In Abby's lab the team crowded round the computer included Jenny they where all worried as Abby open the email to reveal a live feed Showing Ziva sat on a chair beaten up, bloody and being tortured,
" what do you know about NCIS" The man said ,
"She won't tell " Jenny said, the team looked around,
"how do you know" they asked, she Gulped.
" when Ziva was sixteen we did a mission together we ended up being captured and tortured I lasted 2 hours before I broke that's why I knew less. "But Ziva lasted 1 month when she was weaker then, She is much stronger now so she will last about 2 months" everyone looked back at the video.
"tell me know" a harsh voice said, still Ziva didn't answer so she got a hit again she just let them think that they where going to win.
"she is letting them do that" Jenny said to Gibbs,

" because she allowed both men to hit her when we got captured as she could see I was very weak she will soon escape, because she frees herself of the restrains and attacks . That's how she Saved my life" they all looked closely at Ziva's hand to see her loosening them.
"Abby trace the feed," the boss said he walked out of the lab with McGee and Jenny, But Tony went into Abby's office and sat in a corner sobbing. Abby went into her office and saw Tony crying she sat down beside him and hugged him,
"we were together and it's hard to see her like that" he said sobbing in Abby arm, She hugged him, She hated seeing Ziva like that as well but imaging what Tony was going through she was his girlfriend and she looked painful.
" I won't tell Gibbs for you"
"oh yeah rule 12 thanks Abs" he said getting up and heading towards the bullpen.
On Tony's desk there was a letter he opened and saw photos of him and Ziva at her apartment,
"Boss I have photos of Ziva. She was being followed" Gibbs looked at the photos and put one on his desk,
" explain" he said pointing at the photos. It was of him and Ziva kissing and undressing each other, He stood up and ran out of the bullpen and down the stairs and straight into Abby's office she sat down beside the crying man and hugged him he showed Abby the photo,
