'I won't say i'm in love' is a song fic featuring Atlanta, Theresa and Neil. All spoken dialogue is the lyrics of the song. If you recognise this song fic it is because i wrote another one (basically the same) only with Fin, Emma and Lo from 'stoked' (great show) but i thought it was a very Archie x Atlanta song too!

Archie handed Atlanta the flower, kissed her lighly on the cheek and left. Stunned, Atlanta sat down, her legs had turned to jelly and a small smile spread across her face.

Maybe he isn't such a Dork after all, she thought.

She'd had her heart broken before, maybe he was different. He was everything Pan wasn't. Maybe he could help her.

A squeal echoed through the house and Theresa and Neil appeared on the doorstep, jumping up and down. Apparently they saw the whole thing.

Atlanta stared at the flower in her hands.

"if there's a prize for rotten judgement" she sighed "i guess i've already won that. No man is worth the agrivation. That's ancient history. Been there, done that."

Theresa and Neil exchaged a look

"who'd you think you're kidding" they said "he's the earth and heaven to you, try to keep it hidden, honey we can see right through you"

"oh no" Atlanta put her head in her hands

"girl, you can't conceal it, we know how you're feeling and who you're thinking of" they grinned

"oh, no chance, no way, i won't say it. No no." Atlanta turned away but Theresa and Neil were close behind

"you swoon, you sigh, why deny it?" they frowned

"it's too cliché, i won't say i'm in love." she sat back down and brought her knees up under her chin "i thought my heart had learned it's lesson" she sighed "it feels so good when you start out. My head is screaming 'get a grip girl, unless you're dying to cry your heart out'" she groaned

"what's the point denying who you are and how you're feeling" Theresa and Neil sat down beside her "baby, we're not buying, hon we saw you hit the ceiling. Face it like a grown up, when are you going to own up that you got it bad?" they shrugged.

"oh. No chance, no way. I won't say it."

Theresa stood up, annoyed "give up or give in, check the grin, you're in love."

but Atlanta shook her head "the scene won't play, i won't say i'm in love."

"_you're in love"

"You're way off base, i won't say it." they were about to speak when she glared at them "get off my case, i won't say it."

"girl, don't be proud, it's ok, you're in love" Neil held out the flower.

Atlanta sighed again, a dreamy look in her eyes "at least out loud, i won't say i'm in love"

The three of them looked out over New Olympia and sighed.

If you haven't heard that song or seen 'Hercules' you're missing out. I totally think the song relates to Archie and Atlanta though! Meg and Atlanta are quite similar
