She watched as they died. She watched as the last of her kind killed themselves. She watched as they drank the shadow nectar. She watched as they left the misery of immortality. She watched as they left her to continue their jobs. She watched and did nothing because it was their choice.
She watched as the humans forgot her kind. She watched as the wizards hid themselves. She watched as the goblins built a bank. She watched the house elves enslaved. She watched the wizards build a school. She watched them forget. She watched and did nothing because they would remember in time.
She watched as dark lords rose and fell. She watched as government corrupted. She watched as school standards fell. She watched and did nothing because she knew it would just get worse.
She watched as a child's parents died. She watched as his godfather was framed. She watched as he was placed in an abusive home. She watched as he grew up lonely and abandoned. She watched and she planed because the worst was on its way.
