So here's how it's going to work. You will submit a tribute. If I truly need to, I will change this tribute. I will not write from every tributes perspective. I will wait 2 weeks: March 9th, 2011, and then I'll create the rest of the tributes.
If you wish to sponsor someone, then just send me a message saying who. You can sponsor once per chapter, so list the the chapter number too.
