In this fanfic Madara is the 2nd hokage and not Tobirama.

Also, Mikoto Uchiha is the grand-daughter of Izuna Uchiha in this fanfic.

Madara has 2 sons – older one is Akihiko and younger one is Satoshi.

Akihiko had married Megumi and has only one son - Ryuichi

Satoshi has one daughter – Puyumi

Ryuichi married Shika and has one daughter – Sayuri.
