"Hey Ally?" I said as I walked into the Sonic Boom, she looked up, her brown eyes and brown hair looking beautiful in this light, heck in every light.
"Yeah, Austin?" I had been so lost in my thoughts of how beautiful she looked, I didn't hear her respond. Now she was shouting my name snapping fingers in my face.
"What? OH YEAH! Um…would you like to go out with me tonight?
"Me, go out with you, tonight. Really?" I was shocked at her response I didn't think she would be so mean about it, but there seemed to be a bit of hope in her voice.
"Yeah!" I responded more confidently than I had asked her.
"Okay…"
As I knocked on the door to the practice room, I heard Ally shuffling inside.
"Bye Dad! I'll be home by 9!" She opened the door, and I couldn't breathe, she looked so beautiful.
"Thanks Austin" Wait, what? Did I say that out loud? Oops…
I had planned to take her to some chick flick (Oh, I'm sorry, a romantic comedy) about some couple where the girl loses her memory. It had that guy from Dear John, and Step Up in it. After that, we were going to go to the park and eat a delicious picnic I packed for us.
It is now 8:46 and I have 14 minutes to get Ally back home. As I walk her to her door, and we say goodnight, stop her. She turns around with a look of confusion on her face. I just lean in and kiss her. It was sweet and quick, but romantic. I walked home with a smile on my face. I could definitely get used to this.
