B is for Blush

Shujin tossed the green paint over my head, making a splash of color on the white wall. I hurled my paint towards his chest, painting him a lovely baby blue.

-Flashback

"What color do we paint the walls, miss?" Shujin asked politely, lifting up the cans of all the variety of colors they had. They were in a small white room with no windows and one narrow door.

"Paint it whatever color you want, deary, I'll leave it up to the artists." She winked, leaving the two boys inside one small compartment.

They both shuffled uncomfortably. It felt like, after that brief accidental brush of their lips they shared at the rooftop, they couldn't look at each other without turning beet red.

Shujin bit his lip and perked up, he asked, "What color should we paint the walls, you're the real artist here."

"Blue," He answered without hesitation and was startled by Shujin's less than graceful snort.

"No way, it'll be green."

"I thought I was the artist here?"

Shujin yelped as he dripped paint all over the floor. We were so not getting paid, more like getting kicked out. He dropped to his rump and groaned, "Seriously, Saiko, I wasn't really going to paint you green." He pouted, oh so cutely so I got to the floor and crawled up to him.

"You were," I retorted, glancing back at the spiral of green all over the wall that could have easily splattered on his face.

"Well, I missed didn't I?" Shujin let out an exasperated sigh, I laughed at it. He was so intent on getting whatever fell on his skin off with his fingers to notice me prowling over to him.

Before he knew it, I planted myself squarely on his lap. Shujin's eyes were wide, his lips parted as complaints died on his tongue.

"What are you—?"

I pressed a soft kiss on his lips and pulled back before he could turn it into a something less chaste.

"Finishing what you started on the roof." I looked at his face and laughed.

Shujin looked good in pink.

-Thanks if you reviewed on the first one, I tried to make this one is a bit longer, for some reason I can't really stretch them over 300 words. I hope it was still a good read. It was actually going to be Shujin kissing Saiko, but I switched it around.
