Fallout Devils: "Welcome to the Wasteland."

"This should be pretty easy." Saji exclaimed as he readied a magic circle while his master Sona Sitri and her Queen Tsubaki Shinra watched him along with Riser Phenex, his Queen Yubelluna, and his younger sister and former Bishop Ravel. At first, it was going quite well. When the circle was mostly complete though, a trefoil around a small circle appeared instead of the Sitri family crest in the magic circle.

"A nuclear radiation symbol!? This isn't going to go well, is it?" Tsubaki remarked just as the circle emitted a bright cyan light that engulfed them along with several members of the Occult Research Club. The members caught up in it were Rias Gremory, Akeno Himejima, Issei Hyoudou, Asia Argento, Yuuto Kiba, Gasper Vladi, Xenovia Quarta, and Koneko Toujou.

Meanwhile near a gas station labeled "The Red-Rocket":

"OKI SNAPPY! COME AND GET IT" said a man in White t-shirt and black sweatpants with a pair of Combat boots. His skin was white, and his hair was purple bob-cut style, and his eyes were amber orange.

A large beast with a collar on his neck with a name "Snappy" on it got up and ran to his bowl filled with different things from giant mosquitoes to giant mole rats in a bowl. "Hehe, good boy" he said as he pets the giant beast then it purrs and gets a little bit of blood on his owner's shirt and surprisingly doesn't get mad. "Man, you are messy" then a bright flash came from a mile away and the man and Beast saw it. "Stay here" he said and gets in an armor of Steel and picks up a modified Minigun, a modified magnum and a bladed sledgehammer.

The beast sat down as instructed as its master headed towards where the bright flash had come from. When he got there, he saw a large group of people with vaguely Asian features, but also a few people that looked like Europeans. One of them had red hair wearing some sort of school uniform, another one was a blond boy in red, a third was a blonde girl wearing a dress reminiscent of the medieval era, and a purple-haired woman wearing a very strange outfit.

"What the hell..." He then saw another beast the same as his companion (and to all who don't know what they are they are called Death claws look them up in case you guys don't know) "Oh no" *He rushes with his modified Minigun and quickly puts on his helmet.

Back with the group, Saji had a ton of bruises from the boys and Sona looked really disappointed in her pawn.

"Ow ow ow! Did you guys have to do that!?" Saji complained.

"How did you manage to screw that up, Saji!? Hyoudou-kun can't even use magic circles to teleport, so I am curious as to how your magical talent sent us here." a boy dressed in a uniform stated (the classic Kuoh Academy boys' uniform).

"That nuclear trefoil was a surprise to me as well!" Saji shouted back before a roar was heard and then a large bipedal creature jumped in front of everyone present.

"What the hell is that thing!?" the redhead shouted in confusion. The Beast was about to Attack them Until…

"DUCK!" A figure said behind them. they all looked at each other than ducked.

The Stranger with the Strange Minigun started Shooting at the Beast as it roared in anger charging at them but past the group but to they're surprise it went for the figure.

The Figure threw his minigun to the side for now and brought out his Sledgehammer that had sawblades and barbed wire on it and jumped then slammed it into the Death claws right shoulder and it roared in pain then it slashed the figures torso.

The group was surprised that a metal giant and the Beast were duking out and they knew they needed to help him. They tried their powers and abilities but to their shock nothing happened, but they remained where they, but Sona and Ravel watched in Awe of the man who was saving them.

"Okay, this is weird. None of our powers and stuff work now. My connection to Ddraig is very faint, but it's still there." a brown-haired boy stated.

*"Kid... This... powers... work..."* Ddraig's voice could be heard in Issei's head.

*'What was that Ddraig?'* Issei thought.

*"As I just said kid, you're in a new world not connected to the Biblical God's system. This new world seems to have a radiation problem, but your powers will not work here at all."* (so yeah, while Issei can't use his Boosted Gear, he can still talk to Ddraig and vice-versa)

Back with the figure:

"FUCKING DIE YOU MUTATED HORNED FUCKER!" He wasn't using his hammer anymore. It was in pieces because of the Beast and was using his fists and jumped on its back and grabbed the things horns and snapped its neck and he dropped it and then he pointed at it "And stay Down Diablo!" He yelled then gets up and picks up his minigun and pieces to his hammer and walks to the group.

Sona Pov: This thing saved us from a monster and our powers and abilities don't work for some reason but Whatever this thing is, it has my gratitude and maybe her heart.

Normal Pov: "Who are you?" The Sci fi Armored Person asked. All of The Members of Rias, Sonas and Risers Peerage were shocked and when Sona was going to speak until Riser stood up and spoke.

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?! RISER WANTS TO KN-" Riser was interrupted and screamed in pain by a bullet hitting his family jewels and every saw the person responsible and it was the armored person with a magnum with a scope on it. "It's rude to interrupt a lady who was going to ask first" he asked and turns to Sona and asks, "Go ahead miss" "U-Umm who are you?" Sona asks and he puts his gun away and slowly takes off his helmet. "My name is...Sky Akashia and Welcome to the Wasteland" he smiles and Sona's and Ravel's blush from his polite tone and posture.

Sona was the first to compose herself and stated, "I am Sona Sitri. It's nice to meet you, Sky Akashia." "A pleasure." He was about to Continue until he heard more roars and knew what roars they belonged to. "Let's Continue this at my place." He then offers a hand to Sona and Ravel then helps the others and leads them to his home.

15 minutes later:

Sky and the group arrived at his home and took his armor off. Sona and Ravel blushed deep red at his body and they entered a area outside where he cooks and sits around a fire then, Snappy came out of his kennel he jump on his owner and started licking his owners face while he laughed saying "Get off me you fatty" and "By god your breath stinks!"

While the group was awestruck of this beast being friendly and Sky Explained what he was then Snappy approached Sona in curiosity Saji git defensive and punched Snappy and Sky got pissed and was about to hurt him but Snappy roared at Saji and He huffed while Saji stood frozen in fear. "S-So this is your home?" Ravel asked.

"Yea, it's not much but hey it's home" Sky said and noticed the sun setting and decided to make a fire and asked some questions tonight of these people and why they are here and maybe might help him find his mother.

Chapter one is done. This is my first fanfic I did with my friend and I hope you all enjoy this series. A heads up my Oc will only have Sona and Ravel. Until Next time.
