What Katara just said was a shock to Aang as if he had been shot not just any kind of either. He had been shot and shot at any time but there were only a few times that he could recall that got close to what he was feeling now. One of those times that just popped into Aang's head at this very instant was the time that Azula shot him in that battle under Ba Sing Se.

At that time it was Katara that saved him from the fatal damage that was dealt to him by Azula. However this time it was Katara herself that was dealing what felt like fatal damage to him as he stumbled backward unable to remain standing after hearing the news that she want to break up with him for some reason thinking things were not working out between them somehow.

"I am not sure that I am following what you are saying as to why do you think that things are not working out between us" Aang questioned when he finally found his voice to do so

"Katara then looked at him angrier than confused at what" he had said to her

"I know I have been busy a lot lately but there is a real good reason why I have been that way all this time he started before" she interrupted him

"Yeah, I know you have been busy with your fan club that is full of girls. An entire group of them adores you right? Well now are you not Mr. Popular" she said

"Look those girls were my fan and did have a fan club that centered around me but..." Aang started to say before Katara interrupted him once again

"You do not deny that they are your fan girl nor that you were their center of attention yet are confused as to why we should break up. At least Mai caught far faster than you did it seems" Katara said sighing.

"Wait what does Mai have to do with any of this as you are not making sense and why did you not let me finish the last two times," the avatar asked.

Actually, Mai had sent him a letter claiming that he should not meet with Katara for a while and just continue staying away from her as he had been doing lately. Which confused him as he was not staying away from Katara without a good reason and he trusted that Katara would know that, He assumed they had a good enough relationship that if he was not telling her something then there was a real good reason he could not and to wait until he could inform her about it.

"You know how I been going to the Fire Nation a lot lately," Katara told him.

"Of course as you and Zuko always seem to have this connection that drew the two of you together. That seem to get stronger after he became our ally and my firebending master. I just assumed you were helping him with various things in the Fire Nation that's all" Aang said

"Just helping him and that's all you thought I was doing there. Mai broke up with him for the final time you know" she told

"I know but why do you keep bringing up Mai like this as that confusing me as what does she have to do with why does that have anything to do with you wanting to break up with me all of sudden," Aang said as then his face went pale white.

"That right I now..." Katara said before this time getting interrupted by Aang

"Are you gay as I did not know that you liked girls in that fashion" Aang said looking at her still pale white in complexion

"No I am with Zuko now because you were cheating me with those girls of yours," Katara said

"Huh!?" both Aang and Yee-Li said in shock

"There is your main new girl now as you can formally announce that the two of you are a couple now cause Zuko already doing it for us," she said

Aang then fell back as his knees gave out upon hearing the news that Zuko and Katara were a couple now.

"That is a really nasty prank that you are pulling on Avatar Aang, Miss Katara. But neither one of us find it funny so please stop it now" Yee-Li said in a state of shock.

"What a prank as Aang cheated on me first with you and the others so..." Katara said before a blade of air whizz by her face causing a paper cut like a wound to appear.

"I told you that prank was nasty so take it back right now," Yee-Li said glaring at her with her eyes narrowing as she looked at Katara dead seriously.

"I did not think things would get this bad or that the reason Aang was keeping it from you would be this serious at all," Mai said as she arrived on the scene as well

"What are you doing here," Katara asked.

"At first I was coming here to save Aang from you but now it seems I have to do the reverse instead. Saving you from both Aang and that other girl" Mai told her.

"What are you talking about as I do not..." Katara said

"You are not Miss Katara. There is no way that you are the real Miss Katara as you must be a fake that somehow is impersonating her. I am going to help Master in getting info on where the real Miss Katara is" Yee- Li said muttering to herself

Before she could do anything else Ty Lee appeared to knock her out by attacking her at pressure points that cause her to fall to the ground with Aang seemingly already out cold behind her.

"You were not kidding about how none of them would take this news well. We did the right thing leaving the other girls to Toph as we rushed over here ourselves" Ty Lee said.

"Seems the only one of us that truly believed that Aang was doing nothing wrong was Toph" Mai said

"What do you mean," Katara asked confused

"Think about what this girl just did to your face and why Aang now wants everyone to call him the Last Air Nomad instead of the Last Airbender" Mai told her
