I was once weak
Summery: the story of a girl who once wanted to be a hero only to be betrayed by the world at every turn. Her mother and herself abandoned her father almost killed by the man who once she idolized and the boy who once terrorized her every day being praised and called a "hero" it was to much. This is the story of how Izumi Midoriya became the villain "Osore"
A/N: hello all! We're about to begin some serious events that will play a major factor in the future in this story. So moving forward we will see how these events change and warp Izumi, Katsuki and everyone else in the story.
Disclaimer: I do not own my hero academia that would be Toho and Kohei Horikoshi. So please don't send lawyer at me or they will be shoot out of the lawyer cannon
Chapter 10
"it's almost time" said Izumi as she sat at the bar of the bar she had called home since her rescue in her hand was a glass that she eyed her face unreadable.
"Nervous?" asked Dabi as he stood behind the young teen.
"I guess it's natural" said the greenette before turning her seat to look over the room. It was filled with people the young woman has come to trust. Dabi and Toga were both situated near her Toga a few stools down from here while Dabi stood before her. Chieko sat at a booth cleaning one of his revolvers her eyes then shifting to the figure of Katsuki Bakugo who was chained to a chair his permanent glare meeting hers before landing on the Lizard man who leaned against a wall one of his swords in hand ready for action.
"Time for what?" spat out Katsuki as he looked at the villain his old friend had become. He was conflicted with the girl he remembered how his parents cried over her death he had thrown himself even more into his goal to be a hero cause he believed it's what she would have wanted, but her she was not not only a villain but leading his kidnappers.
"Why for the show of a life time" said Izumi with a smirk.
"Tch All might's going to kick your ass" replied the ever defiant blonde.
"Maybe but if everything plays out it'll be worth it"
"Madam Midoriya the program you wished to see is on" said the mist like villain Kurogiri as the large TV of the bar turned on revealing a press conference from U.A.
Two men stood and an animal stood bowing to the cameras. All of whome where recgonizable even for those that didn't attend the school. In the center a well cleaned up Aizawa Shouta beside him stood a large white haired. These two where the pro heroes Eraser head and Vlad king to the right os Aizawa was the schools principal Nezu.
"We deeply apologize for the incident that allowed harm to come to the twenty seven first years of the hero course cause of our neglect. We apologize for causing unease in society due to our negligence in properly defending ourselves as a place of learning. We are truly sorry." said Aizawa as he and the others gave a deep bow as various camera began to go off.
"I'm from Yornino TV. Since the beginning of the year, U.A. high school students have had four encounters with time, there were even students injured. How did you explain to their families, and what are some specific countermeasures you are taking?" questioned on of the various media reps at the meeting.
"We will increase policing in the surrounding area and review the security within the school, ensuring students' safety with a strong position. That is what we told them." stated Nezu
"It's a shame really" said Izumi as the TV was turned off. "U.A. and some of the teachers there are good people. But it's only natural that people are now questioning their motives and standings." standing up she looked at the blonde. "But this is necessary, modern heroes are scum they are guilty of so much and for this to change society must be forced to question what and who their heroes are"
"So what, this the part where you ask me to join you?" growled the blonde only for Izumi to begin laughing.
"Hell no!" spat the greenette "Your as guilty as the heroes rotting society!" said the woman and motioned toward toga the blonde suddenly jolting from the sudden insertion of a needle. That began to fill up with blood. "You're here for two reasons, the first is this" said Izumi as Toga handed the teen a vial of the blonde's blood. "your going to help in saving a life for once, namely my mother's"
"Auntie is alive also?" asked Bakugo in shock.
"And the other part is… Bait" said the greenette with a vicious grin. Before there was a knock on the bar's door.
"Excuse me it's Pizza-la I got an order for-" began a voice from the other side making Izumi sigh.
"Their sooner then expected" commented Chieko.
"SMASH!" shouted All might ass he came crashing into the bar through a wall. the attack would soon be followed by the appearance of Kamui Woods as his wooden tendrils launched out catching the villains by surprise!
"Tch a tree?" hissed Dabi about to begin burning it before being signaled by the greenette teen to hold as there was a burst of wind and Chieko was suddenly kicked in the gut winding him.
"Don't think about resisting children" chided the elderly form of Gran Torino
"Well done you two!" praised the hulking form of All might as he glared at the unusually calm look of the green haired teen before him. "You can't run anymore, league of villains! Why? Because we are here!" shouted the number one hero.
"Kya! It's tight!" whined Toga.
"When one is on the offensive is when one neglects defense the most." said the voice from the door as the form of Edgeshot came into view by the door. "we're not the only ones from Pizza-la." said the hero as he opened the door revealing several police officers in full riot gear. "Outside, your surrounded by skilled heroes, like Endeavor, and the police."
"Seems like we're in deep trouble" said Izumi a smile clear on her face as she returned All might's glare.
"Those eyes…" growled the hulking hero.
"So you do recognize me." said Osore showing no fear or worry but deep inside she felt fear knowing the blonde hero would easily put an end to her plans if he acted before them.
"I'm sure you where scared Young Bakugo…" said All might looking towards the bound student."You did good bearing it."
"Like hell I was scared!" shouted the blonde.
"You are still green, Osore!" said All might in a triumphant tone as an officer began to remove Bakugo's restraints "league of villains, you underestimated everything to much; the soul of a young man, the diligent investigations of the police, and our anger! This is the end!"
"The end, you say?" asked Izumi quietly. "Don't be ridiculous!?" shouted the greenette. "You continue to spout about Justice and peace even as you turn a blind eye to the corruption and injustice of the hero commission! That let's innocent people die for so called heroes!" said Izumi with seething rage as smoke began to come from Kamui's wood "You cause harm just like when you attempted to murder my father while defending my mother!" there was a gasp at the accusation but the cold glare of the number one was adamant.
"Didn't I tell you earlier to not resist?" asked the elderly hero. "Himiko Toga, Chieko Kawahara, Iguchi Shuichi. The police worked diligently to uncover your true identities. Do you understand? There is no where left to run!" stated the hero revealing their names only Osore and Dabi's identities not revealed. "Now Osore, reveal the location of your boss." Izumi's head lowered her hair hiding her expression as she thought back to the day that began this all. The land slide, being left to die, Kurogiri saving them, and the promise she made to her father.
"I made a promise…" began Osore as she clenched fists. "A promise to save this world from the corrupt." she stated.
"Where is he!?" demanded All might.
"He's where the plan says he should" said the girl as ink began to spout along with Nomu's climbing out of them.
"Nomu!?" shouted Torino in surprise. Bakugo looked on in surprise as what Izumi said earlier went thru his head.
'I'm bait.' thought the blond before the ink like liquid bringing the Nomus suddenly came out of his mouth and cover him. The number one who reached for him onto to grasp nothing.
"NOOO!" roared the hero all the while a grin was on Osore's face.
"Endeavor, we need back up!" shouted Kamui as he looked out of the hole and down only to see the police and heroes outside being swarmed by the Nomus. The Nomus where now attacking the heroes as more continued to come from the inky portals.
"Exactly as planed, father" said Izumi sounding pleased with herself. Catching All Might's look as the oil like liquid began to engulf each of the villains. "I'll tell my father you said hi All Might" said Izumi as the heroes attempted to intercept only to fail.
"Clapping is all that was heard in the mostly destroyed warehouse the back half still powered somehow as floating in the air clapping as he looked at the thoroughly defeated pro heroes was non other then All for one. The only hero still conscious being the number four hero Best Jeanist who could barely move.
"As expected of the number four hero, Best Jeanist." praised the ancient villain. "My daughter is quite the fan of yours, it's cause of that I'll spare you" said Hiashi. "I'd have thought I'd blow everyone away with that quirk but to manipulate their clothes to throw them to the side and minimizing the damage shows great reaction time and skill."
"This isn't what we where told" said Jeanist as he struggled to move and ready an attack for the villain. "but for a top hero that isn't an excuse for failure!" shouted the hero before there was a sharp pain looking down he saw a needle in his gut.
"You'll be useful for the future for Osore but for now you can sleep" said AFO his hand in a finger gun position.
"Damn it… What the hell…" coughed Bakugo as he arrived AFO turning to look at the teen he hadn't seen since he was a boy.
"it's good to see you again after so long Katsuki" said Hiashi the blond looked up with wide eyes recognizing the voice.
"Mr. Midori…" began the teen before noticing the defeated heroes. It was at this moment that more inky portals opens marking the arrival of the others as Izumi and Shigiraki's groups arrived.
"Sensei…" said the crusty villain kneeling to him as Izumi bowed to her father as the other villain's groaned and complained.
"Dad…" said Izumi confirming for Bakugo that this was indeed her father.
"The plan is going smoothly it seems" said Hiashi as he looked over the gathered villains before turning with a sigh. "you're here, after all, aren't you…?" said AFO as All might came crashing down from the sky his fists being stopped by the man.
"I'll have you return everything, All for One!" shouted the enraged hero.
"Came to murder me again, All might?" asked AFO in a mocking tone the shock wave from the impact of the two titans knocking all the others present off their feet. "Getting slow in your old age?" he asked as he flexed his hand "It's more then five kilometers from the bar to here. It was easily thirty seconds since I sent the 've gotten weaker, All might"
"What about you? What's with that industrial mask you've got on? Aren't you over exerting yourself?" questioned All might as he stood to his full height. "I won't make the same mistake I did all those years ago, All for One!" said All Might readying himself for the fight to come "I'll save young Bakugo, put and end to your evil, and then deal with your league of villains! " promised All might launching himself at AFO.
"There is so much to do. It'll be tough For both of us." said AFO answering the number one's punch with a compressed air blast the quick usage altering and deforming the old villain as the air sent All might flying along with it causing several building to collapse. "Air cannon plus springlike limbs, Kinetic booster times four, strength enhancer times three. This is a fun Combination. Maybe I'll try to add a few more enhancer-types." mumbled the villain in a matter much like his daughter.
"All might!" shouted Bakugo in concern for the number one seeing the destruction caused as Izumi and Shigiraki stood off to the side.
"Even with his weakened form, he won't die from something like that" said AFO as he kept his gaze where the hero had been sent flying. "Izumi, Tomura retreat from here" said AFO.
"What about him?" questioned the student of AFO.
"Take him with you if you wish Tomura." said AFO as he looked at Kurogiri. "Kurogiri, take everyone from here."
"Yes, sir." said the mist villain opening a warp gate.
"Dad you can't be serious!" shouted the greenette catching the blond's attention as her frustration was clear. "this wasn't in the plan, we were to over power him all of us together!" said Izumi.
"Plan's change dear, you both have much farther to grow" said AFO as All might made his move launching at the ancient villain.
"Your not escaping!" shouted the American as he clashed once more with AFO.
"Sensei…" whispered Tomura from where he stood in awe of his teacher's clash with the symbol of justice.
"Shigiraki we must go!" urged Mr. Compress as he looked towards the blond teen. "Will we be taking the pawn?" he questioned.
"We're not going!" shouted the greenette as she glared at Mr. Compress. "This is our chance to end all might and we don't need that piece of shit!"
"Boss, I think it's time to retreat" said Mustard as he stood behind Izumi as Dabi and the others of her crew stood ready to act.
"He's right Midoriya, we can't hope to help your pops" concurred Dabi as he placed a hand on her shoulder.
as the league argued on staying or leavings as the two titans continued to clash with All might's every attempt to reach the blond teen being intercepted by AFO. The two would once against lock fists. "Saving your strength, All might?" questioned the villain as he pressed on All might. "Attempting to run away with the boy?" All might's only response being a growl as he jumped back. "It's rough, Isn't it? To be these creatures called 'Heroes.'"
A sudden explosion took Izumi and her comrades by surprise because rather than it coming from the explosive blonde it came from a wall revealing a few of UA's students! A ice ramp and speed being provided by a tall black haired student and a pair of red heads, one of whom locked eyes with Izumi as they raced past. Though AFO attempted to stop the UA students he was intercepted by All might making him a non factor.
"BAKUGO!" shouted the hardened redhead as he held out his hand. Seeing the opportunity the blond took it and launched himself up towards his classmates while giving a middle finger the the league he was now fleeing.
"Magne don't let him escape!" ordered Shigiraki with a snarl making his followers immediately begin to work and attempted to launch Mr. Compress at the teens. The effort making Izumi scowl as she saw what Tomura was planning suddenly Mt. Lady stood blocking the villains as she took the hit to her face.
"Heh gotta prioritize the rescue effort" she groaned before toppling over! It was then a force kicked Izumi in the back her eyes taking notice as a white and yellow blur rushed striking each member of the league, knocking most of them out and winding others. Everything was falling apart now!
"Your to slow!" snapped All might as Gran Torino landed behind the symbol of justice.
"Your to fast!" the elderly hero snapped back. "Bah, that Sato is really turning out to be more like you by the day. In a bad way!"
"I'll have to agree with you on that sensei!" said All might with a smirk.
"Shimura's friend, huh?" scoffed AFO as he rose from the rubble he had been batted into.
"It's shameful, but with this. I can defeat you without Reserve!" declared All might as he pointed at his life long nemesis. "All For One!"
"We got a few left here!" announced Gran Torino as he faced the league who stood before the warp gate all that remained was Izumi, Tomura, Toga, and Twice who stood apprehensively. "I'll end this!"
"Izu what are we going to do?" asked Toga as she looked towards her friend fear and worry clear on her face as Izumi glared at the elderly hero.
"They got us. They neatly turned the tables on us in one move." said AFO with contempt but also respect as his fingers launched out making All might dodge as they impaled Magne. "Forcible quirk activation! Magnetism"
"Izumi readied her flames as Torino flew at her only to be pulled away with the rest of the league towards Toga who went into the warp gate. The only one struggling not to being Izumi.
"Wait, dad!" called out the green haired teen.
"I won't let you escape!" shouted Torino only to be forced to dodge as Magne was thrown past him and a single finger was driven into Izumi's chest. This forcing her to go falling thru the gate with Magne as father and daughter felt a shift from the contact.
"Izumi. You must keep fighting. Let that gift help you in that effort." said AFO in a tired tone before coughing before taking Notice of All might coming at him with an attack. "Warping plus shock inversion!" stated AFO as he warped Torino in the way of All might's attack causing the elderly man to take the brunt of the punch, this resulted in Torino being knocked out and All might being launched back.
"I'm sorry!" called out All might to his knocked out mentor.
"I only came to save Tomura and my daughter, but if you say your going to fight, then I will too." stated AFO as he began to reminisce. "In the past, that fist crush one after another of my comrades. And you were extolled as the symbol of peace. The view you had from atop our sacrifices… It must have been a great one." stated AFO as he readied another quirk. All might would catch his footing and readied another attack.
"Detroit…" began allmight as he pulled his mentor from the crossfire. "SMASH!" as he put his all into his attack he coughed blood making him slide back from the villain.
"I won't let you go with restraint! Heroes have a lot of thing they need to protect, don't they?" questioned AFO as all around them heroes were rescuing people and the injured from the rubble and destruction around them.
"Shut up…" growled All might as her clenched his teeth. "You always toy with people like that! You break them! You steal from them! Take advantage and control them! Scoffing irrationally at the people just trying to live their lives!" All might's rage had reached it's peak as he launched himself and wrenched AFO's arm to the side "I cannot-"
'No time for warping…' thought AFO one as he braced himself.
"...Forgive that!" roared All might as his fist made contact with AFO's helmet and face crashing him into the ground!
"Toshinori…" groaned Torino finally coming to as he looked up and saw All might was beginning to revert into his weakened form. "You've reached your limit…!"
"What's wrong?" questioned AFO shocking All might. "You seem to be very worked up about something, All might." said AFO sounding rather amused at All might's speech. "I heard that line before…" he said as laughter began to ring out from the downed villain. "From the previous One For All successor, Nana Shimura!" finally hearing her name after all these years made the valient hero think vack to the day he had received OFA from her and the memories filled him with an unquenchable rage!
"Don't sully the name of my honored master with that Filthy mouth of yours!" snarled the blond man
"She was an embarrassment to me as the one who created One For All, dieing in such a pathetic way."
"Enough!" shouted All might with his unending rage it was clear this was no longer about a hero stopping a villain his was strictly revenge for the supposed greatest hero. His fist striking the villain as he released a air blast from his hand sending the hero flying. Now standing a few feet from each other with All Might coughing blood into his hands Hiashi spoke.
"I'm conflicted All might, we are both relics of an age that was left long ago, we are both failures me as a father, unable to keep my daughter from the path she now walks, and you as a teacher, condemning a young boy to begin this cycle a new…" Hiashi would pause to look up towards the news cameras. "…And them sitting safe and watching us for their amusement while continuing to corrupt both our legacies." the villain would return his gaze to the hero now seeing not only the man before them but every holder of the quirk even his younger brother. "Lets end with rivalry here and now Toshinori" said Hiashi softly his tone that of a man tired after a life that had gone on to long. Raising an arm that was malformed and bulging from the use of far to many quirks. Torino stated to dodge as he moved. "and condemn them?" asked the villainous mastermind as her launched an air cannon that All might now took head on.
"Now show the world the real you 'Symbol of peace'" announced Hiashi as now standing where All might stood was now the emaciated and weak form of one Yagi Toshinori. The entire world now watched on as All might's secret was laid bare. Many people looked on with confusion some with panic. "Hollow cheeks, sunken eyes, what a pathetic 'Top hero'!" despite his words All might remained firm with an enraged glint in his eyes.
"My form may be weak but, my heart will remain that of the symbol of peace! It's not something that you can steal even a single piece of!"
"You speak with such conviction and fervor! Did you know Tomura Shigiraki is the grandson of Nana Shimura!" announced Hiashi
"Lies!" shouted All might in denial
"It's the truth." said All might solemnly "the boy's destructive quirk had just came in after the hateful abuse of his father and before anyone could react he had unintentionally killed his family, no heroes to save the day, no one to show sympathy just a child crying and alone so I took him in and raised him and tried to teach him control." his statement striking All might at his very core. "Where's your smile?" asked Hiashi as All might's thoughts were swimming and drowning with revelation that had just been dumped onto him. Just as it seemed All might had finally been crushed shouts from around them began to ring out. Wait not only from around them but all across the city! They were calling out to All might calling out for him to win!
"Of course!" should All might as he clenched a fist readying to put and end to this fight. "That's why I won't lose!" All might began to say defiantly and strength as his right arm began to fill with power and strength Hiashi looked on and though it was hidden by what remained of his helmet he smiled and began to power up his own arm with various quirks.
"It's time to end this All might, let the legacy of All for one and One for all end with us and here tonight!" announced Hiashi as his arm warped, malformed and broke to the point it was closer to resembling a clump of meat then it was to an arm "In order to kill you for sure, I will punch you with the ultimate combination of quirks that I have right now!" as the two's fist made contact a powerful energy began to radiate from the point of contact building with each second tearing flesh and making blood spew from their arms and bodies
"It's not just because I'm a symbol, just like my master did for me I must pass on my will…" groaned out All might before clenching his free hand "…And for that I can't die!" his reached out and grabbed onto Hiashi's malformed arm before clenching one last fist. "UNITED STATES OF SMASH!" roared the hero and it was then second away from his end Hiashi gave a grateful smile.
"Good bye…. Izumi and Inko" was his unsaid farewell before the empowered fist crushed him into a crater!

And then ends that chapter after so long and I just hope I did the fight justice. Look forward to the next chapter cause many things will be changing and up till now things have more or less remained true to cannon event wise but expect that to not be so much the case going forward. Till next time.
