MK Drabbles
- The Boy Who Walked Through Worlds and His Sister Who Tagged Along -
The first time that Damious walked into another world he was completely unaware of it. He looked around at the unfamiliar landscape and the beings that inhabited it. He surprisingly went unnoticed and was able to make his way through the world without issue. Before he found another portal that led back home he had found a suspicious looking flower and picked it for his sister.
He returned home to find Eclipse waiting for him outside and had only a moment to protect the flower from becoming a casualty to the hug she pulled him into.
"Where have you been Dami? I spent the whole day looking for you." She asked him when she finally let him go. Her faced scrunched up in frustration when her question went unanswered. Instead of giving her the answer she sought he tucked the flower in her hair and grabbed her hand to lead her home for dinner.
The second time that he ventured into a world not of his own was far more memorable. It wasn't until it was too late that he realized that Eclipse had followed him through the portal and was far more eager to discover what this world had to offer.
He spent the next few hours chasing after his sister frightening the people of this world as they ran through the foreign civilization and into the distant wilds. It wasn't until they returned home dirty and tired the next day to an un-amused father and distressed mother did either of them realize just what they had done.
Eclipse just smiled down at her brother from above their father's shoulder; Damious yawned and held on to his mother for support as he realized that this would only be the first of their travels to come.
