The gods have long abandoned Olympus, weakened and battered after a civil war born from a vow that was never to be taken. Percy is taken to a trainer of heroes and learns there are more like him, but they are scattered with no safe place to go. Full summary inside.

The Greek heroes strove for glory. They wanted to be remembered. Achieving Elysium was certainly a nice added benefit. It's a shame that someone had to wave a second possible life in front of Achilles. Olympus knows how reckless he was. He chose violence over a peaceful life of obscurity, after all. No matter how nice the Blessed Isles were, he was going to get bored at some point.

Camp Half Blood, one of the safe places for demigods. Luke acting as the leader of the camp alongside Annabeth to make the place more welcome to the demigods and protect them while training themselves for their future in Greek mythological world.
