I know, I know. I didn't update for a while. I am sorry. I just had a very busy summer. I hope that all of you forgive me. It may be short but I hope that you all enjoy the revised chapter 6. Read and Review. I own nothing but the plot.

Chapter 6:
Fionna told gumball everything that happened over the last couple of days. Including the part about the kiss. And Marshal loving her.
He was very surprised that Marshal loved her that much. He thought he was a soulless creature of the night and that he loved no one. In fact, Gumball said very little about the subject. He was looking down at his feet as they walked together. Fionna started to worry about him. "Gumball are you feeling OK, if not I can come back another time and talk about this." Fionna said.
Just because she didn't love him doesn't mean that she wanted anything bad happen to him. They were still friends. She still cared about him a lot.
Gumball decided that it was probably best to lie to her at this point. He needed to be alone for a while. He needed time to think about things. A lot of things.
He nodded his head and said "That would be very kind of you, now I think I'll get to bed and rest until I feel better, OK?"
"OK. Feel better soon." She walked away. He continued up to his bedroom and laid down. He didn't know that he had feelings for this human girl, a human princess yes but not a human adventuress like herself. He grabbed his body pillow and hugged it tight thinking of that girl he loved so lumping much. He didn't even know why he is just now figuring this out.
He couldn't have figured this out when Fionna confessed her love to him? No, now he did. Great.
"Great, I lost her. And to Marshal no less. Wonderful." He said glumly. He thought he didn't love her more than just a sister, but he was fooling everyone including himself. He sighed and rolled onto his stomach.
How could he mess up so badly? Now he may have just lost her forever. Great.

Fionna interrupted lsp's story, "Um, LSP, I don't think Gumball likes me like that. Unless he's hiding his feelings. Sorry please continue with you story." She said holding onto Marshal's cold hand. He picked her up and placed the girl gently on his lap, and continued to listen to lap's story. Marshal Chuckled softly, and snuggled his face into her hair.
"As I was saying…" lsp started his story up again…

Fionna met up with Cake and told her that Gumball didn't feel well. Cake was worried. She didn't like it when her friends got sick.
"Oh, OK girl we can go home, Lord M wasn't home any way." Cake said as they walked outside and on their way home. It took them the same amount of time to get to their house from Gumballs as it did to get to Gumballs from their house. Which was surprising because Ice Queen usually attacks them once they leave Gumballs.
They were about to walk in when Marshal blocked their path.
"Marshal get out of my way." Fionna told him. He smirked as he floated up and over Fionna and took her backpack off of her, went inside up to her room and landed on her bed. Fionna ran and followed him thinking that he would give it back but as soon as she made it to her room. Marshall floated above her and started to tease her with it.
"Hey get back here with my backpack!" She yelled. She just heard his faint laughter. Finally she reached her room. He floated up into the air, dangling the bag just out of her reach.
Fionna just kept jumping higher and higher to try and reach her bag, but to no avail. No matter how high she jumped, Marshal always floated higher.
"You will have to jump to get it back from me." She was turning red with anger. This made Marsal laugh, and continue to tease her. Sure he loved her, but he also loved to tease her. She got really funny when she's angry.
"I am jumping you weiny, give it back!" She exclaimed.
This went on for some time, and Fionna started to get mad. And I mean really mad. She threatened every possible way of dismemberment in the book. But Marshal just laughed at her.
