Summary: This is number 37 from the 100 themes challenge. _
Even though the boy looked nothing like her he had Lilly's eyes. The same eyes that mum and dad and countless strangers constantly fawned over. The warm eyes that comforted me during our childhood; the same ones that never glanced back once she became the special daughter, the daughter who could do magic. When I first saw the boy on my doorstep I only kept him because I was determined to make him feel how I felt during my youth. To make him feel like an outcast in family just like how I felt in mine. Looking back now I realize just how pathetic it was, ruining the 16 years of childhood he spent with us over a petty grudge against his mother.
