Loren was standing there by her front door looking at Eddie, she could not believe that not only was he inside her house but he just kissed her to shut up. Loren was unsure if that was a good thing because she felt inside that she should give him a chance and then she was more concerned about how this would affect their situation. She decided to hear him out and see what he has to say.

Loren pulled her forehead away from Eddie and nodded: sure, follow me to the living room and let's talk about everything

Eddie sighed with relief and followed her. While walking to her couch he looked around and saw that she had a nice home, it was a three-bedroom and two-bath home and everything was decorated so comfy. He felt like he was at home with his parents growing up, it smelled nice in here, and most of all it was clean something that he looks at. Chloe does not clean or cook he has to do everything, or he would usually go to his dad but he knew he was going to be in serious trouble once Chloe realized he was gone. Loren sat down on the couch, and he sat next to her, they were quiet for at least 5 minutes.

Loren: Okay so start what did you have to say?

Eddie rubbed the back of his neck which he does when he is nervous: Listen I will admit that I was wrong, that night you came into that bar was the best part of my night. I honestly was not planning on meeting someone and then sleeping with them, it happened because I felt so comfortable around you, and you have to believe me.

Loren nodded: I do believe you Eddie but you have to understand where I am coming from as well, I was scared to tell you about this but, I wanted to tell you because I did not want you to be confused if 16 years later a young girl or boy confronts you and says you are my dad, plus what I went through with my dad I would not want that with my kids

Eddie: of course and honestly I appreciate that you considered me but I want to apologize Loren because I do not think you trapped me actually I know you didn't, ever since my mom died I had been looking for that companion to help guide me and show me what love is like. My parents had the type of love that I want. But I want you to know I trust and believe you and I want to be with you every step of the way through this pregnancy.

Loren smiled: oh, Eddie I would love that but you do know you're in a relationship with Chloe how will this work?

Eddie frowned because he really wanted to tell Loren that he and Chloe were actually engaged but he knew he would lose her, he knew she would not keep his child from him, but she wouldn't give him her heart: We will make it work Loren because I want to take this journey with you

Loren crossed her arms: that's not the right answer Eddie, I don't want to be labeled a homewrecker or anything like that because you are still in a relationship.

Eddie: and I understand that trust me It is fixed we've been broken up (he walked towards her and grabbed her hands) can you do that?

Loren tilted her head to the side because she wasn't sure she believed him but she said she would trust him: yes, and I have an appointment tomorrow that will let us know how far I am along, and I was hoping you would be there but I was also prepared to go without you, my mom is coming as well

Eddie nodded and put the palm of his hand on her cheek: that is fine I will be there and if it is okay, I will invite my dad.

Loren leaned into his hand: are you sure that is a good idea?

Eddie nodded and removed his hand: yes, it will he is the one who gave me your information he has a private investigator that helps us out when needed and I needed to talk to you.

Loren smiled and leaned towards his lips: well, I am happy you did

Eddie started to lean closer to Loren but as soon as he did his cell phone started to ring and he was sure that it was Chloe.

Loren backed away: get that and I will make us something if you plan to stay.

Eddie wanted to stay just to get to know Loren more so he knew he had to lie to Chloe: sure let me take this call and I would love to stay

Loren smiled and nodded. Eddie stood up and went outside to talk on the phone, he had missed the call and he was about to call back, but Chloe beat him to it.

Eddie: hey Chloe

Chloe: really hey Chloe? Eddie, where did you go? I came downstairs thinking I was going to be walking out the door to go to Rumor with my fiancé but what did I run into an empty home?

Eddie sighed: Chloe something came up and I won't be able to make it.

Chloe grunted: seriously Eddie what is going on here?

Eddie: when I come home we will talk about it okay?

Chloe: fine, don't worry about it I wanted to hang with you before my shoot tonight at 6 but forget it I will just go to the shoot Eddie

After that Chloe hung up on him and Eddie shook his head and started walking back into Loren's home. Loren looked at him as she was looking for something to cook.

Loren paused: is everything okay?

Eddie: yeah, just stuff with work

Loren: Okay well how about we make some Lasagna it is my favorite and my mom taught me how to make it how I like it so what do you say?

Eddie walked towards her and wrapped his arms around her waist: I am down for whatever you decide beautiful

Loren smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck: sure, Lasagna it is

Eddie groaned when Loren pulled away from him but, he grabbed her back and smashed his lips to her again, Loren giggled and pushed him, and they started cooking dinner together. Melissa was going into her home and started getting everything ready for tonight's shoot. She has to be there at 5 to set everything up and she hoped that her partner tonight would be there at 5 as well. When she walked by her bedroom she sighed because she does not sleep in there ever since Adam died she sleeps in the guest room. Melissa never told anyone but Loren she was pregnant when Adam got into the car accident and because she was so distraught she lost her baby she never regrets being pregnant and she know eventually one day she would be able to have another one. After she got everything she needed, she left to go to the studio, it was a 30 minute drive so she made it there exactly at 5. When she pulled up and got out of her car she heard someone behind her.

Ian: fancy seeing you here.

Melissa turned around: wow hey what are you doing here?

Ian smiled: I am a photographer I am supposed to meet my partner tonight and the couple who will be in the picture, so where is your boyfriend or husband you will be in the picture with?

Melissa smirked: I hope that is not your way of asking me if I have a man Mr. Ian?

Ian laughed: it is possible but honestly, I am just trying to see if you are the one I am taking pictures of?

Melissa grabbed her camera and started walking to the building with Ian following behind her: to answer your question I am your partner it seems like because I am a photographer too.

Ian eyes grew wide: a girl after my own heart a photographer? Every woman I have met does not like pictures.

Melissa laughed and shook her head: what women have you met because most of them love taking pictures.

Ian shrugged: I guess I haven't met the right one.

Melissa: well I love them I will have to show you my collection sometime?

Ian smiled, held the door open and they walked towards the studio room: I hope that is not your way of asking me to come over and hangout with you Ms. Melissa?

Melissa rolled her eyes: it is possible

Ian was about to say something but he saw Chloe walking in with another man: hey do you see that?

Melissa turned around and saw Chloe but her eyes got big when she saw who she was with: oh my gosh yes and look at who she is with.

Ian frowned: who is that?

Melissa: he is Loren's ex-husband Cameron.

Ian: oh damn what are we going to do we cant let them know we are here yet we have to call Eddie and Loren

Melissa pulled Ian to the back where their other coworkers were: your right so lets send our backups out until we talk to Loren and Eddie.

Ian nodded: good idea.

Ian and Melissa spoke with their coworkers and called Loren and Eddie. Meanwhile Eddie and Loren were eating Lasagna and laughing at the table when Eddie phone rung, he saw it was Ian and he did not answer as soon as he ignored it, Melissa called Loren and she knew if she did not answer she would call multiple times.

Loren: Hey Mel is everything okay? I thought you had a shoot.

Melissa: uh I need you to come down to the studio like now and see something, Ian tried to call Eddie to come too but he is not answering.

Loren blushed: um because he is here with me, we are eating dinner.

Melissa: ooh, okay details later, right?

Loren: of course, but we will both be there.

Melissa: okay just be prepared, please

After that Melissa hung up, Loren frowned and looked at Eddie: apparently, Ian tried to call you because we are needed at the studio like now.

Eddie frowned: um okay but how did they end up at the studio together?

Loren stood up: I don't know but I guess we will find out it seemed urgent.

Eddie grabbed Loren's hand and walked outside, they decided to drive Loren's car. Loren was biting her nails because she was really confused about why Melissa needed her there and Eddie noticed she was quiet and he was okay with that because he was also confused and nervous about why they were needed, once they pulled up Loren called Melissa back.

Melissa: hey you here?

Loren: yes, where do we go?

Melissa: I will meet you.

Melissa hung up and Eddie and Loren started walking towards the building when they got there Ian and Melissa were walking out.

Eddie smiled: what are yall doing here together?

Ian: we are the photographers for tonight and I am not even going to ask why yall are here together, but we will talk about that later we have a bigger problem that I know you wouldn't like Eddie as far as Loren I don't know

Eddie frowned: what is the problem?

Melissa sighed: it's better if we show you instead of telling you so, follow us

Loren and Eddie nodded and followed Melissa and Ian into the building and when they walked in, they saw Chloe and Cameron kiss.

Eddie and Loren: what the hell?

Chloe and Cameron were kissing, and they stopped when they heard voices that sound familiar. Loren has not seen Cameron since they divorced so this was a surprise but it did not bother her that he was with someone else. Eddie had all different emotions he was happy about it because that means he could be with Loren but, then he was upset because he looked at Chloe as someone who actually cared and wanted to be there for him. But, she had the audacity to be mad at him and this whole time she was cheating.

Chloe: Eddie? Let me explain!

Eddie scoffed: you're kidding right how can you explain this?

Chloe: you stopped showing me any attention what do you expect? I could not continue being lonely with whatever you have going on.

Eddie: it doesn't even matter I wanted to split just tried to figure out how.

Chloe walked over to him: excuse me? I was there for you Eddie when your mother died.

Ian laughed: I think you were in it for money because your modeling career was trash

Chloe turned red: who asked you?! What about your photography you are about to take pictures of this model

Melissa: well trust me it is not like you shooting for vogue.

Loren stepped in: okay guys let's not do this we can just leave them here to take pictures and we will leave

Chloe: who the hell are you?

Loren: Loren Tate

Chloe started thinking and smirking: awwww Loren the big shot lawyer how is that case going?

Melissa scoffed: we are not here for the casual conversation we wanted them to see the foolishness that has hooked up with each other.

Cameron was happy to see Loren because he missed her, but he was not about to let that be known: hey Lo

Eddie frowned: you know him?

Loren: yep this is my ex-husband who left me because I couldn't get pregnant

Cameron: well whose fault is that it wasn't mine I wanted kids Loren

Melissa: well it's been years now why haven't you had any yet?

Cameron growled: you stay out of this you were always an issue in me and my wife's marriage.

Melissa: Ex-wife you mean?

Cameron was about to reach for Melissa, but Ian jumped in: whoa watch yourself

Loren touched Eddie's arm: I am tired let's just go this here isn't worth it, I am happy you guys called us though

Eddie nodded and grabbed Loren's hand. That infuriated Cameron and Chloe to the point that Chloe walked in front of them both.

Chloe: so, this is how you do your fiancé Eddie?

Loren stopped and looked at him: I thought she was just your girlfriend.

Chloe smirked and flashed her ring: sorry sweetie but we are engaged.

Cameron: so you were going to be with him even though he had a girlfriend? How low of you Loren

Melissa rolled her eyes: says the man who cheated on her and mistreated her because he wanted to step out on her

Cameron just put his hands up and looked at Chloe who was smiling because she knew she had caused more drama in Eddie's life.

Loren's' face was upset: Eddie I said to be honest with me and that I am not going to be a homewrecker and you just put me in this situation you told me that you were broken up

Eddie stopped her from walking: Loren please it's not what you think!

Loren turned and looked at him: did you propose to her or not?

Eddie sighed: I did but I thought I would never see you again, so I just settled.

Loren looked at Ian: you can take him home Ian, I am going to drive home

Ian shook his head and cut his eye at Eddie: sure

Eddie: Loren come on talk to me

Loren: stop it Eddie just….

Before Loren could finish her sentence, she passed out on the floor, and everyone panicked.
