Amu: Second chapter!
Suu: Blush!
Miki: Aw, stop it!
Ran: Sigh…
Amu: Ran! What are you doing here?
Ran: I don't like Ikuto anymore.
Amu: Oh? That's great! Now you get why we hate him! YAAAY~~
Miki: Let me explain: We wrote Rankuto because Ran likes Ikuto.
Suu: Whatever. Stop wasting time! Disclaimer!
Together: We don't own Shugo Chara!
Rika daydreamed, her head resting on her slim hand. Images of Tsukasa played in her head. Tsukasa laughing, Tsukasa smiling, Tsukasa being shocked, Tsukasa's face as he kissed her under the moon… "RIKA FUTAGAMI! Will you pay attention, or will I have to beat it into you?" The sensei stood above Rika, his ruler flashing as he slapped down once, twice, three times on Rika's hand. Rika trembled in fear and shock, her grey face a stark contrast to her flaming red hand. Her sensei panted, dropping his ruler, his eyes widening as he realized he had just hit the daughter of a business crime lord, who owned half of Japan. He stammered and mumbled an apology, his own face grayer than his paralyzed student. The class was silent. Everybody was watching Rika. Suddenly, a commanding voice rang out in the deathly still classroom. "The headmaster would like to see you, sensei," said the lounging figure in the doorway. "He's been expecting you for quite some time now."
It was Tsukasa. Rika looked up, her amber eyes full of warmth and gratefulness towards her savior. He smiled, though it didn't quite reach his violet eyes. He stepped aside to let the trembling teacher walk past him, then turned his attention to Rika. "Would you please see me outside for a second?" As whispers broke out, he added, "Guardian business." Rika hesitantly stood up, the questions held back behind her soft lips. As they stepped outside, Rika moved as if to kiss Tsukasa, but he stopped her. If his eyes had been indifferent before, they were chilling now. "Get away from me, you whore." Rika gasped. Her eyes had been confused when he had pushed her away, but now he had insulted her deeply. Her eyes spat rage as she returned, "I'm not the butt-kisser. You act like you're the leader, but the Guardians hate you. I've been trying to stop them, to try to get them to see things your way, but now I'm with them. You're a weak, pathetic prince who hides behind his sister. Mizue isn't always going to be there, pretty boy." With that, she stalked off, her long blonde curls trailing behind her slim figure.
