the warrior bunnies, and he knew about how they operated, so he grew used to it. And she was indispensable when it came to managing the town.

He was still amazed that he was placed in charge of such a group of people. When they arrived here, they actually landed in the northeast of the continent, in the Forest of the High Elves. After that, he stumbled upon the war involving the warrior bunnies and the Empire. After helping out there, he was told about another group of elves, which led him to Koan Forest. Which became Kowan Village when some dark elves fled there from a dragon.

He let out a mental sigh, as that was a rather oversimplified summary. It didn't mention everything else that happened, such as the reason why Miyu and him were looked at as royalty of some kind. He shook his head, figuring he should at least read the message while he got ready for the party. "Alright, I'll read this while I'm getting ready for tonight. Miyu, was there anything you needed to tell me?"

Miyu slowly let go, before looking up at him. "Itami mentioned wanting to speak with you again, if possible." She then gave him smile, "But, I think you should do it tomorrow. You've been working yourself too hard. You need to take a break and enjoy tonight's party." She had a more serious tone this time, though Shirou couldn't help but smile.

"Fine, I promise I'll take it easy. Shall we, Tuka?" He thought that he would be walking back to get ready with only Tuka, but it seemed that everyone decided to come with him. They more than likely wanted to add in their two cents about his formal wear tonight. Honestly, he would prefer to go as is, but everyone seemed to insist that he dress for the occasion.

Which usually meant his clothing was a mix of each races distinct style. Luckily, the clothes they picked were usually good and comfortable. As they walked to their destination, Shirou opened up the message from the princess that he had yet to actually meet. Well, he hadn't actually met anyone from the Empire face to face, except for that fool he shot with an arrow during the war with the warrior bunnies. He wondered if that idiot was still alive.

He shook his head, deciding to focus on the message. "Sir Shirou, I am writing to you now to set up plans to discuss an urgent matter. I know we have yet to meet face to face, but I'm afraid that our first meeting must be done informally." Shirou tilted his head. They had received messages and messengers from the Empire before, but he didn't know they actually thought of his station as being that high.

The fact the princess wanted their first meeting to be more formal was a surprise to him. Then again, he knew very little about the customs of the Empire. He spent all his time with the demi-human races. For all he knew, what she wanted was normal. He shook his head, it didn't matter. "Recently, the Rose-Order of Knights has been called into service to scout out the enemy at Alnus Hill. During this mission, I wished to meet with you to discuss working together during this troubling time."

"I will be heading to Italica after scouting out the surrounding area of Alnus Hill. I ask that you consider meeting me there. This is not a request from the Empire, as this is my own personal desire. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. The Princess, Pińa Co Lada." He finished reading. 'Seems she wrote that in a hurry.' He thought to himself. He let out a sigh. He already knew what Miyu would say. However, would the others want to offer assistance to the princess?

He was about to look at the letter again, when it was pulled out of his hands by Miyu. He looked at her with a surprised expression, however, her stern face was all that was looking at him. He smiled at her, remembering what she asked of him earlier. He supposed he could take a day off. Besides, how often did he get to spend time with everyone without worrying about something. Yeah, tonight, he would spend time with his new family and little sister. Tomorrow, he would send a reply to the princess.

While they hadn't met, they had conversed through letters. Honestly, he rather enjoyed their conversations, so it'd be a shame if something bad happened to her. He nodded to himself. He would go to help the princess and make it clear that he was helping her and not the Empire. Then, he could return home to the village and stay out of whatever the JSDF and Empire were doing.

However, Shirou would end up being pulled into the events of the Empire and JSDF no matter what he did. When all was said and done, Shirou would end up becoming the very thing he hated to be called, a hero.

Edit: Went back and edited this into something I enjoyed more, as it's now unique among my stories. I felt it was a bit weird, along with a reviewer who has been reading my stories for a while. So, I changed some story elements up. This Shirou is more like canon Miyuverse, but with a few small changes.

Finished, thankfully I did it faster than I thought I would. I had to rearrange a few things to match up with Alex Kellar's contest, but overall, not too much was changed. I wanted to go with a canon Shirou, being Miyuverse, but with my own spin on his origins. I didn't want him being handicapped by being invaded by Emiya, so I changed that up. I will explain some things that happened in this chapter more in depth later, so if you have questions, they will more than likely be answered in another chapter. Don't worry, Shirou's UBW fight against Angelica will be shown, as will his history in the new world. Shirou downplays how important he actually is in this, considering he is important to the demi-human races. His meeting with each character will also be shown, mostly from the perspective of the character who met him. Shirou will function as a soft third party in this world, representing the demi-human side of the conflict. Of course, since the JSDF treat them well, he won't get in many conflicts with them. Not to say that he won't clash with them. Miyu will be a main character in this, as she is 13 now, rather than ten. Think about the women around her and ask yourself if she wouldn't learn things from them. Now, I mentioned before, this would have been a Shield Hero crossover, but I joined the contest, so I thought I'd give out a few details of what it will be when it does happen.

Shirou would end up being transported, obviously, but his start point would be just after the wave that destroyed Raphtalia's village. He would help out the village and watch over the children and survivors. (Raphtalia, Keel, and Rifana mainly) Now, this is where I had two choices, it would have either been a fanfic of Papa Shirou with Mama Ushiwakamaru, or Mama Ciel. It would have more than likely been Ushi, but I had two drafts I was testing. Shirou would have been the Sword Hero. Now, as always, thanks for reading, and until next time.
