The sun's rays peaked through the window, which gently teased Ranma's peacefully sleepy face... He was in a deep slumber, he moved in his sleep and slowly rolled over in his futon. In his slumber, he lazily tucked his head inside the blanket and immediately, Akane's enchanting aroma washed over all of his senses. With still his eyes closed, he smiled fondly, he took a deeper sniff from the sheet and tried to hug that warmth closer to his heart. But to his surprise, he could only gather some bunch of covers in his arms and not the person he intended to cuddle up with. He growled annoyingly as he spared his hand all over the futon and started searching for Akane.
He hurriedly opened his weary eyes, suddenly becoming panicked when he found himself alone in his room. He gulped nervously, fearing he might have dreamed about having Akane by his side. His heart started to pound hard, every muscle in his body tense, his eyes wide with fear as he started breathing unsteadily..
'Was.. Was that all a dream!? No..! No..! This can't be happening..! No, Akane didn't leave me! She was with me last night; I Know she was with me! But .. but where did she go? Why is she not here? What if it's.. it's nothing but by dream?! What if she...'
With his frantic thoughts, he quickly sits up on his futon and started mumbling nervously,
"Damn, damn, DAMN IT!! I .. I have ta go.."
His mind got clouded with a pile of unwanted thoughts, he started searching for his shirt with his trembling hands, and when he found it after some clumsy searching, he swiftly put it on.
"Why are you in such a hurry, Ranma?! What happened?"
At that moment, as he turned to face the person who just came into his room, he began to sense mixed emotions rushing to his heart all at once. His fear suddenly changed into greatest comfort, his wildly beating heart eventually calmed down, his frantic eyes became warm with love as he saw Akane looking at him with concern in her eyes.
"Ranma?" Akane called out in a low tone as she went beside him and sat over the futon, "Hey... are you alright?" She laid her hand over his forehead and heard him releasing a big breath, his forehead was drenched with sweat, which made Akane worry for him; "Are you having a headache again like last night?I think you need medicine now! Wait, I will just run back down and bring some for you..ahhh!!"
Akane was about to ran to leave the room to bring medicine for Ranma, but he stopped her midway and pulled her towards him. He tugged her over his body as he laid down over the futon while hugging her tightly.
"Ranma!! What are you…" She began to complain in a hissing tone but she stopped herself. Because as she laid her head over his chest, she realized how hard it was beating. She looked up at him with concern-filled eyes as she asked him,
"Hey! What's the matter? Are you okay, Ranma?"
Ranma gave a shaky sigh and laid his head on his pillow,
"Ya scared the hell out of me, tomboy.."
"Me!!" Akane laid her chin over his chest, "I didn't do anything! What are you talking about?"
Ranma sighs again and said in a plain tone,
"I know it sounds stupid, but... Nah.. It's nothing.."
"Ranma!!" She warned him.
He growled at her and said, "Oh damn ya Kane, when I didn't see you beside me, I thought that last night was nothing but a dream! I thought you left me.."
"Oh Ranma.. Stop worrying about that."
"Yeah, I know… and ... I am sorry!" He looked at her with warm eyes and tucked her hair behind her ear, "Ya can say, I am still traumatized after what happened last night, thanks to you tomboy.."
Akane giggled softly, she shifted her position and laid beside him. He turned to face her and pulled her closer to his body as she circled her arms around his waist. They kept looking at each other for several minutes, losing the track of time, only enjoying the moment and forgetting everything. Akane slowly puts her palm over his cheek as she whispered lovingly,
"I can understand what you must be feeling, Ranma.. And I am sorry about all the things that happend. But you don't have to worry, Ranma... I am sure the worst has over for us and now, no one can separate us anymore! And I promise, I won't leave you ever again!"
Ranma kissed her on her forehead,
"I am not letting you go, Kane. In any circumstances, I will always hold these hands tightly."
Akane beamed ravishingly, she kissed the tip of his nose and whispers to him,
"I know you will.. But now, we have to go downstairs, Ranma, Obasama is waiting for us.."
Ranma grunted annoyingly as he said while pouting,
"No way!! I am still sleepy and I want to sleep more.." He smiled sheepishly and laid his head on the side of her neck. He pulled her to him to give her a tight hug and took a deep whiff from her neck to take her aroma in to soothe his mind.
Akane giggled, suddenly feeling ticklish;
"It's already lunch time, Ranma! We slept the whole day!"
"So what do ya expect, huh? We have been awake the whole night, you forgot already!" He said smugly while grinning devilishly.
Akane blushed red as she playfully slapped his shoulder and said,
" Oh honestly Ranma, Stop talking like a pervert!"
Ranma smirked and jokingly said,
"Pervert! Who, me? But why? I was referring to the after talk we have shared with each other ! I didn't say any perverted things we did last night.. What were you thinking , huh? What was on your mind, Kane!?"
"Aww!! Keep quiet, you jerk! I know it's not what was in your mind!!"
"Oh really!! Then what was in my mind then!?"
Akane got way too embarrassed as she heard him smirking devilishly. But before she could protest any further, she felt his one hand gradually moving up to her back as he slowly reached the nape of her neck. He started to crease her seductively, making her shiver at his touch. She closed her eyes and wanted to give in to his touch and lose herself completely at the moment too, but she knows now it's not the right time to do anything, because at the moment, they have to face some serious facts,
"Ranma, now stop being a pervert! We don't have time for this."
"I have all the time for this.. I ain't stopping!!" He started to explore her body more passionately, he smirked with satisfaction when he heard her moaning in response.
"Please. Ranma.. Let's go, otherwise I will be late.."
Still with his eyes closed he asked her in whisper tone,
"Late for what?"
Akane sighs and puts her hand on his shoulder. She started caressing it in a circular motion with her fingers, then said,
"I have to leave to go to Kasumi Oneechan's house, Ranma. I can't .. I can't live here."
"What the.." Ranma growled angrily as he returned to his pillow and looked at her hard, "Why'd ya even say that? I am not letting you go..! And you promised me that ya won't leave me! Damn it!"
Akane tried to calm him down by putting her soft hand on his cheek,
"Ranma, I am not leaving you! I will be just staying at Tofu's house, that's all! Nothing will change between us! We can still meet eachother whenever we want to.."
He grabbed her hand tightly and pulled her as close to him as possible, then whisper over her face with raw rage,
"Don't -- you-- dare say that again!! You are not leaving my side, Kane!!"
"Ranma.. Please try to understand.."
"No way!! Do you think I am crazy enough to let you go! Not alone to live with Akio!"
"I am going to live with Kasumi.."
"But he will be there too!"
"So what , Ranma! He is just a friend of mine!"
"Yeah, right!" Ranma puffed angrily as he turned from her and lay straight on his futon and looked up to watch the ceiling.
"Stop being jealous, Ranma! A just can't believe you ,after how far we have come closer to each other, you still have doubts about him! I mean, last night you told me how he stood by your side and he was the one who helped you throughout your difficult time! After all that, how could you even think like that about us?"
"Easy for ya to say.." Ranma murmured inaudibly, but Akane heard everything he said and decided to approach him calmly.
"Hey!! What's the matter?!"
Ranma didn't say anything.
"Look at me, Ranma!" When she saw him ignoring her again, she slowly claimed up to his body and rested her chin over his chest and looked up at him, "I know something is bothering you. Now, tell me.. what is it.. Look, we have promised each other that we won't keep any secrets from us, so don't you dare start again, Saotome!"
Ranma looked down at her then, she looked serious and concerned too. He finally decided to give in and confess his discomfort to her, he hugged her wrist and pulled her more securely towards him, then said,
"I still don't get it why would you share that secret with him and not with me!"
"Secret!? What secret?"
Ranma growled and started again,
"The secret about your study and the exam you gave to stay in here! Why would you keep it a secret from me, while telling that guy everything? I was okay with him last night, but when you told me everything about that incident, I don't know why but I am feeling so insecure!! I mean, how come he knows my fiancé's secret and not me!! You were supposed to trust me and tell me everything; not any other guy who just popped up suddenly from nowhere!! I mean this is completely unacceptable !! I am your closed one, you said you love me, then why him?"
"Did you tell me you love me a few months ago?" she asked him, staring at him seriously.
Ranma gulped and replied calmly,
"No.. I just told ya last night, Kane.."
"Then how could you expect me to share this with you? What if you have decided to go with Ukyo and not me! What if you had feelings for her and not for me!! Look Ranma, I never took you for granted and that's why maybe, when you stood up for me and my family during our crisis and brought us here, and started taking care of all my needs, I saw it as if a family member was doing this for us and not a lover. I never dared to think that you did all this because you love me.."
Ranma silently listen to her as she continued saying,
"If you had – confessed to me earlier and been honest to me about your feelings; I wouldn't have sent you on a date with Ukyo, Ranma. I was confused! So confused that I thought because of me you have stopped living your life. I was living an uncertain life! Not knowing what to do anymore! I will never blame my mom, because I know whatever she did, she did it because of my wellbeing. But I couldn't deny the fact that, I love you.. And I love you with everything I have. That's why I took this risk and kept it a secret from everyone. I didn't tell Kasumi oneechan; fearing that she would inform mom about this and she would stop me. I kept it a secret from you, because I didn't want to burden you with my decision, Ranma. I always gave you space and this time also, I wanted to give you space to choose. I didn't have the guts to leave you and that's why I took this decision with great risk. But I couldn't do this alone, Ranma, I needed help for this. And that's why I took Akio's help. He was the one who helped me to fill up all the documents and to make everything work for me. I really owe him for that.. I know that if I told you to help me with this, you are capable enough to help with all of this ; but, what if you wanted to choose someone else and not me? I was scared too, you know..
That's why I decided to maintain silence and stay by your side at the same time. I knew that you won't come clear to me about your feelings, that's why I wanted to catch a glimpse of what exactly you want from me..! That's the only reason why I kept it a secret from you and shared it with somebody else.. Because if I had found out that you have choose Ukyo, then.. then I would have left with my mom and let you go.. But by any chance I got any hope from you, I wanted to carry on with my mother's wish to continue my study and stay by your side at the same time. I wanted to give you time to think before you take any decision. That was my true intention behind all this, Ranma. And don't you dare ask me any more questions about this anymore !!"
Ranma sighs and carefully bumped his head with hers,
"I am such a dumb!! I am sorry I took this long to say this to you!! I can't believe not saying these simple three words would make our life so troublesome! If I knew we have to go through living hell because I didn't confess to you in time, I would have confessed to ya the first day when I saw ya in the washroom!!"
"Ha—ha; now it's too much!!" Akane said jokingly.
Ranma smirks and turns both of them, changing their position as he laid above her. He looked at her with a helpless expression and said in a pleading tone,
"I love you, Kane. Please ... don't leave.. Or– are ya still mad at me?"
Akane sighs and circled her arms around his neck,
"I am not mad at you, Ranma.."
"Then why you want to leave me, I don't understand!"
"I am not leaving you baka, I am leaving this house, that's all.."
"But why? You know that you can stay with me here.. !!" He insisted, but she slowly shook her head showing "no" to him, he desperately pulled her closer to him and said, "You have to understand me, Kane! I can't live without ya. I need ya, damn it! And if ya stay at Tofu's place I won't be able to meet you freely. Please try to understand.."
"I understand, ok?" Akane said as she gave a quick kiss on his lips, "Don't you think I feel the same as you.."
"Then why, Kane? Did .. did mom said anything to you?"
"No, baka!! Why would she say anything to me?"
Ranma got confused and desperate at the same time,
"Then why, Kane!? If you are not mad at me and mom hadn't said anything to ya, then why are ya want to leave this house?"
"Oh Ranma, That's only because…"
"* WHAT THE HECK IS SHE DOING AT MY HOUSE!!"*
Akane didn't have to explain anything to Ranma anymore as the cause itself yelled his presence to him. Ranma was shocked at first, he could clearly hear some arguments going on with his pop and mother in downstairs. He could clearly hear the harsh words his father is using against Akane and her family, and he could also hear the desperate voice of his mother who was trying to stop him from yelling.
Understanding the situation, Ranma growled furiously and looked at Akane. He got even more mad and frantic when he saw her upset-looking face and noticed her tear-filled eyes. He gently shook her arm with soft force, which made her look at him with confusion.
"Ya are worried about this old guy! Is that all!? Don't you know that it will take me hardly a second to beat the crap out of him?!"
"How many times, Ranma?" Akane asked him and looked at him hard.
"The more he dares to insult my fiance, I won't stop beating him until he learns his lesson to stop his filthy mouth!"
"Oh Ranma.. Please, try to understand; he is your father and I don't want you to fight with him.."
"But I can't let him abuse you anymore..! And don't you dare decide to leave this house because of this dull-headed person! I know he is shameless and talks recklessly, but I am here to beat some sense into his brain. Me and my mother love you and we are with you in every step, who the hell is he to continue to ill treat you! Trust me Kane, I will stop him!"
Ranma stood up from his futon in haste and was about to walk towards the door, but Akane quickly snatched his arms midway, and made him sit back down on their futon.
"What is it, Kane!?" He asked, slightly irritated.
She also looked furious, her eyes were heated with anger and her expression feverish. She took hold of his collar and said in a hissing tone,
"What do you think of me, Ranma, a doll made with wax!? I know how to take care of myself and I very well know how to beat the crap out of some particular people! But I am not doing this, only because I respect my obasama a lot and I don't want to hurt her husband in front of her. That guy, your father or whatever, is continuously abusing not only me, but my family also. You have no idea how angry I am with him! We Tendo girls have learned to grow strong together, we have learned to stand by each other in need and fight for the right ! But he is constantly insulting my family and its legacy! And as a Tendo, I can't let that happen! My patience is breaking, Ranma, and that's the only reason why I want to leave this place, so that I don't have to face this guy anymore.."
Ranma smirked and said in a challenging tone,
"So what, Tendo Akane is acting like a coward and backing out from a challenge? If you have so much anger for him, then why don't you vent your frustration out on him, huh..?"
Akane looked at him hard and replied,
"Because my life has also taught me that I don't have to accept all the challenges which will show up to me. I learned to think from here first," she pointed at her heart, "rather than here.." she pointed at her forehead. "You called me a coward? If that's the price I have to pay for loving you Ranma, so be it! I can pay a little bit of my pride for loving two Saotomes so dearly, you know.. Trust me, it's not a big deal at all! My love for you is more bigger than the hate I feel for him…"
Ranma sighs and looks down in defeat. Akane bits her lower lips in worry and started thinking of plans to cheer him up. After some moment of thinking, a sudden plan formed in her brain. She carefully sat over his lap, she smiled cheekily at him and said in an excited tone,
"Look Ranma, it's not as bad as you are assuming! Cheer up!! Ok, what is bothering you the most? That I will be staying with Akio if I stay at Tofu's house? If that's the case, you don't have to worry; because if you don't want me to stay there, I won't.. Ranma, I forgot to tell you that the college I will be studying at is also offering me a free hostel facility! So, if you want I can stay there, and for the weekends.."
She gave a dramatic pause as she slowly circled her arms around his neck. He looked up at her in wonder, she smiled seductively at him and said in a low seductive tone,
"And on weekends… if you want.. we can always plan camping on the hills, where no one can find us and…" she went towards his ear and whispered to him softly, "we can spend the whole hours with each other..without any disturbance… And alone, of course! No one will be there to bother us, we can do whatever we want to do.. Soo.. what say, hum?"
Ranma smirked and pulled her closer to him. His arms strongly hugging her body closer to him, their faces inches apart from each other. Ranma grunted as he asked her in a husky tone,
"Are ya tryin' ta seduce me or something, tomboy?"
"Umm… I am trying my best though… Is it working?" She asked, giggling mischievously.
Ranma growled and said,
"I am already a gone case.."
Akane giggled again and gave into his touch, when he pulled her closer to him and captured her lips in a passionate kiss. Their lips meet for countless times, it didn't matter how far they have gone with each other, they are still new to this feeling. In some point they still act shy, they are still learning this new adventure together, and they don't mind being little clumsy at this, because they have faith in each other, and as long as they are being clumsy together, nothing matters..
"EITHER YA CALL HER OR I WILL DO IT MYSELF!! SHE CAN'T STAY HERE ANY LONGER!"*
Ranma and Akane both sighed in unison. Ranma looked at her with a helpless expression, she tried to give him a small smile to encourage him, but her small smile made him even more miserable. He growled loudly and laid his head over hers, then whispered in a passion-filled genuineness,
"Please forgive me for this, Kane! I am really sorry for his behavior.."
"Oh Ranma.. It's not your fault.. It's fine, I know him, alright! Please, don't worry.."
"Jeez.. This is so damn unfair!! This guy is annoying the heck outta me!" He released a big sigh, "Ok! C'mon tomboy!"
"Why!? Where are you going?" Akane asked him, not moving from her position.
Ranma smiled and said,
"Well, I have ta drop ya to Tofu's house!! And.. I have to politely warn that Akio and remind him of something important.."
Akane shook her head in disbelief,
"Honestly Ranma!! You are impossible!" She smiled and kissed his cheeks quickly, "But thank you for understanding me.."
"I will always understand ya.. I love you, tomboy.."
Akane's eyes filled with tears, but she held her tears. Her heart was pinching badly for leaving Ranma behind like this. She doesn't want to leave him. She want to stay by his side, she want to wake up every morning to see his face near her. She want to fight with him every day, she wants to enjoy her lazy hours with him. Ironically, she got those chances with him for last four years; but now, when she really wants it, they don't have any choice left. How she wished that she still had her dojo with her, then they wouldn't have to separate like this. She is still with him, but she already started to miss him badly. She doesn't even know how she is going to stay without him. Her heart is breaking in million pieces by only thinking about the fact that they are going to stay at the same town, but not together anymore. But she also know that she can't stay in here anymore... She have to take this big decision... There is no other choice left...
Ranma slowly helped her to stand up on her feet. She looked down at their feet, and held onto his hands tightly as she desperately tried to not to start crying in front of him. But she couldn't hold back her tears anymore, her traitor tears finally broke free and dampened her cheeks. And what made everything worse, when she felt him creasing her cheeks with his warm hands, as he slowly wiped her tears clean. Akane tightly wrapped her arms around him and hugged him in a desperate manner. Then she said in a shaky whisper tone,
"Oh Ranma! I wish we had our dojo with us! Then we wouldn't have to part like this.. But I promise you, we will soon do something to fix our house. Dad is working hard for it, I know mom would help us too and if it requires, I will work hard too, so that we can soon fix the dojo and start living like we used to live before, Ranma.. Then we won't have to live separately anymore.. I don't want to leave you, Ranma! I want to stay with you.. But I can't, Ranma.. I am sorry..I am so sorry.."
Ranma was silent all the while, his heart was paining to hear her sobbing sound, his heart breaking all the time he heard her broken tone. He hates to see her cry like this. And he hates it more when he feels powerless to control the situation. He sighs painfully and started rubbing her back soothingly; and tried his best to give her as much comfort she needs from him…*
"I am asking you again and again, please keep your voice down!!" Nodoka said with a shaky tone.
"I WON'T STOP UNTIL SHE LEAVES!! Why is she here anyway!!!"
Nodoka balled her fists tightly and said with her greeted teeth,
"She is my daughter; she can come here anytime she wants to. Who are you to question that?"
"WHO AM I?" Genma roared harshly, "I AM A SAOTOME AND THIS IS MY HOUSE! THAT'S WHY ONLY I AM GOING TO DECIDE WHO WOULD STAY HERE OR NOT!! AND I AM TELLING YOU NOW TO GO AND GET THAT GIRL OUT OF MY HOUSE, OR ELSE I WOULD GO MYSELF AND TELL HER TO LEAVE..!!"
"You won't dare to do it!! Please keep your voice down or else she will hear you! I beg you, please stop!" Nodoka said helplessly.
"OKAY, I WILL GO AND GET HER.."
"No need for that, pop.." Ranma entered the living room, he held Akane's hand tightly and slowly pulled her alongside him. "Kane is leaving already.."
"What!" Nodoka whispers in disbelief, "Please dear, don't leave.. He doesn't mean what he said.."
"OF COURSE I meant every word I said!!" Genma roared again, "Akane, you are not welcome here anymore! You may leave.."
"Genma!! How could you be so heartless!" Nodoka said with tears in her eyes.
Genma smirked arrogantly and said,
"It's not my fault, Nodoka. I was honest with my intention from the day first; no dojo, no engagement, means no connection.. So Akane can't continue living here. You may leave now and I don't want to see you near any Saotome's, do you hear me, young lady..?"
"If YA disrespect her one more time, pop, I promise I will break your tongue!" Ranma warned him in a dangerous tone.
"Ranma.. Please don't.." Akane stopped him, she laid her hand over his chest to stop him and smiled at him. Then turning to Genma she said with a plain tone,
"I am leaving, Mr Saotome! You don't have to worry about my stay anymore."
"No, Akane, please.." Nodoka again tried to approach her but Genma again interrupted her,
"Why are ya trying to stop her, huh? Why would she stay here anyway! She is not Ranma's fiance anymore so.."
"Save it, pop!! Akane is still my fiance and I love her."
"What did you say!! HOW DARE YOU DISOBEY YOUR OWN FATHER LIKE THIS?"
"Be thankful that I am not beating the crap out of you after what you did to separate us, pop!! Now also, if I am controlling myself it's all because of Akane; because she doesn't want to disrespect my mom's husband.."
"Whatever you say son; but I won't allow you to marry her!!"
Ranma smirked humorlessly, he shook his head and looked at his mother and told her in a soft tone,
"Mom, Akane is leaving this house because of this insane guy! I can't stop her from leaving because, it's his house anyway so.. I have no say in this. Pop has been insulting her and her family mercilessly, but still Akane decided to forgive this guy because she loves us. Mom, I never felt this helpless before today, because I can't do anything for my Kane. But I want to make one decision today and I want you to support me with my decision.."
Nodoka sniffed and asked him,
"What is it, son?"
"I am leaving with Akane!"
Akane took a sharp breath of surprise, she quickly laid her hand on his arm and asked him in a panicked tone,
"Ranma no!! What are you saying? Please don't do this.."
"No Kane.." He turned towards her, his eyes were filled with love for her, he laid his hands over her arms and said politely, "I can't stay at a place like this where my love one gets insulted like this! I can't stay here, I will die of suffocation.."
"Ranma please don't do this.." Akane said with tear-filled eyes, " I have come here to look after Obasama; and if you leave too, I know she won't be able to handle it, Ranma.. Please don't do it..please try to understand.."
He sighed loudly, "I understand, okay? And I know my mom will understand me too. And it's not like I am going for long training trips, Kane.. I will come here every day to check on her, so don't worry.."
"But Ranma, where are you going to stay?" Akane asked him in a whisper tone.
"You worry too much, tomboy!" he said as he slowly tucked a strand of hair behind her ears. "I am used to staying at tents , don't forget that and anyway, you said you will join me there on weekends, right..?" he playfully winked at her and continued saying, "Don't worry bout me , please. I am not a helpless person, don't forget, I am Ranma Saotome! And I know I can achieve anything if I set my mind into. And what do you think, huh, that I will wait until we fix the dojo to stay with ya? Can you even imagine me waiting for that long? Look Kane, I have told ya before and I am telling you again, I DO NOT care about that dojo. I want only YOU!! Nothing else. And if you stay by my side, nothing can stop me. I love you, Akane. I can't imagine living without ya. Just please give me a month or so, I will soon gather up enough money to rent a better place for us to stay and we can stay there together without any problems. You will come with me to stay with me there, right? I promise ya, I will never let anyone hurt ya like this. I know that fixing that dojo is more important to you, and I promise I will take care of it too, but not now!! I can't imagine living without you anymore, Akane.. That's why first I will settle up everything for us and then I will think of ways to fix that dojo for you... I have to do this for me and for both of us.. Please say yes, Kane.."
Akane bites her lower lips, her body shaking with nervousness, she gradually laid her hand over his hand and said in a broken tone,
"You have been suffering because of me since the day our dojo got broken, Ranma. I want to stay with you too, but I can't see you suffer because of me.. You have your own house to stay but you are still insisting on staying at a tent because of me! Why are you doing this, Ranma? I know you love me, but still..."
Ranma laid his hands on her wet cheeks as he whispers back to her,
"Jeez , You are such a dummy!"
"Hey!!" Akane protested while sniffing.
Ranma smirked at her and laid his head over her forehead and whispered to her,
"When will you understand, huh? You are mine, Akane, only mine! Your tears are my tears; your happiness is my happiness; your problems are my problems; your pains are mine too; whatever is yours is all mine! When you suffer , I suffer too, Akane. And I want to end our suffering soon; please give me a chance, please.."
Akane sniffed as she began to cry looking at him. She turned her face towards his hand and kissed his palm softly and embraced him tightly.
"I love you, Ranma. I love you so much.."
Ranma kissed her head and rubbed her back soothingly and said,
"I love ya too, Kane. So, are ya coming with me then?"
"In one condition.."
Ranma broke their hug and looked at her in confusion. Akane giggled while sniffling and whisper to him,
"If you let me stay with you in your tent then, yes...!!"
"But Kane!!"
"Shhh..!!" Akane hugged him again and whispers to him, "Please take me with you, Ranma. I also want to try for both of us, and together, I know we can do this.. Don't leave me behind please..."
Ranma smiled and hugged her back tightly,
"Ok, Kane..".
"Oh, and one more thing, I can't cook so, you have to cook for me too then.."
She warned him jokingly, happily weeping on his chest.
Ranma laughed slightly and replied pleasantly,
"You are such a tomboy!! Ya know very well that, I won't dare to ask ya for cooking!"
"Hey!!"
He sighed happily and asked her in a soft tone,
"I love you, Kane... C'mon, let's leave. "
