"THORSTONS! WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON YOU TWO YOUR DEAD! DEAD YOU HEAR- Oh forget it, they can't hear me right now."

Grumbling in anger Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III couldn't help but sit down in irritation. A second form of grumbling happened nearby making the viking take a brief glance towards Toothless.

Thankfully the Night Fury seemed to have been pulled into the twins' shenanigans as well meaning that Hiccup wasn't alone in this event.

"Seconded, I'll make sure to pin them down so you have an easier time doing the deed as well."

Normally the Viking heir of Stoic the Vast would have been surprised and then happy at understanding the dragon but it was mired in irritation. Toothless would also be happy and confused at suddenly being able to talk but the dragon was rather grumpy as well.

As for the events of what happened to land both into this situation?

A short time before the two of them were out investigating a mysterious island that had suddenly appeared in an area that no island previously was. They were accompanied by the other dragon riding teens at the time and shortly after arriving all of them had found a temple.

A temple that was strangely depicted to Loki of all gods, which should have been a clue to stay far away from the place.

Unfortunately the twins had instantly gone galivanting off into the depths of said temple forcing the others to follow if only to prevent them from somehow starting Ragnarok. Honestly Hiccup would not put it past said twins to somehow cause that event early somehow.

Getting back on track the group had just barely managed to catch up to the two and stop them from touching something on an altar. Wouldn't you know it but after stopping the two said alter spontaneously broke and dropped its content, a horseshoe of all things, on Hiccup.

Toothless was spooked by said incident and correctly figured that something was going to happen to his friend resulting in the dragon tackling the scrawny viking a mere second before contact. The next thing the two knew was that they were suddenly caught in an explosion of rainbow light followed by Hiccup being hit with a gut wrenching pain.

Now here the two were in the middle of a small cave somewhere having woken up after an unknown amount of time had passed.

Thing is, normally this wouldn't be the most irritating thing that Hiccup had to deal with if it wasn't for the second most noticeable thing that made him start channeling Astrid. Nope, the thing that got the Viking royally pissed was that they were dealing with Loki and nothing normal would happen with that god.

Thus here we were with the teen irritably sitting down on the cave and randomly twirling a stick he had found in his hoof. Yes, he had indeed been inexplicably transformed into some sort of strange horse-like creature, but one that was able to grab things despite having no fingers.

Honestly the most irritating thing about this situation was that Hiccup was unable to tell if he was still a male. He, so would not put it past the trickster god to somehow change the gender of whatever pour soul that had ended up in this situation.

The only thing he had to tell was his voice was somewhat still the same but he wasn't exactly that trusting of it.

Quickly the Viking shook that thought of his head not wanting to stick with it and instead decided to focus on his form. His eyes glanced down to his hoof holding the stick and took note of the black-gray ash like colored fur on his forelimb.

That said he turned his head slightly and caught sight of his tail and took note that it was the same color as his normal hair. He could only assume that his mane was the same color before pausing as he took note of the shield-like emblem on his rear.

It looked eerily similar to that of his shield on his back with a black Night Fury and a signal red fin curling on a silvery metal like surface. Behind it one side was what looked like a forge hammer of some sort with some kind of gear sticking out one side of the head.

Despite that however he couldn't help but think that there was something missing from it, even if he was feeling incredibly weirded out by it. Another turn of the head and he noticed an identical mark on the other side and couldn't help but feel an eye twitch at the sight

That done he also took note that his clothing had changed somewhat with him only wearing his green tunic, harness, and boots/gloves. Oh and he still seemingly had his prosthetic leg that had seemingly shifted to fit his new horse like stature.

Looking up he finally took note of the look of bored interest on Toothless' face and noted that said dragon still had the same saddle, harness, and tail fin on him. Thankfully nothing had changed about his draconic brother besides the startling ability to talk.

"What, is there something on my muzzle?"

Hiccup couldn't help but sarcastically quip at the Night Fury who in turn snorted and rolled his eyes. That said the dragon quickly walked over to the teenage viking and stared directly in his face from a mere foot away.

"No, not really unless you count what amounts to two fang like teeth as something important. I'm just interested in the fact that now your eyes are scarily similar to my own being slit like in irritation."

Alright the auburn Viking couldn't help but blink in shock for a moment before dropping his stick and reaching towards his back. A moment later he was using the shield as an impromptu mirror and indeed noting that his eyes looked quite similar to Toothless.

At least as far as he could tell, as the Gronckle Iron wasn't exactly the best when it came to telling a reflection. That done he couldn't help but set said shield down before looking back up and his dragon, who was still watching him in confusion.

"Right, interesting but not really important, what is important is trying to figure out where we are right now."

Hiccup tried to stand up, fell down and irritatingly grumbled before attempting to walk forwards on all fours. Two steps later he fell onto his face and let out a huff as Toothless started to snicker.

He was sulking the entire time after the Night Fury put him on his back and proceeded to carry him towards the exit.

Soon enough however the two were outside and busy taking a moment to stare down at the absolutely gigantic village. A gigantic village that seemed to be sitting on and extending out over a cliff into the air and defying whatever force was responsible for preventing creatures from escaping the ground unless they have wings.

A few blinks and the friends couldn't help but share an Incredibles looks with each other at the stupefying sight. That said they soon refocused on what they needed to do and Toothless extended his wings before jumping off the ledge.

Soon after Hiccup moved his prosthetic and the two began to turn said brief dive into a sudden rise higher into the sky. They were just about at the same height as the mountain's pique when a sudden shout caused them to look down.

Bemusedly there appeared to be what could only be a group of Pegasus rapidly rising to catch up with them.

Almost simultaneously the two couldn't help but smirk before the Viking simply switched the fake tail into another position. That done Toothless did a brief flip in the air before the two shot off causing the group to once again shout something they couldn't exactly hear.

Say what you will but the two were going to have quite a bunch of fun with this group and soon enough the chase was on.

Soaring Thunder was a recently promoted Pegasus soldier in the Night Division under Princess Luna. He was just starting to unwind from his day shift when an alarm suddenly sounded signaling an intruder in Canterlot Air Space.

Thus he and a group of other Pegasus were instantly dispatched to stop the trouble maker and bring them in for questioning.

That said even he wasn't expecting for whomever he was after to suddenly lead them on a chase of this magnitude. Not only was whatever they were following a speed demon of some sort but it also appeared to be an adrenaline junky as well.

Whatever matter of creature this was not only lead them on a high speed chase but also tended to make daring moves of rapidly flying around objects, taking random dives, and just barely skimming by walls and the ground missing them by mere inches but also took immeasurable amount of amusement of just randomly slowing down and speeding back up to tease them.

He wasn't quite sure when it happened but at some point they had buzzed past Canterlot three more times and seemed to have picked up more guards each time as well. In fact Thunder would not be surprised if half the available Pegasi in the Royal Guards were attempting to capture whomever this was.

If that wasn't enough then the entire group was on a timeline as this unknown was dark colored and could easily be lost in the night sky if this chase lasted long enough.

"Grah!"

Just barely managing to avoid flying into the side of the mountain once more the Pegasus felt his fatigue start to catch up on him.

"Lieutenant!"

Glancing to his side Lightning took note that a few other Guards were also starting to tire and waved them off before taking a moment to hover and watch the elusive target.

"Whomever this is, I'll say this much, they… are quite possibly one of the most skilled flyers I have ever seen."

Another Pegasus nodded while muttering under their breath and privately he had to agree with them. Whomever this was was clearly playing with them right now and they needed to end this fast.

"Alright I have a plan we need to-"

"WATCH OUT!"

Suddenly the group had to scatter and Thunder couldn't help but gap in sheer awe of the gall of the unknown as it flew right into their little group followed by a tone of other Pegasi. Said awe however was suddenly replaced with disbelief as a rather familiar sounding boom soon reached them.

"Is… did that… did whoever they are just pull off a Sonic Rainboom?"

Lightning absently nodded even as he noticed the normal trail of light associated with said technique was absent. That said he was still in shock at the sheer speed that whomever or whatever this was had at their disposal.

"Somepony should go and get the Princesses… I don't think we're gonna be enough to capture this one."

The Lieutenant nodded absently even as he caught sight of whatever it was making another turn around the mountain. Was it just him or did whatever they were chasing seem to have something else clinging onto their back?

Hiccup resisted the urge to whoop as he and Toothless dived into and through the group of armored Pegasi. So what if he was channeling Snotlout right about now but he took pride in their flying skills.

Judging from the rumble of pleasure emanating from the Night Fury he was going to assume that the dragon was also pleased. On a side note they were going to sit down and compare notes later on but for now they were just having too much fun.

The only down side was probably the amount of shouting that they were going to be in for with the group later on… Eh, whatever.

He did have to admit that the group were surprisingly skilled and had to give them props for keeping up this long. A quick look at the setting sun however and the viking decided they still had some time before sunset when the unofficial game would officially end.

That said he quickly glanced behind them and took note that quite a few of the guards were starting to slow down as well. A second later he was facing forwards once again as Toothless flipped upside down to look at the guards for himself.

One bout of trust later and the two suddenly turned their blitz into a free fall without having to even tell the other.

A few seconds later he caught sight of a rather dark tower rapidly approaching them in a dizzying spin. There was no warning but suddenly the two found themselves darting around the tower fast enough to lose sight of the guards.

That said they stuck close to the tower and quickly twisted around it to shoot back at the started winged horses. They cursed but noticeably scattered just in time for them to blitz past before quickly reorganizing to continue the chaise.

"Let's disappear bud."

Despite being a whisper and the wind shrieking in their ears, Toothless still managed to catch Hiccup's words. A moment later they were rapidly approaching a cave on one side of the mountain that led to the other side.

A few seconds later the two had quickly darted in followed shortly by a group of Pegasi, who seemed almost smug about something. That said, boy were they going to be disappointed when they ran into the almost expected secondary group that were trying to pincer them.

The sudden stop would normally be jarring to others but quite frankly Hiccup was used to pulling stunts like this. Moments before he had already unhooked himself and the second Toothless stopped he kept hold of the saddle and let momentum carry him around the dragon.

Right into the Night Fury's awaiting claws that quickly plucked him out of the move and rapidly pulled him into an embrace. He was then quickly blinded as the dragon wings closed around him and waited in bated breath listening for wing beats.

A few seconds later he heard them rapidly fly by their hidden position and quickly peeked out to watch the last Pegasus disappear into the depths and probably out the other side.

The two friends then exchanged amused looks upon hearing the confused disbelief shouts that followed soon after. That done, the viking quickly got back on the saddle and the two shot out of the cave into the air once more.

It was even more amusing when they shot past a rather startled straggler who appeared to be running out of breath. The following shout caught the attention of the rest of the guards and soon enough the chase was once more back on.

At least that was supposed to be what happened until a flash of brilliant gold suddenly appeared in front of the duo, electing a shout of surprise. Without thinking Hiccup quickly changed the position of the tail-fin and Toothless just barely managed to prevent a run-in with the new Pegasus, one of which apparently had a horn as well.

Unfortunately the surprise was more than enough to suddenly throw them into chaos as the two got a bit closer than expected to the stone structure that looked like an oversized hut of some kind. That in turn led to them frantically attempting to maneuver around many obstacles and a bunch of startled horse-like creatures.

The resulting event strongly reminded them both of their first successful flight through the sea stacks surrounding Berk. Hiccup even managed to recreate his first stunt of jumping off of Toothless who went under some sort of bridge while he went over.

The Viking still managed to successfully land back on the dragon and the two quickly managed to thread a needle by passing through a window into a room and through an open door on the other side, just barely missing another rather oblivious pony. Thankfully the door led outside the giant hut and into the village proper allowing the two to quickly ascend into the sky once more.

Unlike last time however, the Night Fury did not spit out a fireball in excitement at the sudden stunt as the two simply started to glide in silence. Judging by the wingbeats following them and lack of shouts the two probably thought that the chasers were probably shocked into silence as well.

That said they just drifted for the next minute before turning around in a rather large and slow ark towards a rather large and open area close to the giant stone building. None tried to stop them as they slowed down to come into a landing with a bunch of Pegasi following quickly behind them.

Even the horned Pegasus flew in silently and simply looked at the two unsure of what to think of the insane feat that they had just accomplished.

For a moment all of them just stood, sat in Hiccup's case, silently unsure of what they were going to do. The sound of a throat clearing however caused all of them to mechanically turn towards the source of it.

Both Viking and dragon however did nothing when confronted by the rather large and white coated horned Pegasus. They didn't even react to the fact that the creature had a rainbow like mane beyond a raised eyebrow as she spoke.

"Well, that was certainly not what I was expecting when one of the guards came to me with a problem."

Hiccup and Toothless just looked at the mare with identical deadpanned looks as she adopted an idly amused look.

"That being said, would you two be a dear and accompany me back to the throne room? I do think we are in for an amusing talk."

Said mare started to walk off and after a moment to simply look after her in confusion the viking and Night Fury followed soon after. Strangely enough the transformed viking did not get off the dragon and the guards around them simply parted to let the group of three go without a word.

One thing was for certain though, many of them would be going to the local bars and getting drunk tonight, very very drunk.

Princess Celestia did her best not to let her calm look pass from her face as she led the strange duo following after her. That said she could not for the life of her get rid of the view of the shocking stunt that they had accomplished.

Admittingly she was the cause of it by randomly teleporting in front of them and it was pure luck that they didn't fly into a wall or some other pony at such high speed. On that same note however she was admittingly annoyed that the Earth Pony hadn't gotten off the back of his companion.

A few minutes later however she was softly nodding to her still waking sister and quickly got situated in her throne. Her thoughts on the matter however were quickly shaken upon hearing the sound of metal hitting stone followed by her sister's soft inhalation of shock.

Instantly the Alicorn's eyes darted back to their guests and she couldn't help but stiffen upon catching sight of what had startled Luna.

Apparently in the shock of what had happened she had overlooked the young stallion's physical appearance. This had meant that she had missed the fact that his left hind leg was missing from the knee down and had been replaced with some sort of metal contraption.

A second later however she tore her eyes off the metal limb to look at the pony and his unknown companion to speak.

"Greetings, I am Princess Celestia and this is my co-ruler and younger sister Princess Luna and let me welcome you to Canterlot…"

Trailing off the mare left the unspoken question open and watched as the pony in front of her nod before speaking.

"Greetings Princesses, I am Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, heir of the Hiccup Hooligans Tribe of Berk and this is my best friend and companion Toothless the Night Fury."

Eyes turned to take into the large black reptilian creature who seemed to have sat down on its haunches sometime during the introductions. A part of her had to resist cooing at the sight of the Night Fury giving her a gummy smile completely void of teeth and a wave with one of its claws.

She had to admit the personal name of the creature was highly accurate but the more concerning part was the species name. Night Fury did not paint a good feeling, nor did the fact that this Hiccup seemed to introduce himself as heir of a tribe.

She sincerely did not want this to turn out to be some sort of long lost tribe of ponies from the Three Tribes era for it would create no end of complications if true.

"That is… an unusual name for a pony Mr. Haddock, prey tell what is this Berk thou has mentioned and what exactly sort of creature is this Toothless?"

Luna spoke and the white mare took note of how Hiccup seemed to be momentarily confused before shrugging. That being said she also took note of how he wasn't actually reacting like any pony she had ever seen before.

"Yeah, yeah laugh it up. Bad names are a staple of my society and are used to scare away trolls who might take our children."

"As for Berk, I would honestly be surprised if you have heard of it since it appears to be rather warm here. It's located twelve days north of Hopeless, and a few degrees south of Freezing to Death, and solidly in the Meridian of Misery."

Alright both Celestia and her sister reared back in horrified shock at hearing that description and traded looks of disbelief. Where in the name of Harmony itself was this pony from if that is how they explain their home?

Hiccup himself however simply rolled his eyes at the look and had to resist muttering to himself about outsiders. Judging by Toothless' look the dragon was of the same conclusion as him about this matter.

It was also at this time that the Night Fury decided to take the matter of the last question asked as an excuse to brag.

"As for what I am, according to the Vikings and their silly little Book of Dragons of theirs I… am the unholy offspring of lightning and death itself. I never miss my target and all who hear me should run, hide, and pray that I never find them."

This was punctuated by the dragon suddenly unsheathing his teeth, spreading his wings out to their full spread, and letting out a ferocious snarl startling all the ponies in the room. With the notable exception of the lone auburn Viking who simply rolled his eyes and used one of his hooves to lightly swat the dragon in the side.

"Cut it out Toothless, you're scaring our hosts you useless reptile."

The Alicorns and Guards watched in shock as the apparent dragon slummed into grumbling before whacking the stallion next to him with their tail. There was a simple yelp of pain before the black pony looked at them in irritation while rubbing the back of their head.

"So says the smelly Viking who can't for the life of him survive without my help."

Hiccup in turn grumbled in irritation even as he leaned into the dragon's side without any hint of fear. Said black dragon in turn wrapped one arm around him and pulled the Viking into what amounted to a hug.

Despite the shock they felt it was quite clear to the ponies in the room that these two truly were friends, possibly even brothers of some sort.

This thankfully drained some of the tension and the guards backed off a little at the Princesses request. At the same time Celestia took a moment to gather herself and unspeakably let her sister continue with the questioning.

Luna for her part gathered herself much quicker being used to darker things and took the quiet cue for what it was.

"That is… a rather startling revelation Heir of Berk. Prey tell why should we not throw thou both into the dungeons for the threat towards Our Little Ponies?"

Hiccup for his part managed to resist rolling his eyes and simply shrugged the best he could before speaking.

"Besides the fact that Toothless would react badly to that and I sincerely doubt you want to have a rampaging dragon on your hands? You'll find that us Vikings tend to have a rather bad imagination when dealing with things."

"And before you ask, a Viking is pretty much an incredibly stubborn person who most of the time tends to solve their problems in the most direct possible way they could, aka smashing things. Get in a fight, smash your opponent with a giant hammer, loose said hammer, smash them with your hands, hands start to hurt, headbutt them."

"Stuck door? Smash it. Annoying neighbor? Get in a fight and smash them. Foreigners trying to butt into your lifestyle. Through insults at them while smashing them with whatever you can grab at the time."

"Broke a tool or something? Take them to the local forge and go to the great hall to either get something to eat or find a nice fight to pass the time with."

Upon hearing this description Toothless couldn't help himself but break down in laughter at the sheer truth of what his friend was saying. He quickly let go of the viking and fell onto his back where he ended up convulsing as the ponified human continued in his same bland and bored voice.

"Stumble upon something that doesn't make sense? Keep on smashing it until you either do make sense of it or until something else comes up."

"If all your smashing doesn't work? Quickly grab the nearest Viking you know of who can do other things beyond smashing and get them to deal with it before leaving and getting drunk to forget the entire situation."

"Really, that pretty much explains what a Viking is in a nutshell."

The gobsmacked looked on all of those present was quite noticeable as they quietly asked themselves how stubborn one had to be if they tried to solve all their problems by smashing them. At the same time however it was quickly apparent that there was much being left out, if only because the laughing dragon was starting to have hiccups.

Hiccup for his part simply turned to look at Toothless for a moment before shaking his head speaking.

"Yeah, that tends to be the regular outlook that most Vikings take but for the most part were seafarers and traders. Don't provoke us and we will leave you alone and even open up diplomatic talks to form an alliance after a while."

"At the same time however, most of us tend to like getting into fights for the fun of it. Though due to our tendency to charge into danger head first, we consider that being a Viking is an occupational hazard."

At the end he simply gestured towards his prosthetic and many a pony had to resist twitching in disbelief upon hearing this. Simultaneously however both Celestia and Luna noticed something rather important in that little rant.

"What exactly do you mean by hands? Do you mean to say that you have other species besides Ponies in your tribe?"

Both Princesses relaxed slightly as the unexpected but rather noteworthy thought of said tribe being of mixed species. If that was the case then it was entirely possible that they instead had some sort of diplomatic incident on their hooves instead.

At the same time however this was raising up quite a few questions that still needed to be answered.

As for Hiccup himself however he finally looked away from the now calming dragon to actually look at both Princesses. It had honestly escaped him in the heat of the moment but it appeared that he hadn't exactly been explaining himself all that well.

"Ah right, knew I forgot something… you see Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, my companion and I aren't exactly in these lands of our own will."

"No, unfortunately thanks to twin annoyances we ended up finding a temple to a trickster deity and came in contact with a sacred artifact within. Before then I was what is known as a Human being, and my entire tribe is also composed entirely of humans as well."

"Unfortunately the way we have arrived here isn't exactly around any more so we decided to try and scout out the local area via flying. You should pretty much know the rest from there."

The Viking trailed off and awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck with his hoof as he let the ponies in the room simply stare at him. At the same time however he simply glanced back down at the now recovering Toothless with exasperation.

Honestly there were times that he still didn't know what was going through that dragon's brain, but he might be able to figure some of it out while here.

His musings however were suddenly broken as a rather strong gurgling sound echoed into the room. This was followed by a second slightly softer gurgle and the auburn Viking couldn't help but blush in embarrassment.

"I see… this is a most peculiar case Mr. Haddock and raises a bunch more questions. It is, however, getting rather late and I must see to the rising of the moon."

"For the time being however why don't thou follow my guards to a spare bedroom for the night to freshen up. Afterwards we'll make sure to get thou both get some late supper… err, prey tell, what type of food does your species of dragon prefer eating Toothless?"

Luna spoke only to momentarily find herself flat footed as she realized that the lone dragon in the room was quite unlike any dragon she had dealt with before. It wouldn't do to just assume that he was capable of eating gemstones like that of an Equestrian dragon was.

"Eh, I'm not really a picky eater but fish is my goto meal, Cod especially is my favorite. Oh, and before I forget, do not bring in any eels, brr."

Toothless shivered slightly at the end of his little speech at the thought of having to deal with those creatures. He still had nightmares of the one time he had accidentally eaten an eel to save Hiccup and the side effects it had on him.

As for the Viking himself he simply patted his friend on the side absentmindedly as he just knew what the Night Fury was remembering. Part of him wanted to comment on some of what he had observed about dragons but right now he wasn't so sure that was a good idea.

After a moment though the dragon managed to calm down and could only look forlorn at the hoof that had replaced the usual hand on his human friend. Nonetheless the green eyed dragon shook it off and looked back at the two rather rulers sitting on their thrones.

"Other than that I'm not particularly picky about what I eat and will consume things such as berries, vegetables, and the occasional fruit. Mostly meat though, gotta keep enough energy to not only carry this one around but also scare off those that wish us harm."

Toothless gestured towards Hiccup for a moment who seemed rather exasperated and completely unaware of the claw the dragon was holding above him. That said the ponies in the room did notice it and watched in alarm as said claw suddenly shot down towards the Viking.

The green eyed Viking only let out a yelp before he suddenly found himself once again in the tight embrace of the dragon. A brief glance later on and the auburn maned pony could only look resigned at this sudden embrace.

The Night Fury himself however looked down at the trapped Viking and couldn't help but note how convenient it was to do this with Hiccup's new form. Well, not exactly, there was still the pesky shield on the teen's back but that would be easily resolved essentially.

That said, the Viking simply grumbled as he was rather used to his dragon essentially doing this thing on a regular basis. On the bright side Toothless wasn't licking his head for whatever reason like he did once or twice in the past.

Hiccup for his part didn't bother with resisting as they were dismissed for the time being and let himself be carried by his friend and brother out of the room. The dragon for his part seemed rather amused at this as he carefully followed their guide towards the guest suit of the castle.

Celestia and Luna however couldn't help but watch on quietly as they and the many guards were amused. That being said the second their guests left the room and the door was sealed shut the moon princess spoke.

"T'would seem that we forgot to inquire about Heir Haddock's false leg sister mine. Let alone how such a bond would form between two creatures of the night."

The solar diarch let out a brief hum in confirmation even as she held back a slight shiver of unease at the thought of such a thing. Then she blinked and turned her head towards her younger sister in confusion.

The starry mane mare in question caught the inquisitive look and briefly allowed her eyes to narrow into slits for a second before turning them back to normal. In turn the rainbow maned mare slowly nodded as she realized what this meant.

"Indeed Luna… that is a good question indeed."

Instantly sitting up straight as if struck by lightning a mishmash of creatures looked into the distance.

"Oh sweet Faust not again! I thought I got rid of the last of those things centuries ago after the last idiot messed things up!"

Grumbling the creature got up before rummaging underneath his bed for something. Incidentally his hand somehow reached out of a nearby lamp and into a chair, that's despite the fact that said objects were on the other side of the room from where he was reaching under his bed.

"AHA!"

In triumph the creature finally managed to grab a map from a bookcase in an entirely different room and pulled his hand back. He then proceeded to sit on the bed and open said map upside down, a signal world. ǝnbɹǝnbnql∀, in bold printed upon it.

For a few seconds there was silence, then the creature let out a long tired sigh and proceeded to toss said map over his shoulder. Inexplicitly it was tossed out a window of a neighbors house and landed in a dumpster somewhere on the other side of Equestria.

"Dammit, I knew I shouldn't have taken that left turn in Phillydalphia. How in blazes did that youngster end up in Canterlot already?

"I just hope that Cellie and Lulu don't get after me for this blasted mess. It wasn't my intention to mess with that silver tongued shapeshifter all those years ago.

"Seriously Loki, how was I supposed to know that a skypath ended up in that exact location, let alone that you were going to pop up at that exact moment?"

Grumbling in irritation the creature let out a long tired sigh before looking at a nearby clock.

"Welp… they'll keep till morning, might as well catch some Z's till then."

With that done Discord went back to sleep knowing that tomorrow was going to be a very long and very tiring day. Let it be known however he was going to get back at Loki for this mess once he found the Norse Trickster.

It wasn't his fault that the winged pagan had all the sugar in his candy replaced with salt that one time, it wasn't!

crai22: I have officially lost the meaning of the word Viking in this fic... Amongst other things

Miota: So... it would appear.

crai22: You alright there Miota?

Miota: Yeah, just... reading your horrible writing.

crai22: No need to be so mean.

Miota: Sorry, things are just getting a bit lame around here.

crai22: Fine, I'll see about posting a few other things I have the works soon enough.

Miota: I'll hold you to that, until then crai22 own's nothing but the plot he makes up.
